Alyssa was just absolutely amazing. She helped me get my car and made the entire process completely painless. I'm a huge fan of kia after the experience I had there. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I was absolutely amazed at the service from Alyssa and every staff member that was involved!!!!!

First time going to this Kia dealership for an oil change. We discussed the stuff I need to get done with the car but from my understanding I agreed on one of the services that was roughly a little over $300. He told me the total was around that price. We did initially talked about other services but the conversation must of lacked somewhere in between. Come to find out at the end of the service, I was charged for $990.94. During the service, he approached me about two other items that needs to be fixed. Told me the price for each, okay. He walks away mumbling saying, roughly $800 . I m at the point where I am like did I hear that right? I did not have that kind of money on me. For future reference, letting customers know the grand total would be very generous beforehand. It s humiliating to not have that kind of money with me and overall just felt fooled with this entire experience.

Ryan the salesman made everything quick and easy without pressuring me on my decision. They helped me get into the vehicle I really wanted and helped me save a few bucks which is huge in my book. I went to several other Kia dealers in the area and they were very stubborn and wouldn't budge at all on pricing. I understand these are different times then the last time I had to buy a new vehicle over 16 years ago. It was a quick easy process and I absolutely love my Forte Gt!

My experience with dealership was beyond amazing, I have purchased many a car in my day, but none like the experience I had here. My salesman Ryan Kajtezovic was super friendly and answered all my questions. When he brought over the manager Nick Ogle it was like meeting a family member. I had such a great experience I didn't want to leave. They followed up with calls to check in and make sure all was good. I purchased a 2023 Sportage Prestige X-Pro, Dawning Red and I love it. Thanks to everyone at HW Kia, FYI I drove here 2 hrs. To check there inventory.

From the very beginning of my car buying experience at HW Kia West County I was pleasantly welcomed by all staff that I came into contact with. The three staff members that truly made my experience so seamless was Nick - Sales Manager, Alyssa - Sales Consultant, and Bryan - Finance Director. I cannot express how amazing these three work as a team to truly support their customers in all aspects of the car purchasing process. Despite my situation of having to purchase a car within 2 days, due to a car accident which resulted in totaling of my previous Kia K5, they were able to find my new 2024 Kia Telluride and have it at the dealership (cleaned and tinted) by the very next day. I could not say thank you enough to these three! I will most definitely be recommending this dealership to those I know in search of a vehicle!

My Fianc� & myself had the best experience buying a vehicle from here! We used Kadie Long and she was nothing short of amazing! I had questions after we had purchased the vehicle and she took care of my concerns and didn t brush me off! Very pleasant & professional! Definitely will give our future business to Kadie!! Also the manager (Nick) came after hours to let us back in to get our other vehicle after they had locked up. He was also super super nice!! 10/10 experience!

I just got a Kia Sportage for a very good price. Alyssa was amazing with answering questions and offering to help if I have questions in the future. She took the time to teach me the new technology because it was a big change for me. Her customer service was 10/10. Will be doing future business with her.

Alyssa (sales) and Brian (business manager/finance) gave our family the smoothest and easiest experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. They were incredibly helpful, authentic, kind, and patient. We're so pleased with our new car, and with the comprehensive warranty and GAP we added (at a VERY affordable rate), we now have peace of mind for the next 10+ years. They even gave us $1500 for my 20+ year old broken down vehicle that's undrivable. Thank you, Alyssa and Brian! You have my full recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future.

Jahan Lyte helped us find the vehicle that met all our needs and was incredibly kind, professional, and very helpful through the entire process. He was patient, informative, and not at all pushy and helped us find the perfect vehicle. I needed an appointment sooner. I was visiting family here. The dealerships where I live had no availability until 2 weeks out. I scheduled here, it was my first time. Steven helped me. He was very nice & notified me of costs up front. My car was vacuumed & washed in addition to my oil change. Excellent service & I will come back if I need anything again

We arrived at car lot not knowing what we wanted or if we even wanted to purchase a vehicle. Ken came out asked me a few questions let me and my husband test drive a few vehicles but we did not like nothing we seen nor drove. Ken would not give up until we were satisfied a few days later he sent me pictures of a vehicle we came in did a test drive and less than a hour and a half we was driving off the lot satisfied! We have purchased many vehicles in the past but I would have to say that hands down the experience that Alexis and Nick provided for us made this car buying process so easy and stress free that we couldn't have asked for more. They always made sure we were comfortable and at ease with anything we did. Both Alexis and Nick went above and beyond to make sure we picked the right car for our daughter. We felt so great about our purchase that we have recommended them to many people and will be returning soon for a vehicle for my wife. Very awesome experience!!! Very attentive staff from the time u enter and up to until you leave. I had Jason and Tim for sales. I went to their website and asked them to contact me. Jason contacted me and asked if anyone else had contacted me. I told him no and he asked if the car I was wanting was a K5? I said I want that blue one on your floor. I explained my dilemma for financial reasons. I said if financially possible I wanted that card. Less than hr later he said I was approved. I went up today and signed paperwork. Ryan with financing was easy to work with. No pressure and completely explained my options where I understood it and very personable. I am so happy with the service I had. Will recommend highly and big thing was I was only there a couple hrs. I don't like places where they make u wait

Great place, people and services. Found a car at their place online and entire process very smooth. No pressure. Tim was awesome! We drove from Indiana to buy a beautiful 2SS convertible Camaro and had the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking to buy from out of state.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience of my life. It was quick, smooth and felt like I was in and out in no time at all. The last time I bought a car it took like 6 hours!My salesperson Alyssa was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable and reassuring and made this experience top notch. The whole staff was great and very welcoming. I can not recommend them enough!

