CJ was wonderful in helping find the right battery after testing it. She answered all the questions we had and saved us some worry on our camping trip. We really appreciate her help and can t thank her enough.

Had purchased a truck on a Sunday, and on the way home it literally broke down. Being out of town, I had called the Marshall store, and Andy had just happened to be in the store at that time, was able to pinpoint my problem I had. He ordered the part I needed, next day i fixed my issue and runs better than it had in a while! Awesome employee, we need more like him!

I went in bright and super early in the morning on a Saturday, and every one of the employees there were NICE AND POLITE, FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING!!I would highly recommend this place.

I went to this store expecting that there was some knowledge here. So I requested a torque wrench for foot pounds and, yes I should have looked at the wrench myself, but I didn't. I went to use it to set my torques and it turned out to be inch pounds. Thanks for nothing AUTO ZONE. I think O'Reilly may have more knowledge of their tools.

Was in Autozone today to buy a battery for my Escape, and the Manger David was one of thee most professional, well mannered, well dressed, very knowledgeable salesman I have ever had in all my years of being a customer. If you are ever in the Marshall store ask for him he is amazing. Goes above and beyond! Thank you David, I will always go to Autozone for my parts!

I had an early start and arrived first thing before the store opened. The part I needed was in stock as luck would have it and I was able to get some help in installing the part on the wheel (tpms) at the alignment shop. Now with a new valve stem and a inflated tire we put the wheel back on the car and returned to the alignment shop where they programmed the sensor's for me. Breakdown cost me $80 total to get back on the road with help from the alignment shop and auto zone. In the process of working my way through this breakdown I learned that the spare tire doesn't fit on the front end of the car because it doesn't clear the brake calipers, so with my car if you have a flat on the front you have to Jack up the back of the car, remove a rear tire, replace it with the donut tire, and finaly jack up the front in order to install the rear tire on the front end of the car. Essentially, I'm in the market for roadside assistance at this point with the tires being the reason.
