Even though the store was closed on Saturdays; Jessica met me there so I could look at trailers. The trailers are very well built and of high quality. Jessica went way out of her way help me find the trailer that met may needs. She checked every lug nut and made sure everything functioned properly. I am very pleased with my purchase and especially pleased with the service Jessica provided.

Usually I never write reviews until a business relationship matures. however, dealing with Noah and Jess was a pleasant experience. Noah was quick to answer questions and provide helpful suggestions that made the decision process easy. Both Jessica and Noah jump in to help get me on my way.

Was looking for a dump trailer and liked the Big Tex line. Called McGown Equipment & Trailer Sales and Noah answered the phone. Down to the yard and they had a large inventory of Dumps. Noah walked me thru the line up with features and benefits of each. Made my decision and was driving away with my new SR90 Dump Trailer with extra's on it. Thanks Noah and the rest of the Staff, you were all fantastic. Have referred my friends to them also.
