This place is always a relief as I work late in the night and I usually stop here to stretch on my way home. It's a fair price and it has a shampooer for your car. The car wash seems well taken care of, and they offer a dog wash as well. It's in a good spot and I am very thankful for this car wash

Daughter got charged 12 bucks and it didn't cycle, used card a second time and got charged 13 bucks and jeep was left dirty and still had soap on it. Use at your own discretion, I will never use it!

the wash cost me $18.50 for self service and the hose did not rinse the film left by the wash . The dryer was about as powerful as A hair dryer.

Put 75 cents in and it wouldn't take any other coins. Put my card in and the water started then stopped as soon as it started. Of course I called the number and no answer. Enjoy your 75 cents because that's the last you will get from me.

I used the bay with the brushes and bought the $14 car wash. It took five minutes and it left soap on my car. So I ran through and did the basic wash to try and get the soap off and it just added more soap that was left on my car. I then went to the self-serve bay and got most of the soap off. I am very frustrated and will probably take business elsewhere. I have love using this Car wash before but this was not a fun or good experience. I also tried to call the number twice and got no answer. I have had trouble getting in contact with them before and never heard any response back.

Not crowded. Easy access to the highway. Machine wouldn't take my debit card so had to do the coin machine thing. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Truck looks good , so all is well.

Used the Auto Wash. The machine malfunctioned and hit my car. Tried calling the number several times and all it would do is ring. Super not happy with my experience considering my car is now damaged due to machine error.

I go to this car wash facility weekly.. great water pressure.. soap rinse clear coat conditioner... Have had absolutely no issues! Very clean stalls always! I highly recommend Butner s Auto Spa!

My credit card got double charged. It acted weird and I tried to print a receipt but could not even get a receipt.update: I got ahold of the company and they were very professional about this. They admitted there is a software glitch and they were more than willing to make this right with me. They made it clear that they are not in the business to take advantage of anyone.

I use the automatic washer and it left soap all over my car so I had to go to and the other side and wash or rinse the soap off my car and it was $14 just for the wash and then another two to get the soap off I won't use that one again

I own a black car and this is my favorite car wash because you can either do it yourself, you can drive thru an automatic that has brushes or one that has high-pressure sprayers and you can even wash your dog in the indoor area... it also has a nice vacuuming and shampooing area to do the interior and I musn't forget the dryers as I didn't drive my car pull out so I don't have to dry it by hand...love this place I used to love this place I no longer doI didn't driveI didn't dry my car even after he put me through twice. Money wasted.

Good place to clean car. Good Water pressure. I couldn't get the hand held "blow dryer" to work. Only due to my lack of knowledge. Couldn't find switch the directions referred too. Very clean an facility. Usually an attendant on the property. Takes cash, coin and plastic. Also have "happy hours" on certain afternoons, with discounts.

I used their pet wash. The cost was $12.00 to wash a 33 lb. dog. The water was not warm at all. The building was not warm and it was a cold day outside. The dryer blowed cold air. I stopped and took the dig home wet. Ill not go back again. I tried to call twice but never got an answer. No one there that day either.

I feel like my tuck needs more of a deep cleaning now after spending $12 on a wash than it did before. It left a very thick, cloudy scum over the entire body of my truck. The brushes then left brush marks on it after trying to run it through again. The attendant working was nice and attempted to wash the brush marks off but they will about need buffed off the tailgate. Very disappointing!

Very clean business and very helpful workers! The self car wash was a great price and did an excellent job and the vacuums worked very well too. I will definitely be going back!

It's a really nice place with friendly service and truck bay for the big stuff. Rating would be higher if their pressure was higher. I regularly wash my vehicle at another place and thought I'd try Butners out of convenience, I ended up at my normal spot. Vehicle was not dirtier than normal.

My husband and I got stuck in some pretty thick clay and had to go to the nearest car wash and we went through an auto wash first, the man out front saw us pull into a self serve to finish getting off what we could and he approached us and said didn't you guys just use the auto? We replied yes and told him what happened and he said well try the touch less and see if that helps! We kinda denied it, and he insisted and we went to get in the touch less bay but by then there was aline. So he told us to go over to the self service bay and he swiped his card and told us we could take how long we wanted to make sure the clay was off. Great service, great guy! Would definitely recommend! It's hard to find genuine people and we're always so thankful to see people doing things they don't have to do just to do it!

I pulled into a self service bay today, when it's freezing outside. I was met by the attendant, who was a super nice guy. After greeting me, he also washed my car for me. So amazing to get great customer service! Thank you so much to the employee this morning at Butner's auto spa!!!

Great car wash! One of the best I've been to. Truck came out looking great in the auto wash. They also have a pet wash/spa which I thought was a great concept.

They have a Dog wash, pet wash that SAVED our day! Friendly helpful attendant as well :)

Make sure you have plenty of money. If you don't have enough cash to meet the minimum starting amount it will steal what money you've inserted before you have time to go grab more. Overall good wash but costly.In defense of the business, I did not contact them to give the chance to correct the problem. I figured it wasn't worth my time and I feel they should have their computers set to allow for more time.

We always get a great car wash experience when we visit! The bays are kept clean and their laser wash is hard to beat for normal highway/ gravel road dirt and grime!

Good car wash but need outside lights on at night as you cant see to put money in or see whether it cleaned your vehicle and i think it should spray down both sides on all the setting as you pay for

Paid $10 just to get the undercarriage wash and the undercarriage wash feature wasnt working. There was a guy there so I let him know and he sent me back through and then disappeared. Tried to call the number on the side of the building-no answer. Undercarriage wash still wasnt working. When he finally did show up again he insisted it was working. The proof is still on the undercarriage! He would not do anything to fix it. Had to go somewhere else and pay again to get it clean.

Use this Car Wash quite frequently as they have a bonus program with money put a wash card. Plus it's the only spot in town with the Ryko Wash Machine. Does a wide selections of vehicles plus the attendants are on site to assist.

This is the second time I've used the second drive thru and I ended up going to printers to rinse the soap off! The first time they let me go threw again but same result but I went tonight and it was the same thing had to go spend more money to rinse it off

Normally when we go through Macon we stop and use car wash. Last 2 times has double charged us. Tried calling and get no answer.

Good place to wash your car. Buying a card will get you a good discount on washes and it works on everything at the car wash.
