These guys have the best customer service, best quality service, at the best price I ve ever worked with. I ll never go anywhere else. I drive all over the state for my job and in all different kinds of terrain. I can use and abuse my truck as needed and without worry because whatever I can t fix, these guys will. So much so that I m not having to go in for repairs hardly at all now. I m going to have to go break something soon so I have an excuse to come hang out with them again

The transmission on our 2012 Tahoe began to shudder on Friday 2/3/23 and I called and spoke to Jimmy who had me bring it by for diagnosis which was that it needed new transmission ( I expected this news with 200k Miles) He quoted me a GM built replacement and agreed to have it installed filling week. The transmission arrived Monday and they had vehicle just one day and everything is flawless. Highly recommend Bassco to anyone needing transmission work.MarkService: Transmission replacement

I am very happy with Bassco and I will always go there first. We took our company vehicle to another place that overcharged us and didn't fix it. Bassco had it for a day and we haven't had a single problem since. They also repaired the front end of another vehicle and it drives like brand new. They take the time to figure out the issue and fix it correctly.

Had a transmission rebuilt here. Was told it was completely destroyed and needed a total rebuild, $900. Came and picked up the transmission after repaired and was told it might not work there could still be some stuff clogged in the valve body but I did my best cleaning that out. Installed the transmission in the truck, flushed trans cooler and filled trans up, let it run and monitored fluid level for about 30 minutes, put in gear, nothing. Tried every gear and nothing. Checked fluid and it was still where it needed to be. Call up Jim he has the truck towed to his shop, truck sits there for months and is never looked at, then when we say we re picking up the truck, he tries to blame us and says we messed up the transmission installing it so he won t honor his guarantee . We take the truck and pull the transmission back out, took the transmission to a REPUTABLE rebuilder, come to find out ole Jim here just pocketed the $900 we payed for a rebuild, stuck ONE new part in the transmission, and ONE part that did NOT even belong to that transmission! So we had to pay for another rebuild, and the truck has been going great since, it s been about 4-5 years and we ve put almost 100k miles on it. Not a single issue. Basscos rebuild couldn t even get the truck out of the garage. Ask around before you decide to have any transmission work done here, it will be a waste of your time and money.

We need work on our truck muffler and found this place here in town. Gave it a shot, they will work you in their scheadual and will fix your problems soon. I would of gave them 5 stars but I took it with a master flow muffler and when I picked my truck they had placed a regular one they didn't have any their at the moment. Did request one so it should be around a week or 2 they will be on vacation. So I hope I get what I want and hear loud my truck again. Overall is a nice place.

Truck broke down at Pyro City exit while traveling. Not knowing who to call eventuality found Bassco. It was late afternoon and almost closing so they called a tow truck (fare price) to get us in immediately. Arrived just before 5pm the time they close. Andy was working at the moment and worked late passed his scheduled hour. He fixed the problem and charged us appropriate. He did an outstanding job. Not only his work but also had a very intriguing conversation along with making us comfortable about doing business with Bassco. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling and is in need of immediate assistance. In fact this place doesn't deserved 5 stars it most definitely deserves 20 STARS. APPRECIATE ANDY!!

Very unprofessional. Had my transmission rebuilt and two days later it messed up had to take it back in then a few months later we moved to Mississippi and only to get there and it go out yet again. When we called because supposedly it was under warranty for a year. He told us we had to bring it back to Missouri or there was nothing he could do. Please someone tell me how you am supposed to bring a truck back 950 miles when it won't move a foot. He needs to stand behind his work.

We had our truck in twice because they did not fix it correctly.
