After a less than ideal experience at Spirit Lexus, I hurried over to Mungenast and arrived 30 minutes before close. My sales rep Brad greeted me with a smile and handshake, promptly directing me to the RX I was interested in. He stayed overtime to get the paperwork rolling, and came in the following day on his day off to seal the deal. Couldn t be happier with my first big car purchase and would recommend Brad at Mungenast to anyone interested in a Lexus.

I highly recommend Mungenast Lexus! Spencer, in particular, was fantastic to work with and made a great car-buying experience. We came in about two hours before close and him and his team were able to send us off with our dream car by the end of the day. The process was quick and smooth and Spencer did a great job answering our questions and working with us on every detail. The Lexus itself that we bought is amazing and meets all of our needs for a reasonable price. I am super happy with this purchase and will definitely come back to this dealership for future car-buying needs.

I bought my Lexus ES300h from Mike Medlin. He and the dealership were very helpful and courteous. Mike had to spend extra time on the phone and answering emails since I bought the car from FL. He assured everything went smoothly and set my mind at ease. He even took my car to the show room and sent me a photo with a bow on top to congratulate me on my new purchase just before it was picked up to be delivered at my home. Nice touch, Mike! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mike Medlin!

The very first thing that you should know about service at this dealership is this: My conversation with the service writer was recorded (audio and video) as I sat in the service writer's office. And there is no signage informing customers of this fact. (On my 2nd visit, I looked.)Last month, I took my Lexus NX300h in for service for two problems: Non-functioning trackpad and a loud rattle in the hatch area. Thankfully, I had purchased the extended warranty when I bought the car (used) from Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis (August 2023).However I was told by the service writer that the trackpad repair was NOT covered by warranty because I had "obviously spilled something on it."Note, this was before the car had even been seen. I explained that I do NOT allow anyone to drink anything in my car but I was again told that I had damaged the trackpad by spilling a drink on it.I contacted the general manager and was told that he "reviewed the recordings of my visit with the service writer" and felt that the service writer had dealt with the problem satisfactorily.I said, "Wait, what?"The general manager explained that this dealership records conversations between the client and the service writer. Now, it doesn't bother me that my comments are reviewed and affirmed, but it bugs me a LOT that I'm being recorded without my knowledge or consent.The next day, the car was returned to me and it was evident that the trackpad had not been fixed. I wasn't off the lot before it quit working again.I am now driving a four-year-old Lexus NX 300h with a trackpad that doesn't work - despite the fact that I paid a bunch of money for an extended warranty (purchased through Mungenast).In short, I am sorry to say that I can no longer recommend this dealership because:1) It records customer conversations without consent.2) Their extended warranty is not honored.3) Upper management is not responsive to customer concerns.Several months ago, I wrote an extremely positive review of my purchasing experience at Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis. But apparently there's a lot of difference between purchasing a shiny new car, and servicing vehicles and honoring warranties.In August 2023, my husband and I purchased two Lexuses from this dealership. In part, because of my experience, my husband has now traded his Lexus (a UX with 10,000 miles on it) on a new Toyota. And, as he said, "I won't give Mungenast Lexus another dollar of my money."I feel similarly.Updated: I see the dealership has replied and insisted that the trackpad was damaged by a spill. That s an unprofessional way to attempt to wiggle out of a legitimate warranty claim.I am sure disappointed that this company treats its clients this way.

My wife and I had our Lexus NX200t F sport towed into Lexus on Sunday night . The night before the ice storm they called for on Monday. Even with closing early on Monday our vehicle was still ready to be picked up on Tuesday afternoon. They diagnosed we had ice freeze in our muffler and also performed the 90,000 service. David Cordner was our service rep and he was awesome. It s nice to know our Lexus has a nice home away from home.. every Lexus needs a spa day right?? lol

I am extremely upset right now. I recently received the car I purchased remotely from Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis, as I live in a different state. The car is a used 2022 model and overall it appears to be in excellent condition. However, to my surprise, there is a large blood stain or a similar substance on the inside of the rear roof of the vehicle. It is quite obvious and repulsive, and I believe it will be difficult to remove. It requires the attention of a specialized center. Additionally, the second key seems to be damaged, although not as severely as the blood stain.The concerning part is that none of the advertisements placed by the dealer on their website or other platforms mentioned this issue. The pictures in the advertisement and the reports provided did not disclose this defect in the vehicle. Even after the sales procedures were completed and I had paid in full, I requested recent pictures and a video of the vehicle's interior and exterior. However, the dealer refused and only shared three pictures taken two days ago, none of which showed the blood stain. There was no verbal communication about this problem either, even after the sale was finalized. Furthermore, the vehicle is in need of a thorough detailing for both the interior and exterior.I am genuinely surprised because Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis has a good reputation and is known for its experience. While their overall treatment was professional, they failed to inform me about the blood stain or provide any details about it.Some might argue that it's not a big deal, but for me, it certainly is.Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis for dampening my family's joy.