I bought a nice pre owned car here 2 months ago, that basics sold itself. I am super satisfied with the car.The customer service has been hateful, and I believe, it has been deliberately so to avoid doing what had been promised and put on paper with hopes that the customer will get fed ip and give up.I was promised a new tire and fixing of some dents on the wheels when I bought the car. I have gone to the dealership and called em enumerable times, only to be promised a call back or given the run around between sales and service depts. I am sure it was never the dealerships intention to fulfill their promise after the car was sold.I will never go back to HW Kia for another car or recommend this dealership for their deceitful practices.

I was sold a car that was filthy. It has pet hair everywhere in the car and stains. The sales person promised a detail and now she's on vacation until October. I had to pay out of pocket for a detail that still didn't get those stains out. I also just decided to throw seat covers on the seats because the seats are so disgusting. I hadn't even had the car for 30 days and all service lights came on on the vehicle, every light that popped up had to do with the brakes.

We scheduled an oil change for $49.99 plus a rear wiper blade(which can't be purchased in an box stores or auto parts stores) grand total was $122 & some change. What a rip off ... won't be back.WHATEVER happened to an oil change price ie...49.99 or whatever price and that was all you paid???The customer service was good

The service department at this dealership is amazing. Lindsey is the absolute best. They are always crazy busy, and yet she still makes sure to go above and beyond every time I have been there. I recently had an issue with my Optima and had to have it towed in to be looked at. She really helped keep the worry down to a minimum by continuing to update me literally all day when any new information was available. It is rare to find people who genuinely care about their job and put as much effort into it as she does. I will never take my Kia anywhere else for maintenance or repairs and will most likely purchase my next vehicle from this dealership as well.

We are in the market for a new van!I have received Numerous emails from a sales guy Matt that keeps saying I haven t heard from you or I called you! Wrong! I have emailed him so many times with zero response!Once I learned that you guys were over MSRP on carnivals we definitely went looking at other Kia dealerships, I continue to keep getting emails, even from your sales manager which is the only way you responded because he forwarded my email to you directly with a simple we don t have that.If communication is so bad upfront, I just wonder how the rest of the company operates!

UPDATE !! UPDATE!! Please scroll down to read my entire review !! Jon Schneider was absolutely fantastic . My entire experience was seem less even after a bankruptcy. I love my SOUL So let s update everyone on my personal experience with this vehicle and this dealership.RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !! 2yrs later and there has been nothing but issues with the car . I m on my 3rd engine . Car currently ripped apart at the dealership with absolutely no help from them . The more I m digging the more I m finding out about the business practices here . They sold me a car with known engine issues . This was not disclosed to me . Kia Corporate literally just told me this yesterday. Nothing but run around and games . Kia not the dealership is in the process of buying the car back from me . Total nightmare. Once they sold the car to me I got the run arounds . Glad I bought the Wrap coverage . In Sept of 2021 when I purchased the car it only had 19,000 miles. It was a 2020 model so I figured it s a new used car so all good. Come to find out the car was never certified. . Oversight you might say , NOPE ! You can t certify a vehicle with engine issues . Which there s no other explanation as for as why it would not have been certified. According to Kia Corporate customer service this vehicle should not have been sold . It was in for service in both March and April of 2021 for engine trouble . I started having engine issues before I made my first payment. So much more to this but let s tell you where things stand as of today . I ve been without a vehicle for 3 weeks now . No service loaner because I now have to go through the extended warranty and not Kia s warranty. Extended warranty will only cover 4 days of a loaner vehicle because it should only take 4 days to put that 3rd engine in . Here is the kicker , the engine is on back order . And that 3rd engine comes with a 200 dollar deductible. Absolutely no reason the dealership couldn t have accommodated me . I m upside down pretty significantly in this loan so they didn t want to trade the car in for me either which I m ok with because I would hate for someone else to buy this horrid vehicle. Kia Customer Service has escalated my case to the BBB Auto line .. Hopefully they can speed up this process but anyway there s my spill . Hopefully this saves some one time, money and the stress of buying a lemon from them .

Worst buying experience in a long time. Vehicle was advertised on autotrader for 1000 less and they wanted $942 for doc fees. Was told when I sat down that the price was 1000 more. Offer was so bad I literally thought it was a joke.

The experience we had HW Kia was amazing! Christian Collins was amazing. He was well versed and knowledgeable of the car and he made the sell so smooth. He walked us around the dealership and made sure that we were aware of all the options prior to us committing. This was the BEST car buying experience EVER. We will definitely be back.

This by far has been the best buying experience for me. Alyssa Jackson really worked hard to get me the best deal possible and listened to what I wanted. She was super friendly, funny and down to earth. Nick Ogle the new car sales manager was a pleasure to work with as well, he always had a smile on his face and was eager to make sure I was happy and pleased during the entire buying process. I have already recommended to a few people this dealership due to it being a great place to do business with it truly is! Thank you Alyssa and Nick you guys ROCK!
