Brenton Massey and the team did an excellent job!! They are very knowledgeable on vehicles and also have great communication!! They got our SUV in today and took great care of it! They fixed everything we needed and were very helpful! Thanks

My experience with Plaza tire has always been good. I've only used 2 the Kennett store and my hometown store in Malden Missouri.. I pray that it continues to be trust worthy with good service and with smiles!!! That counts!! Thank you

Asked them to check alignment because of steering wheel wobble, they said belts in tires broke, let em change tires, they said they drove it and fixed it, that was a lie. Did NOT fix. Come to find out they didnt even check alignment. Desk guy was friendly but they apparently have some dishonest mechanics or at least one employed. Brake caliper was problem, after i had em change tires back which the belts were not broke on, or even close, i changed ot myself.

Took my vehicle to Plaza tire on Wednesday. 10-25-2023 They said no problem won t take long to fix it. Went by Thursday they couldn t figure out what the problem was I told him it had something to do with the power steering fluid leaking out. The guy had a bad attitude then. Called Friday afternoon to see what the problem is going to be. They said they had just got the part in that it shouldn t take long to fix. That it should be done by the afternoon. Called around 5:15 that same Friday to ask if it was ready because I know they close soon. The guy said no they had ordered the wrong part and he said you can come get it if you want so I said OK leave the keys in it and I ll go pick it up so I m sorry to say all I have is a bad review for the Malden plaza tire. Unfortunately all you have working there are young kids that obviously don t know what they re doing but I still say God bless him. At least they re trying.

I had a 12:30 oil change/tire rotation appt. I arrived at 12:15 and was done at about 1:45. It cost $99 for an oil change and tire rotation on a 2022 Sentra.

Mom took her car there to have shocks put on. Car was rattling after so she took it back, they told her it was her trunk lid, which it was not. Took it to nissan dealership in dexter and shocks that plaza tire in Malden put on were wrong ones. Would not recommend a place that takes advantage of my mom ever!

I see these guys far too often both through work and personal vehicles. They're always awesome to deal with. I used to really dislike Plaza but they've really changed my mind.

Oh my gosh, I am so pleased with the out come! I had a grinding sound in the front end of my Ford Fusion ,Had been to the dealer in Feb. well I won t go into all of that! But I couldn t find anyone to tell me what the problem was? Today I drove into Plaza Tire and they didn t stop until they found the problem! I am very pleased and from this point forward my car service and repair shop is Plaza Tire!Thank You so much guys

Plaza tire in Malden, MO is the one of the best stores I have visited. The service was quick, of good quality, and no appointment was needed. They fixed all of my complaints and my vehicle is now running like new!

I enjoy having a cup of free coffee while I'm there. I'm already a customer, so looking me up was quick. I had changed vehicles and that was updated. I had a tire going flat issue. I didn't have to wait long. There was one car ahead of me. There was a good atmosphere . The other customer with family were having coffee, had kids there looking at magazines, and were also waiting to get a tire fixed. I do like my Plaza tire here in my hometown. They are really good people.

New manager John. Seems nice. Oil change was quickBack again 6 months and John is doing great job still. Malden is the only Plaza Tire store I will use.Back again still doing a great job.New manager seems very nice but Brad is the key to this location

We went in for our inspection. No wait, no hassle, in and out in under 15 min. We did call ahead of arriving, and was told a time to come in so we wouldn't have a long wait time. Great job.

This place was very neat, tidy and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. I explained that I was limited on money at the time and was sure that my truck needed alot of work done to it. So together we decided what to do first. I had questions and he answered them until I understood what he was talking about. Again, he was awesome. I was sure that the problem I took it in for was fixed just to find out down the road that it wasn't. Again, my truck needs ALOT of work but as of now it is sitting in the driveway, not driveable and I'm out a few ( not a couple) hundreds of dollars.

