Warranty repair took longer than anyone expected, but staff made sure I was kept informed. Staff offered shuttle service during my wait. Will be back in the future.

We have purchased several vehicles from Hare Ford both new and used over the years and it has always been a pleasant experience. The transaction process from approval to signing paperwork has never taken more than an hour. I have purchased from other dealers that it has wasted most of a day to complete the whole transaction after the vehicle was decided on. We have also had warranty work, recalls and other general service performed by their service department. Again, the whole process from scheduling to the time taken to perform the work has been easy and short. As long as they have or can get the vehicles we are interested in, I have no reason to shop others.

My family has purchased every car/truck/SUV we own from Hare Ford. I'm currently on my 3rd car however, over 10 car purchases we've trusted Hare Ford as our auto dealership. I had the pleasure of being one of Phil's last sales before he retired. From sale to servicing, they have always taken care of us. Bruce in the Service Department is on it! Thank You to ALL at Hare Ford! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Excellent service!! Our regular salesman was out but that did not matter, Lauren stepped up to the plate and showed us the cars we were interested in. They had all the cars ready to show and even brought them in on the rainy cold day!! On my return a few days later, Greg was there to show me more cars!! Great service by all!! Such a nice family owned business!

Highly recommend the sales staff here! I live two hours away from Marshall, MO, so I first contacted them by internet and Lauren Hare answered my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, Greg Anderson showed me the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. No high pressure sales pitch tactics, and they were very fair on my trade in offer. Next time I need a different vehicle, I will definitely be back!

Dewayne is the best salesman in town. I have been looking for a vehicle for about two years. I went to the dealership I got my old car from. I test drove some, found one I liked, but they were unable to work with me in my price range. Went to another dealership. They were willing to work with me and could have put me in a car right away, but they didn't have what I wanted. All the while Dewayne was talking to me and listening to my needs and wants. He kept his eyes open for something that fit my life and my budget! He never pressured me into getting something I didn't want. The others won't even talk to me now when I see them around town!!! Lol But Dewayne took his time and found the perfect car for me!!! Thank you so much for your time and patience!!! You are a God send!!!

I was very pleased with my latest experience at Elmer Hare Ford. Everyone was more than willing to answer questions and go the extra mile(s) to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was impressed on how they all worked together as a unified team. Thanks Lauren for your hard work. Also, the service department, always, makes me feel like I can count on them to keep my vehicles in good working condition.

Very disappointed with this dealership. We bought a used Suburban back in January. Thought we were getting a good sound vehicle that was a one owner. We have had nothing but trouble with it. We have been told by mechanics that the motor is going out of it. Most every week we have it in the shop because some sensor light comes on. That sensor gets repaired then a day or two later my wife gets stranded somewhere. Noticed that you still our have Honda Pilot that we traded in. Wish we had that one back.

This was a great car buying experience. The owner and sales people were very helpful. I feel like they truly cared about us. By the end of the deal it felt like I had made new friends. Hope they can get the price right on the new truck like they did on the fusion. I look forward to shopping there again.

This is the time to purchase your new or used Ford at Elmer Hare Ford. Greg Anderson is an excellent salesman and is customer service focused. The entire staff at Elmer Hare Ford makes buying a new or used car a simple task. Matt gave me top dollar for my trade in and Loren made the paper work easy. My 2019 Ford F150 looks and runs great. To my family and friends take a trip to Marshall, MO and check out this dealership.

My experience with Elmer Hare Ford and Dewayne Lewis started from 550 miles away! From the first time I spoke with Dewayne he was honest, helpful, and professional. He will go above & beyond providing information and photos needed to help you make a decision. I would make the long journey again to Elmer Hare Ford to purchase a vehicle from Dewayne because it is the most relaxed buying experience I have ever had!

Dewayne is very honest. My husband called about a truck and made an appointment to see it. Dewayne called him back later to make sure he had told him there was trouble with the ac. Dewayne didn't want us to drive all the way from Warrensburg and not have all the facts.We really like the truck and Dewayne worked to make it happen and to correct the ac trouble.Then on top of that he was going to be out of town when we picked it up and gave us his card and told us to please call or text him if we needed anything.Customer service is definitely very important to him and it shows in his service.I would recommend this dealership and Dewayne to anyone.Thanks again sir! :-)

After dealing with these jokers faithfully as a family, buying multiple vehicles and even using them for rentals, they finally showed their true colors. They took advantage of my by selling her a total lemon. In less than a year we have spent over half what we paid just to keep the truck running and we're not done yet. I tried go back and speak with the dealership about this only need to get smug laughter and complete disrespect before I was even able to explain to them what was wrong with the vehicle. What really Burns me is that some of the stuff that were replacing now was supposedly fixed at time of purchase, we even paid for half of some of it. All in all horrible business with horrible customer service, they'll smile in your face as they are selling you a complete pile

I have never been more pleased with Dewayne, Ryan, and Abrea! The Elmer Hare team and experience was probably the best I ever had!This is my 2nd car from Elmer Hare and they found exactly what I asked for, I didn't expect anything less when working with Dewayne Lewis. I have been searching for a year, I gave up a few times, but he never did! Couldn't be happier, he even made David happy, the husband, and he's pickier than me! So BIG win for all of us!! Big thanks to Lauren, Abrea, and Matt for all their help too!!

They are a great dealership, I went in with a vehicle in mind and they didn't try to sell me something else. Very friendly staff, didn't get the usual salesman bs you get at other dealers. They have a life long customer with me.

Either they are totally uninformed or flat out lied about the condition of a vehicle. I suspect the latter as they are in the business and should know all of the laws regarding vehicles for sale on dealerships. I was looked in the eye and told something about a vehicle on their lot that I found out was completely false. Most dealerships have reputations for doing anything to sell, but it's disgusting and had they been truthful I would have considered going back.

Once the parts came in, repair was scheduled and finished within 2 days. The service department was very helpful in getting my repairs done quickly.

I loved my experience..I sent in an application Sunday night. Ryan called me Monday to talk about it. And Tuesday Ryan called me my application was approved we got there at 12 and by 3 Dewayne had us on our way back home with a new car.Fue una experiencia muy rapida en tres dias ya tenia mi carro...los muchachos muy amigables ...100% recomendable...

I really want to thank Ryan and Dewayne for helping me get a vehicle...I seriously thought that I couldnt get one but they did everything they can to get me one so I really appreciate it!!! I recommend these two guys when thinking about getting a vehicle because they really care about their customers and make sure they are satisfied of what they purchase....I know where to go next time when I get another vehicle...trust me you wont be disappointed thank you again you guys!!!

This dealership has a pretty good Fleet of Rental Vehicles if you're ever in need. They also sell new and certified pre-owned as well as Leasing.
