Just got my car in April from The Kingshighway location but I know some of their people have moved to this location since they have changed to a rental location. My transmission is going out and has to be replaced. It s so unfair that I was sold a car for $19,000 with a bad transmission. Get your own diagnostic tests done after you buy anything from enterprise. I wish I would ve done that and returned it the next day!

#askforsteveI don t trust a lot of people to take care of my mom. A. She s ... particular. B. She s my mom. When she mentioned to me she was thinking about getting a new vehicle, I was cautious. Mom plans, and researches, and measures, and plans some more. When she narrowed down from any thing with four wheels to this bodystyle, these options, and this color.... I knew it was time. I instantly contacted Steve Hall and said Mom s ready. He set an appointment, I picked her up drove her to his office and held the umbrella while Steve showed her exactly what she wanted, answered all of her questions and explained everything in a way she could understand without insulting her. I was next to her the whole time, but because of Steve s level of service, I didn t need to be.I would trust him with any referral I would need to give.... and you should too.You can t put a price on the level of service Steve and his team provide. (But we are very happy with the price too!)#askforsteve

Enterprise has done it again. I met Mike Moore there today and he helped me get into my dream car for a fair price and a good trade-in deal. I appreciate the personal service. Mike drove me out to St Charles to pickup the car and I got to drive it on an extended drive. I love the Toyota certified pre-owned values that I get at Enterprise. Thanks and best wishes!

Fantastic experience on our end! I loved the no haggle experience. Enterprise car sales beat the dealers offer on our trade-in by roughly 3k and beat Carmax s offer by 100 dollars. The price on the car we purchased was also a good deal on a car we love.

Frank and Darrien what a great help and very pleasant to work with. They took time to explain every step of the way. We went in pre-qualified for a loan which was a big help in the process. However, we suggest that after you've purchased the vehicle or if possible before during your test drive you have a trusted mechanic check out your vehicle.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I regret doing business with them. Within two days of purchasing the car my entire radio system and screen went out. In that same week, my car stopped and died mid drive, in the middle of the road. Keep in mind , this happened on the 7th day within 7 days of purchasing a car you can return the car if you have any problems. I called enterprise immediately and told them what had happened. I told them I got a jump and the car started but I wanted to make sure that the battery wasn t the only problem. They told me not to worry and to take the car to Firestone and Firestone would take care of the problem completely free of charge. Firestone had been booked the entire weekend so I told them that i had to waiting until Monday to take it, now we re at day 10. Firestone told me that there was a loose screw in the battery and fixed that part but that did nothing for my radio and screen. I called enterprise again to tell them I just got service done and now have a $60 bill that they agree to pay for as well as a broken radio still. Enterprise proceeds to say that they never agreed to pay for services and since we re past day seven there is nothing they can do about my radio. I have been lied to, to the fullest. And there s nothing I can do about it. They are greedy for money and don t care about anything besides that. Pick a different location!!

Buying from Enterprise Car Sales was the best car buying experience I have ever had! They let you test drive a car without a sales agent in the car with you. It only took 1.5 hours from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off the lot with a new used car compared to 3 hours at the car dealership the last time I bought a car. No one played any "games" with my credit card either. Sales agent Mike Moore was awesome!

I bought a Nissan from Enterprise. Raphael Kimani was the one who help me from start to finish. I was very pleased with the Customer Service and overall helpfulness. I will definitely buy and recommend others to shop with Raphael. Best experience.

Absolutely amazing! I worked with Amanda and she went out of her way to make sure I got into a vehicle. I didn't even have a way to get to the dealership and they couldn't drop the car off because of timing, and instead of making me wait a few more days, she orchestrated it to where I got picked up to go get my vehicle. Great people, great atmosphere, and they treated me like I was just as important as the next person. Thank you all for your amazing work! I will forever be greatful!

My boyfriend just got a car from Scott and it was definitely a 5 star job. He was patient while waiting for my mother in law to meet us there. He made sure nobody could get it before we got there. We had the best experience at this enterprise car sales. Thank you Scott! We love our new car!

I bought a car from entprice in late dec.2022. First off they messed up my down payment by accepting cash and some of the cash went missing. So we had to redo the paper work and sale all together. Then 6 wks into owning the suv, I was driving 70 miles per hour down the highway. When all of a sudden the car looses all power.. i was able to get to the side of the road without being hit.. then managed to drive it only going a speed of 40 or less with the engine light flashing to enterprise. They were very apologetic. Parks the car there for the rest of the weekend is they had it towed to the only dealer that could get it seen within one week time frame. They were not willing to put me into a rental but we're willing to discount the rental rates. I was never put in a rental car. My car sat for a week at st-charles Hyundai. I was told they could get it up early the first week of February. My 11 a.m. Monday morning the dealership called me said it was ready to be picked up they changed the knock sensor. Thankfully this car was double warranty covered dealership warranty and Enterprise warranty. I picked up the car Monday afternoon drove it home parked it for the rest of the day got up Tuesday morning to go across town to work and by the time I reached work the check engine light was back on. Now Enterprise is not willing to exchange the vehicles vehicle or help me fix the problem with the dealership. The vehicle shouldn't have been on the lot in the first place. This has been nothing but problems from the beginning

I was in need of a car. I typically rent from them and when I told them I needed a new (to me) car, the rental side connected quickly to the car sales side. Within several minutes, I received a call telling me what they had available based on my preferences. Scott, my salesman at enterprise was very professional and made the buying process easy. When there was a small hiccup with the paperwork, it was quickly rectified. I am very pleased with my purchase and the car buying process.