February 09,2024On Jan 31st, I took my son's GMC Sierra in with concern of the brake pedal losing pressure and going to the floor. It was close to closing time but I wanted it there for them to get started on it the next morning. The truck sat in the lot all day on Feb 1st, Brenton stated that they were really busy and already had a full scheduled day, that he would make sure it would be taken care of on Friday the 2nd. I like okay. Called to check on it Friday afternoon, spoke with Sergio, he said they were haven't a very difficult time trouble shooting the problem. They check the pads, master cylinder and the brake lines, found no issues there. Called back a little later and spoke with Brenton, he said he talked to a buddy of his and they thought it might be the power brake check valve to the booster that may be causing the issue. They tried to get the part from Auto Zone but was not in stock, I was told they would get the part and it would be fixed on Saturday. Called on Saturday, spoke with Sergio, The part was delayed and would be in on Monday. I asked Sergio if the truck was safe to drive was told yes just be very cautious when coming to stop. My son needed the truck to get to work Saturday night. Picked up the truck and let Sergio know that I would not be able to bring the truck back until Thursday the 8th. He said no problem we should definitely have the part by then, about 45 minutes and it would be all good. Called back on the morning of the 8th, part was still not there. Called back later that afternoon, still no part and on the morning of the 9th I was told once again it would not arrive until Monday the 12th I asked Sergio have you tried getting it elsewhere? He couldn't say yes or no. Distressed, I called Orielly's asked if they had the part they said no but could have it by 3:30 in the afternoon, I am like really, if you can get it I will be there at 3:30 to pick it up. Called Sergio back and told him I could get the part that afternoon, that I felt as if I was getting the run around and people were making excuses and not being honest. I was calling their corporate office to file a complaint. About an hour and a half later, Brenton calls me and says I have your part in my hand if you will bring the truck in we will get you taken care of today. There were some other issues that happened as well, but I will end with saying after a stressful week worrying about my son driving that truck with faulty brakes and thanking God for keeping him safe. Brenton went above and beyond to regain my trust, and I am truly grateful!So back in March 2021 it was time for my regular scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I had hit the 70,000 miles mark on my Chevy Trax and manufacturer recommendations were to replace spark plugs. After the plugs change I started having issues of misfire which set off abs and stabilitrak alerts. I took it back and they inspected but couldn't find anything wrong, but told me it was still safe to drive. The problem persisted. In December I had to take my car to the dealership because it continues to get worse. the dealership said the jerking motion was due to a misfire and a damaged coil pack which cost me $300. On the 26th of December I traveled to pick up my Granddaughter and my car started having the same misfiring issue once again. Yesterday, 10,000 miles later, I learned that during my last oil change in October at Plaza Tire in Malden the mechanic had stripped my oil plug during the oil change and had replaced it with an oversized plug, which had been leaking, the manager failed to inform me of the plug issue. I also learned that the plugs that were installed in March were not of good quality and were also not pre-gapped, which was the real reason causing the misfiring. Shaun assistant manager of Malden tire plaza was determined to make everything right. Sparkplugs replaced with GM recommended plugs gapped properly for my vehicle, oil changed and plug replaced, tire balanced and rotated. No charge! Time will tell this week if I have anymore problems. Updates pending.

JJ and his guys at Plaza Tire in Malden MO. done a great job getting my truck in and out in a timely manner. Parts were ordered and installed promptly after they were received.The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid for the repairs. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and attitude towards their customers. I will continue to do business with them, and recommend them highly.

Every time I ve had any issue that I thought Plaza in Malden, MO. could do with some of their limitations with their CO., I have taken my vehicle there to have the work done. They are truly Genuine, and Honest, and good hard working people, and are Professionals, but also professionally honest, and the prices are right,fair, and for any individual in any financial circumstance, the prices Are not outside ANY KIND OF BOX and are not only average affordable, but are true and correct prices! Just for the ones that are in search of a genuine professional mechanic or mechanical issues, or for the unknown (whatnot)These are good folks, and aren t out to rip anyone off, and is a good known professional co., and the guys in Malden, as I said are great and genuine to the fullest in my book. I m 40 years old Absolutely FIVE STARS and ALL THUMBS UP! Thanks guys again there at the shop! Malden
