Delighted with my new XC60 purchased from West County! John did a great job showing me the features of the vehicle and the finance process was fast and friendly. I didn t get the pushy feeling I ve experienced at other dealers. Service took care of a few things I noticed after purchase, and the team quickly placed me in a loaner and took care of everything. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Volvo.

We just purchased our first Volvo at West County Volvo. Tom Calkins is great to work with and such a hard worker. He is very positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and so patient! We test drove several cars and he gave us time to think through the decision. He always made us feel like a priority. The Swedish flags are a nice touch too! Thank you for a such a fun car-buying experience, Tom!

A great sales team. It was like working with old trusted friends. Their knowledge is top notch on the various vehicles and were very helpful as we evaluated the choices and made or decision. The vehicle is wonderful and I am very happy with it. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Stephen Lynch and Mat Iglehart...wow. Awesome set of guys that got me sorted immediately with the vehicles and options I wanted. Stephen laid out all the discounts I had qualified for and included the ones I didn't know of and was able to accommodate some extra stuff i needed done before delivery. He had to special order it from the Gothenburg factory! He even got me private shippin of my V60 Polestar from MO to Oklahoma. Mat, gave me some great options and coverage plans that best suited me as I'm in the military and tend to move quite frequently to ensure I'm covered where ever I'm stationed. Couldn't of asked for a better team to get my dream ride. Thanks again gentleman!

I cannot say enough good things about the dealership but especially about our salesman, Tom Calkins. We had found that our 2021 leased Highlander had been totaled only two weeks before when we were in FL for the winter. Tom spent all the time we needed finding the right car for us with all the options. He is energetic, thorough and patient, as we bought our first car over 400 miles from home. I would recommend Volvo Cars West County to anyone and everyone. And did I mention we had our dog with us, that all the employees loves and fed her Volvo dog cookies? Best car buying experience ever!

Bought my first Volvo today and am so incredibly happy that I did! Our salesman, Todd was EXCELLENT! Most car salesmen are pushy, uneducated on the vehicles and how they operate, etc. Todd was friendly, respectful of our time, showed us what we came in to see without pushing to put us in something else, very well educated on the vehicles and their functions and once we were ready to buy he was quick and efficient with getting the job done! Highly recommend West County Volvo and Todd!!

I think anyone who buys a car from Tom, drives away with more than "just a car". It's an experience that I've never had before in purchasing a car. Just watching him "do his thing" is like being at a play and it's so good you want to give him a standing ovation. At the end of "his performance", he puts you on stage with the big red bow on your new car. It's the most incredible way to buy a car. Everyone should feel so special. Mat in finance was a joy to work with as well....Volvo is blessed to have them both. Thanks so much!!

My first car buying experience and it was pretty flawless. Greg was very low pressure and had a very good working knowledge of the car. I didn t have very many questions because he answered all of them. The financial part of the process also went smoothly and I understood what I was signing. The detailing team also made sure my Volvo was spotless as it was the showroom car. They made it look like no one had ever sat in it. I have no complaints. The whole team was wonderful.

I saw a Volvo on the dealership website on a Saturday afternoon. Even though there was heavy customer traffic at the dealership, Matthew, the sales representative I'd briefly spoken to on the phone prior to driving to the dealership, made sure I got to see the car and take it for a test drive. I decided to buy the car, and Matt and the finance manager were friendly, fast, and efficient. I would highly recommend Matt and West County Volvo to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I had the most positive car buying experience at Volvo West County with Tom - he was extremely positive, uplifting, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. I was in and out in under two hours after finding my dream car. Tom even picked me up from a different dealership after turning my previous leased car in, which was very considerate and made the entire process very seamless. I usually dread the car buying experience, but I genuinely enjoyed it this time. I would most definitely recommend this dealer (and Tom!) to anyone looking for a new car!!

Just picked up our new Volvo XC60 Recharge from Volvo West County. Very positive experience. The process including our trade-in was simple and transparent with no pressure. Tom Calkins was super helpful. He brought his own enthusiasm into the mix which elevated event above a traditional car delivery experience. Matt in Finance was also a huge help in understanding lease details not only on purchase but also on lease end.Overall, I highly recommend Volvo West County and their friendly knowledgeable staff.

Our whole experience purchasing our XC90 at West County Volvo couldn t have been any easier. Tom was quick and thoughtful in showing us different options and respectful of our budget and needs while doing so. We got a fair trade-in value for our previous car and Mat in the finance department was great to work with as well. Never felt any pressure and even after our purchase was complete Tom took the time to walk us through all the gadgets and set up in the new car.

I bought my 2020 S90 Volvo in for routine maintenance. I ve known Tom for 25 yrs. He is still the example of exemplary professionalism. He took so much time out of his busy day to show me how the Volvo works! That is quite a lesson. While the service provided to my vehicle was adequate, Volvo s policy is completely awful. With a scheduled appointment weeks in advance & dropped off the night before, the service department feels it s more important to address customers who drive in & wait. My car took 2 days essentially for an oil change. Extremely poor execution!This is not my first poor experience with the service department. I had to have my brake line replaced, which I was told would not take a long time to repair 3-5 days. Over a week later my car was returned to me. I had to make multiple trips back with a rubbing sounds every time I turned my wheels to the left. Every return trip they dismissed the sound, even though my wife & parents heard it too. I had to take my car to another service shop for them to tell me that there was a balance weight rubbing on something, they said a really easy fix that they didn t even charge for.I hope that West County Volvo reads these reviews about their service department. All of the positive reviews are about their sales team & most of the reviews about their service department are 1 star.

Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Tom Calkins is a dream to work with he went above and beyond to help me find the right car, and is just the utter definition of professionalism and elevated customer service. Mat in finance made the business side of things a breeze, and gave excellent advice and honest recommendations. I cannot recommend West Co. Volvo enough!
