Expect dirty looks and lazy excuses when you ask why there are no squeegees, soapy water, or even paper towels at the gas pumps. If you are the type that never checks your fluid levels or washes your windshield and likes to be made uncomfortable for expecting common courtesy. This Casey's is for you.

2 of the 4 diet fountain drinks were out. When asked, it's like it's an inconvenience to the manager... at a convenience store. I'm in from out of town for graduation. It's customer service's attitude and effort that reminds me to look for quick trip next time.

Ordered a pizza and paid someone to pick it up for me. When they retured it wasn't the correct ingredients that was supposed to be on it. The only resolution they offered was for me to bring it back in and they can remake it...I let them know that wasn't an immediate option for me but was told that was all they can do....

Staff is awesome, pizza is always raw dough except the crust. I had to switch to the sandwich selection, which they are killing it. I get fuel here alot like 2200 a week, would be nice if the pizza was cooked all the way.

When we spend 500 bucks in fuel would be nice if we could get a simple cup of coffee said that to the cashier she said if we did it for you we would have to do it for all the truckers duh !! Honestly no respect ... won't be back !!

Been in this store a few times when we travel through for work. Store is clean and pizza is good but the cashier "Char- 5 years of service" has awful customer service skills. No smile, no hello, doesn't ask if we have Casey rewards. While putting in our number for rewards it seems like an inconvenience. No thank you, goodbye, or have a nice day on any of the times we have been in and she was working. I've even tried to make small talk and be friendly. I thought the first time maybe she was just having a bad day like we all have but it's every single time.

There was only two slices of pizza and they were both cheese and I don't do cheese because I'm not paying for something without a topping but other than that I guess the gas price was okay but Daddy needed it to stop in for a restroom break

Very unfriendly cashier. Wouldn't help me use my caseys cash. Refused to help. Very horrible experience

Honestly...I am not sure if I should blame this on Casey's or their ISP. But I submitted an order online 45 minutes ago...it was accepted by their app. I get to the store and they have no IDEA! None...whatsoever! They were kind enough to make sure my pizzz was done in 10 mins....not too hard to do when no one else is around! Need to get the app and the store on the same page.

Usually pretty happy with this store but I really miss the 24 hour service and it says the close at 11 pm and the kitchen closes at 1030 pm I call at 938 and was told the kitchen closes at 930 witch is it

Staff was slow checking out people. The lady swapped out with a younger guy. She appeared to talk down to him and she was very rude and unprofessional while checking me out. Happened the evening of the 4th around 11pm or so.

Got here at mid nite huge bus full of high school kids there all buying 12 packs of soda, line is out door, and one cashier in front and 3 employees in kitchen chit chatting and laughing. Think u lost my biz Casey s

This Casey's has the cleanest bathroom I've seen in a while. The store its self is very well taken care of. 100% recommended!
