The tire shop is a convenience, and bargains are to be found if you're shopping for a complete set or fewer tires. I bought a complete set of Bridgestones in October 2022 and they were installed w/o any added cost to the tire price. You're going to need tires for your car folks, so why not shop where the price is right and the services are included. My set also included a 70,000 mile warranty. There's also a kiosk outside of the tire section to check your tire pressure and fill the tire if necessary. The tire shop service personnel are more than happy to instruct the member on using the kiosk...even I can do it!!

Terrible service. Price quoted isn't price in store. Guy at the desk was busy on the phone for 15 minutes and not helping anyone. Took 3 hours to finish a rotation because they were busy. Go to Dobbs or sams. They have better selections and can get you in and out faster.

I drive the extra 20 minutes to go to this Costco rather than St Peters because of the tire center. This one is much more professional. They honor their warranties when the other one will not.

Terrible customer serviceWe ordered 4 Michelin tires. We payed full money for the tires and the service guy said that we will get a call when the tires arrive . We never got the call. We went to the store on a weekend and they said oh we have the tires now so they installed them and again never called us back after the installation was complete.Within 1 week we had a flat tire. The service guy inspected the flat tire . There was no nail that punctured the tire , it was inappropriately installed! Then he ordered a replacement tire and said we will get a call once the tire arrives . We still have not gotten a call from them and every time we call the tire center either no one picks up the phone or they put you on hold for 20/30 min so that you are forced to hang up !!

We had our four tires installed and immediately afterwards the tire pressure warning sign came on. I came home and checked the pressure of each tire to find out one of them was losing air. The next morning the tire was losing more air. So I walked in to get it fixed but denied and was told to come back the next day because too many people waiting in line. The following day we got denied again due to long waiting. The person checked there's no nails on the tire so obviously it was faulty installation but they still insisted we had to come back the next day TWICE. Poor service and poor customer support. I'd give them zero star if I could. Never recommend and never use them again.

Vey happy with my experience. It was very difficult for me to replace my two front tires. Not even Mercedes dealerships have the tire for my car. Mercedes-Benz S550. I was able to get my two tires at this location and the whole experience was very pleasant.Special thanks to Ed and Ben. Ed helped with ordering my two Michelin As3 tires, and Ben helped with booking the appointment. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

My rear tire was flat and I replaced it with spares from road assistance. I fixed flat tire myself with puncture kit. Costco helped me to set my tire back to the place by removing spare wheel and filled nitrogen on all 4.

This COSTCO took care of my tire rotation quickly and easily. I d recommend it! If you can, be sure to call ahead to make an appointment beforehand.

The service is great. The tires are reasonably priced and the selection is good if you have a common tire size. Due to the popularity of the tire center, wait times are on the order of three to four hours on busy weekends.

The service here is excellent. I feel like the staff truly does all they can to provide a great experience for the customer. I was waiting for my car after shopping and was chatting with the gentleman at the service desk. He made sure to let me know they can refrigerate your items while you wait (I told him I bypassed cold groceries because I knew I'd be waiting). I would trust them anytime with my vehicle AND they're just nice people to deal with.

Tried to call twice to see if they had a particular tire size in stock and the person who answers just hangs up. I ll take my business somewhere else. Why list a phone number if you don t have the common courtesy to answer a simple question?

It would be nice if their technicians could properly put my hubcaps on after a tire rotation. It seems every time I get my tires rotated I somehow loose a hubcap.

Despite taking an appointment in advance and reaching there well ahead of time, it took more than an hour after the scheduled appointment to start the work. What's the point of having an appointment then?

Very busy place, first come first serve. I got there a few minutes before the store opened and was still the 3rd customer in line
