I ve had two service experiences with this location in the past two months, and they ve both been perfect. One was a slow leak in a tire which was fixed immediately, and the other was an emissions test that I needed to have done at 8 AM which they accommodated quickly. Super friendly. Transparent pricing. Honest. This is where me and my car will go.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped us. We had a flat tire while on a vacation. After receiving very poor service elsewhere, I called Dobbs to see if they could help. They were very friendly, gave us options, got us right in and back on the road quickly. Other than having a flat tire, it was a great experience.

Good afternoon this is Anbia. Yeah yeah I was in your tub auto shop yesterday. Your employees take care of me and all the employees does very good and pushes out for your business and they gave me a good deal. What is this by the tire pressure that for you good and keep your good employee and give it to the person raise it take care of me like a family person. Thank you. God bless you. I've only visited two Dobbs locations, but both have been outstanding! In this case, my auto dealer wanted me to wait 5 hours for a tire repair. So, I called this Dobbs location and they said to bring it right in.The team as fantastic. Very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. (It's hard to find people who can actually hold a conversation!! This was so great!) I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Used the wifi to get some work done. I walked out only $29.99 lighter in the pocket for a tire repair.They took a customer's major inconvenience and turned it into a conversation, bottle of water and the opportunity to get a few emails sent. Totally decompressed my stress. Thanks again, Dobbs!!

I ve been going to Dobbs since 1998. I have really enjoyed my experiences with Dobbs, I appreciate the fix for life warranties. They really stand behind their work. Also Justin at the Manchester store is a great manager. He really knows how to handle his customers even if the customer is upset. Keep up the great work Justin Please keep Justin at the Manchester store. That s the one thing that I would change about Dobbs is that they move their assistant managers and managers around to much.

I called ahead to ask if I could bring a tire in that had a leak from a piece of metal. He said bring it right in and I did. It was fixed very quickly. They offered to drive me home if I wanted that or I could wait. I waited and it was much less time than what they thought.

The work was done quickly and everything seem to be working just fine when it was done. I was especially grateful that even though I had asked about other possible repairs they gave me an honest answer and didn t do any work that didn t need to be done at this point.

15 minute emission test! Nicest guy Dan helped me thru the process, gave me some good suggestions on spots to visit in the area. He really went above and beyond, and the speed can t be beat!

The team at Dobbs is consistent and good at what they do. My bill was higher than expected, but they found a way to save on my services. Thank goodness. Sticker shock is real. Haha.They also were very receptive to me reaching out to know the timeline of the process because of my impatience. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had just bought a used trailer and was pulling it home and had a blow out .looked all over for a 205 60 15 no one could help me except Dobbs they checked in there clearance tires in there basement and they were able to find me a 205 65 15 and changed the tire right away for me and it was very good people in that Dobbs location. I got a new tire put on my rim and balanced it all within a half hour and it was very cheap for me I spent a grand total amount of $33 dollars THANKS Again Dobbs on Manchester and 141 your Great George <Bo> Buckles

The service here was decent but this place is very unsanitary. The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet & floor were covered in urine. After my oil change was complete, I got back in my car and there was oil residue all over my water bottle, gear stick, and steering wheel.

Dan and the team provided me with the best customer service experience I have ever received at an aftermarket auto shop. They were so fast and fixed everything on the spot. They went above and beyond to help me out in a time of need. They were also very honest and didn t over promise and/or oversell.

dropped the car off for a check engine light. the dude called me and rattled out a list of $4000 worth of repairs. i ask him if he can send me an email of the list or have it in writing so i can look it up and decide. he straight up refused and told me there will be a list when the repair is done. i end up taking it somewhere else had the problem fixed for $300. they r ok for an quick oil change but anything more serious then that u better look else where

Not great. I had run over a nail so I had to use the closest place my meeting as I could. I called when they opened and asked if that could pull the nail and rotate the tires. They said bring it on it. Pumped up my tire and raced over there. Dropped it off at 8:30 AM. Called them at 1 PM still not ready. My meeting was over so I had a friend drop me off at 3:15 PM. Still not ready. I asked when they could remove the nail they said they would get to it after hours around 6:30. Ten hours to remove a nail? Why even tell me to drop it off in the first place.I asked for a ride home in the shuttle. At first they said ok, then I was told the manager said they needed the driver in the shop, so now I'm stranded. Luckly I had a little compressor in my car to pump up my tire and I was able to fill it enough to drive home. The employees offered no help whatsoever. Cold.

I had a tire fail of a tire that I had purchased at Dobbs. They stood by the tire, fixed it at no cost and sent me on my way promptly!!
