I m a new 987 Cayman owner that I brought it in for them to inspect and service a couple of issues I already knew about. Everyone was great, it s obvious they really love what they do. I got a tour of the facility including a second garage with some very nice collector s cars they are working on. I spent some time drawing in their showroom while they took care of my broken tie rods. They also recommend a to do list of other less urgent issues. Once all that is complete I m even considering some elective improvements they specialize in.

Steve diagnosed an issue while my Volvo that was in for an oil change and tire rotation at 50k that has been plaguing us for months. It ended up being an engine mount that was causing vibrations and also a clunking sound. The local Volvo dealer checked the vibration while the vehicle was still under warranty and did a tire balance and charged for the vibration diagnosis. I was expecting my front brakes needing to be replaced but Steve said it's coming but not yet. They took pictures of issues, made suggestions of what to expect in the future and were very thorough and took the time to explain everything. I was recommended to Autos of Europe for my Volvo by another reputable independent shop due to Volvo specific issues and I am very happy to have found them.

I recently had my wife s Mercedes GLE in for schedule B service. I always feel that they are only doing the work that is needed and no additional stuff to prop up the bill. My dealing with both Steve and Jeff have always been excellent!! I recommend Autos of Europe to my friends.

Daughters fiat needed lots work, she said running great after autos of Europe got done fixing all that it needed. I'm 400 miles away from her so I took they're trust to do the work,and it was all good!

We took our Audi in because the dealership said we needed an $8,000 repair. Our second opinion at Autos of Europe showed a very minor problem. Thank you so much for your honest and professional service. It's so good to know there are still good people running good honest businesses. We couldn't recommend Autos of Europe enough!

Jeff and staff handled a repair recently on my 2011 Mercedes GLK 350. The service work was superior. A straightforward estimate was given and explained and the repairs done correctly. No extras were pushed or scare tactics, just great customer service. Oh, and they even washed my car! The cost? Very pleased,saved nearly $1000 quoted from another place (a friend insisted I get a bid from). I will continue to be a customer of Autos of Europe.

Good customer service. It was my first time and it will not be my last. They had me in and out. I needed rear brakes on my Porsche Macan and I was a little worried not taking it to the dealer, but they did a great job!

Great customer service. Explained what was wrong nicely and thoroughly, without making me feel dumb. Got my car in last minute. Even though I decided against fixing the issue, I would return here anytime!

Very friendly. Not cheap. But that is a good thing in a way. They didn't solve the computer problem on my Mercedes. But I knew ahead of time it was a long shot.I appreciate having someone with dealer capabilities that is not a dealer.If I have a different car I might come to them again

First time using Autos of Europe. I was looking for an independent, quality inspection and recommended service. Jeff and Steve walked me through my car's overall condition, potential issues and recommended service. Great communication. Been given the run around by every other auto-body shop in the St. Louis area - including chains - for a simple oil change since it s the end of the month (happens every month) and called over to the guys at Autos of Europe @ 3:00pm to see if they could squeeze me in before they closed. Not only did they make it happen but the oil change itself took 20 minutes, at most, at a fair price. Will definitely be back after I drop the Stage 1 tune on the beamer & inevitably need maintenance or repairs. Seriously though, amazing place with awesome and friendly staff.Service: Oil change

Steve Weissgerber and the rest of the staff there were very friendly and easy to work with! He walked me through my repair options and did not leave anything to hide. Offered several solutions for the repair and laid out a very easy to read maintenance plan which was very helpful since this is the first time owning a luxury car. They treated me as a regular, long time customer which made me feel that much more confident about going there in the first place. 5 Star service all the way around...I highly recommend going there if it's your first time or your a pro.Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

This is my second time using their services. They have been nothing short of excellent both times. Steve and Jeff are a real pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient, taking time to not only thoroughly answer my questions but provide a detailed review of services. They also did an incredibly thorough job of outlining in detail upcoming maintenance, providing detailed estimates on when service would be needed along with cost. If you re looking for an independent European automotive shop to fix your vehicle, look no further. Autos of Europe was one of the most unique and fun experiences I ve had with a vehicle shop ever! I had my 986 Porsche Boxster that I freshly purchased serviced there after some concerning issues, but my concerns vanished after speaking with the staff. They were kind, considerate, and were extremely transparent on the whole process and I knew my car was in excellent hands.I want to give a special shoutout to Steve. It was my first time at the shop and this was my first venture into the Porsche Brand. Steve not only answered every question I had, but he was communicative, professional, and is just an all around hoot to be around. Most importantly, he shared my passion and love for European Autos and Porsches alike. One of the best experiences I ve had and they have certainly gained a lifelong customer. I was headed on a road trip to FL,when my dash board lit up! It turns out that I needed a gas cap.They ordered it in the morning and installed it before noon. Super service! Thank you!

I have been doing business with Autos of Europe for many years, but a recent encounter makes me wonder if I made the wrong decision. A message on my MB stated that my front brake pads needed to be checked. Autos of Europe said I needed brake pads, calipers and hoses and that would cost me $3000 plus. Also, I was going to need a transmission flush for another another $1000. He stated the brakes were critical but I could wait on the trans flush. Thinking this was excessive, I called two other repair shops. The first one doubted I needed calipers or hoses. If I did, he could do it for around $1700. The second shop said there was no way I should need calipers because of the age of the car and # of miles. They made repairs on my brakes for just over $600 and I didn't need the calipers or hoses. They also said I was not ready for a transmission flush.Being a long time customer of Autos of Europe, I'm extremely disappointed.

As always, excellent efficient service at much lower cost cost than Land Rover dealership. More down to earth and friendly folks too. Makes the whole car maintenance experience much more tolerable than going to dealership.