I could not be happier with the service that I have received at Mungenast Lexus! Working with my sales rep, Kyle, was super easy and pleasant! He had great communication skills and was very knowledgeable.Prior to buying my Lexus TX 350, I researched Mungenast Lexus website, I was impressed by how long most of their employees have been with the company. Obviously, there s a lot of job satisfaction there and those employees pass that joy on to their customers. Lexus makes a great product and Mungenast Lexus has incredible service and stands by their cars. I would highly recommend buying a Lexus from Mungenast Lexus.

Although I wasn t really wanting to buy a new car, my old one decided otherwise. Lucky for me that I had serviced my 2013 ES 350 with Mungenast since day one. Ultimately, I got the car I wanted and had the best experience with my salesman, Emmanuel! He s a great guy who is doing what he loves. Thanks again Emmanuel for making things easy.Also, I ll finish by giving a big shout out to their service manager, Brandon, who was also a big help in making this work. I would like to start off by thanking Emmanuel for assisting me in my purchase of a new Touareg Volkswagen. Emmanuel does not mix words, but his conversation does not feel like you speaking to a salesman. He left the ball in my court, but he did make sure to tell me any option he thought would be of some for me to consider. He wasn t shy about following up, but each follow up was to the point and clean in conversation without the extra words that some people like to add. I arrived at a bad time the first day around close, but Emmanuel responded quickly, and I was able to test drive the vehicle with no rush to get back. I had family members with me, so they were able to give their input on ride quality, room, and the overall experience of driving this vehicle. Prior to looking at this vehicle, I saw an Audi A6 Prestige, Audi A6 Premium Plus, and a BMW x3 28i. The first car was sold the day I went to test drive. The second had a $500 dollar hold until the Friday of the week I purchased this car. The bank came in $100 under the price of the BMW a few days before finding Touareg. The dealer offered to lower the price, but I wanted to find out why my bank did not cover the full amount. I found out they use JDPower so make sure to use the research and auto button on the site to find the average price of the vehicle you want. This should give you more confidence in knowing that what you are approved for is the value of the car you want to buy. You can always check with the bank if you get preapproved to see if they use a different site for verifying auto values. I was not going to put anything down regardless of if I had it in the bank. So fast forward, I picked up my vehicle on Saturday. Bric was great at going over the paperwork and making everything final. I want to thank Emmanuel for putting the bow on the car for the picture but removing it before I pulled it out of the bay. I didn t care for the bow, but it made for a cool picture when sharing with friends and family who live out of town. Some how none of my guy friends and family saw that picture. Lol. Anyway, I want to say thanks again to Emmanuel and even Bric for making it a great experience. Also, this location was set up to do a fund raiser for children with cancer I believe the day after I did my test drive. Don t quote me on that but that was great to see. Emmanuel should be your rule of measurement when it comes to dealing with salesman. If they don t measure up, find a new one or go to another dealership. On my date of purchase, I had a chance to speak with Emmanuel in general conversation. Based on that conversation, he has his head on straight, he has a family that he is raising so he can relate to the person who have their family as their main concern when buying a car. He has two children at this time so I m sure he can relate to the parent buying a car for their child. He has made it this far by pushing forward when easy would have been to turn around and let it go. So, he can relate to the person who is building something that others may not understand and they want a vehicle that reflects their goals or confirms their success in reaching those goals. The point is that I believe Emmanuel will be the right person for you if you are serious about making a purchase.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. We stop in after a typical less-than-stellar visit with another dealer. Comfortable and welcoming was the vibe we got with Brad Hotop. He navigated our purchase with care and respect. His no tactic transparency was refreshing. Brick in financing was very concise, pleasant to work with, always displaying a positive attitude. Sherry (car sales) is a girls girl! Accommodating, knowledgeable, and nice/sweet. Had my two children with us, including my breastfed baby. When needed, provided privacy & space, and snacks for my toddler! Very direct and never pushy, willingness to make sure you re comfortable with your decision and if not, make you comfortable! A true gem! Thanks for everything, made my experience at the dealership so pleasant.