I had the best experience here. Very clean showroom very nice staff.. I actually went in to return a rental and ended up buying a car.. Amanda helped me from start to finish. She was very nice professional. She offered me water and had a huge snack drawer in case got hungry. I wanted a blue nissan altima and they happened to have one delivered on that day. The financing process was easy she made sure I could get a lender. I am so in love my car! You guys have to keep Amanda around because she's very thorough and kind. Thanks Amanda!

My husband and I just bought our second auto from Enterprise Car Sales in Manchester, MO. It was just as nice of an experience as it was the first time. The salesperson was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted and scanned all their inventory. He gave us some options we had not even considered. The finance people were great too. We are very happy with both vehicles! We would definately recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent used vehicle.

Okay, they were awesome, especially John. He was amazing in helping me find the vehicle I was interested in. My monthly payments are lower and it still includes my GAP and warranty coverage. They made my transition into a new vehicle so easy, after Totaling my other one just days prior! In addition, they offer gloves and practice safe practicing during this pandemic. I don't know if that matters to some people but, it matters to me. Thanks you guys, keep showing out with the customer service!!!

Excellent experience! The car I selected online was cleaned and shined and ready when I arrived. Paperwork was quick and my salesman was prepared for all of my questions. I really liked that the documents were all on the computer and I just had to click and sign. Very helpful to have in house financing as well. Highly recommend!!!

I picked out the car I wanted on the inter webs, went to look at and drive it, paid and completed the transaction all within a 2 hour time frame. Enterprise was extremely easy and efficient to deal with. Great standard warranty with the peace of mind of a 7 day buyback program as well as knowing the car has been properly cared for and maintained. All for a fair price. I d certainly do it again.

Had a great experience buying my car at Enterprise Car Sales. I didn't know what to expect and Dan Mooney was so helpful and very attentive to my needs! Love my new car - it far exceeded my expectations. I've been telling all my friends about the great deal I got and how they should buy their next car at Enterprise. And ask for Dan - because he is awesome!

I love my new car!!! Billy, my salesman did everything he could to find me the right car at the right price. I ended up with a beautiful Honda Accord, fully loaded , at a reasonable price. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Billy; he assisted my son in purchasing the car of his own, and now me. I was treated so well, I would recommend Billy and Enterprise for your next vehicle purchase. Billy is with the team on Manchester in Saint Louis.

Everyone was very helpful! Especially Mike - he took very good care of me and got me into a car so I could be on my way quickly. Usually purchasing a car is a long, drawn out process that I dread. But Mike and the team made it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Everyone at Enterprise (the Manchester location) were friendly and helpful.I purchased a car for essentially the same price as most dealership have used cars for. The difference was mine had only 27,000 miles as opposed to the cars the dealerships had where the mileage was anywhere from 90,000 to 150,000, plus you know Enterprise takes great car of their cars, who knows what you get from an owner you never met.I am very happy with my purchase and will definately put them at the top of my list next time I need a car.

Had a great experience purchasing a car from Enterprise! Josh, Cory, and Rick took the time to understand what my wife and I were looking for and worked to make sure we found a vehicle that checked all of our boxes. Once we identified a '16 Pathfinder that was still in certification, they were able to get it on site quickly and in amazing shape. Love the car and couldn't be happier with the service. I'll be back again for my next car purchase!

Super friendly sales staff that are willing to listen to you. They will be happy to search their Network to find you exactly what you need. I worked with Cory and Michael, and they made the car buying experience Very Easy!!! They were willing to work with the procurement group to find the exact make/model and color I wanted. Michael helped me on his day off, and Cory drove to St. Charles to pick up my vehicle. This is my 3rd vehicle from this office in 2 years.!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!!

Best place to by a car. I was recommended by a friend who had an amazing experience. I had been shopping for weeks. Although when I walked into enterprise the customer service right off the bat was phenomenal by all staff. The prices are great, the vehicles are in amazing condition. I even missed a minor error with the vehicle I bought and the found it before letting me drive away, took care of it immediately. I will only purchase from enterprise from this point forward and will encourage family and friends to do so. Cory with a K (kory) was great!!!

I had a great experience working with Dan and Rick on purchasing my SUV. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I received phone calls on serval occasions to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that the truck was running up to my standards.I would recommend all of my friends to give them a call when they are ready to purchase a vehicle. I had no problems at all working with them. They were very friendly and professional with me. I love my SUV. I will be back when I am ready to change cars again.

Enterprise made my car buying experience enjoyable. There is no high pressure sales, and with their No Haggle pricing I know I'm getting as good a deal as anyone else. I checked around and their prices are below book value and their vehicles were all in excellent shape. The people there were very friendly and a great help.
