I am a roofing contractor with Resolve Roofing. I did a claim with a Homeowner that had Macon Insurance. The claim was painless and a very fair estimate. Macon Insurance is a great company and take care of their customers. I prefer anyone who is unhappy with their insurance company to come and speak with Macon Insurance group. I had to come in my self and thank Josh Williams for their integrity and willingness to take care of their homeowners.

Meg has been so amazing to work with, all of our previous headaches with getting insurance for our new business went away with her superb customer service. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Love going into this place they are very friendly and nice and are willing to help you no matter what. Been doing business with them for 30 years would not change for nothing. They know their business.