This great experience started with the professional approach provided by Nate, the sales consultant. With Nate, I was able to quickly come to an agreed upon price for my new Lexus and valuation of my trade-in vehicle. I will be purchasing new vehicles from Mungenast in the future because of my experience.

I have now purchased two vehicles through Mungenast Lexus and the experience is always first-class. Kyle Blake was excellent in helping me pick out a certified pre-owned vehicle. His understanding of my needs and budget were felt throughout the entire process and I really appreciated his transparency. Rob Miller guided me through my financing options as well as any warranties that fit my individual situation. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was fantastic, from the front desk, to sales, to finance. Sherry dealt with me the most and I would gladly recommend her to anyone else. Everyone at Mungenast was accommodating to anything I needed and no matter how many questions I had, it was never an issue to find the answer. Also, Rob I think was his name, in finance, was awesome. I apologize if I got the wrong name. But his speedy work ethic to get you through the worst part of the process, the paperwork, and his explanations on all of the warranty packages and what not, was second to none. I felt zero pressure to add anything, he just made sure that I fully understood what I was looking at. If every dealership experience was like this one, the process of buying a car wouldn't have such a daunting stereotype. Mungenast earned a repeat customer.

After spending 50 years of my business career dealing with car dealerships, the last thing I want to do is play games with car salesmen. Jeff Johnson of Mungenast Lexus solved my issue. A completely no pressure approach, sharing several options for my desired hybrid. An issue today-not many hybrids in inventory at any dealership. Jeff solved that problem by taking our order and rearranging a car already on order but not yet built. Took less than two months from order to delivery. All price offers and concessions were volunteered, closing was so easy. Again no pressure just some honest discussions. If all car dealerships were like Mungenast my buying decisions would become more difficult. I highly recommend Jeff Johnson, Mungenast Lexus and the Lexus RX350H!

Review March 11, 2024: We purchased our second ES300h from Nate Hopson, a professional, conscientious, no pressure, salesman, at Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis, on Thursday 3/7/2024. Nate is so accommodating and customer oriented, that he even came back early from his lunch break to answer our questions and help us decide the best vehicle for my needs. My 3 year lease was up on my 2021 ES300h, in May 2024, a vehicle we also purchased from Nate and I was undecided about keeping my 2021, getting the 2024 ES300h, which they had in stock, or ordering the small NX300h SUV. Nate could tell how much I loved having a car, rather than an SUV and he also knew that the newer technology, in the 2024, was a big selling factor for me, so we decided on the 2024, instead of keeping the 2021 or ordering the SUV. Nate then worked with us and negotiated, on our behalf, to get us the best deal he could. He even stayed until about 7 pm, well after closing time at 5pm, to get us out the door, in my new ES300h. I even forgot a couple small items in my 2021 & Nate took the time, on Saturday, to go find them for me. We also had great service from Brick, the financial administrator, who took care of all of the paperwork and explained everything very well. He was also had to stay very late and did not try to rush us through the whole process, making sure we understood everything before signing the paperwork. Overall it was a very easy transaction, just like it was in 2021. I want to thank everyone at Mungenast Lexus for patiently working with us. We highly recommend Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis, as they go above & beyond for their customers. They obviously care about keeping their customers happy and make buying a vehicle and servicing that vehicle pleasant and easy. Other dealerships should take notes from this dealership, on how to treat customers. This dealership is the nicest one I ve ever seen. Especially, the size, decor, layout, Bistro area, with help yourself beverages, snacks, multiple TVs, a kids play area, a fireplace surrounded by leather chairs, & the restrooms are very nice and clean too. We highly recommend this dealership for the second time, in little less than 3 years.

I worked with Brad on my recent purchase of a 2017 RX 350, he was lovely to work with and made the whole process easy. He didn't pressure me when I took a week to consider my purchase and was extremely accommodating to the many questions that I had a long the way. Although I was looking for a slightly older / higher mileage vehicle, I was still treated with respect (some of the other dealerships made me feel or made actual comments that I wasn't worth their time), every staff member I encountered was very polite and helpful. Brick helped me with financing and was also very accommodating to me using outside financing and made the process quick and easy. I would definitely come here for my next car.
