My sister took her car to them to diagnose a problem with the car, they told her she needed a new transmission but then never called her with an estimate. Fortunately she got a second opinion from a dealership, diagnosis....it was in towing mode.....problem solved. That's a HUGE cost difference. Needless to say, she will never do business with TG Express again.

By far the best service I ve ever experienced. Scott will do whatever it takes to give you the best deal. If you get a quote from Plaza Tire take it to Scott. He will give you an up front quote with no hidden charges. He will stand behind what he does. You do not see integrity like this anymore.Service: TiresService: Tires

I came in to have a few tires changed out and theY broke a lug nut on my car. Then told me it would be 70.00 to repair it... that's not good business, especially when I told them I was a single mom and the reason for some of the repair is because in Feb this year I lost everything in a tornado and it also wrecked my car. Im disabled with a 4 month old son. So now im reaponsible for repairing it? It wont pass inpection unless fixed, and he stated "oh its okay you only really need 3 lugs to drive on it.. it won't fall off"... ?? That's not even right! It's 5.00 at auto zone for the part.. what is wrong with this business? And they didn't even Give me a sales receipt after they broke it...SO DON'T GO HERE OR BEWARE! SINGLE MOM NEW TO THE AREA AND PICKED THE WRONG REPAIR SHOP. SEEMS LIKE A SCAM! GET YOU TO PAY MORE WHEN THEY CAUSED THE REASON FOR THE REPAIR IN THE FIRST PLACE...
