I needed 2 front tires badly and with my work schedule it's so hard to get anything done with the times available. I needed the tires replaced before a road trip. This place fixed me right up as soon as I called them. Great customer service and great value.

Went and yes it was 15 mins until closing but we were 2 hours from home with an almost flat and they told us they wouldn't help because it was too close to closing. Thank you North Missouri Tire down the road for fixing us up even close to closing.

Super friendly and very fast service. We were traveling through and had a flat tire and needed a new one. He got us back on the road in 15 min. I m very pleased with the service and was reasonably priced.

I would not recommend this place whatsoever. It took them over an hour to balance four tires for which I was charged $60 for and they came out with a whole list of stuff that was wrong with my vehicle to which they shouldn't have even been underneath of it looking for stuff they should have just jacked it up and took the tires off and balance them. I have never in my life been charged $60 to balance four tires I've had tires balanced before and it's only cost me $20

Last minute had to get for heavy trailer tires replaced. Had 45 minutes. They were courteous and quick. Fair prices and they did a good job with the installation.

They are super fast, very reasonable prices, and easy to deal with. I have taken numerous tires to be repaired as well as tire rotations and balances on my vehicles. Highly recommend!

these guys have been great. had some problems with some lowlife wheel dealer in Florida and was not a man of his word. Wilcox has been putting up with me waiting around for this guy to get the wheel to them and finally I had to get it somewhere else. 2-3 weeks They have been extremely patient, kind and courteous. The reason I want them to put this wheel on is because I want it road forced balanced because it is a much better ride than just a regular machine balanced wheel. Their prices are reasonable and they're very easy to work with. With Respect and Integrity, I Remain, Dr. T. Thurman

per Julee's earlier post.....as the recepitionist at Wilcox Tire , I do not suck on suckers, and I always greet every customer that comes into our shop. If you ask me a question about a tire , I do my best to let you know what we have in stock or can special order per your request. Obviously the day you were at our shop, my daughter must have been taking my place, which does not happen very often. but emergencys do come up. I am SORRY you felt you were not waited on properly, but I do hope you will come back again, and let us prove to you that we DO APPRECIATE all of our customers. Thanks

Great people to buy from. Very nice lady that owns the place and will do anything to help a customer. She even loaned me her car to go to the store so I didnt have to drive my truck.great prices and service...support local business!!!!

Where did the days go that you were greeted when you enter a business? The receptionist girl couldn't get the sucker out of her mouth & then didn't know if anyone was there to help us replace a tire or buy a tire. Obviously they didn't need the money or a great rating. Nope not referencing.

Thank you Wilcox Tire!! Thank you for putting us back on the road with 3 wonderful tires and putting up with four kids, two dogs, and two ferrets while we waited!! So quick!! The kids hardly had time to a get bored!
