I worked with Steve Boeckmann for my Jeep Wrangler order and he understood the assignment. No hassle, no gimmicks, and the best offer of any dealer across 2 states. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Steve was always available to chat when I was looking for an order status. Upon delivery my Wrangler was clean and had a full tank of Gas. Thanks for making this such an easy purchase!

Spent a few days looking at a Jeep. Worked with them on it didn't like their terms so I talked with my bank. They couldn't sign off on it until Tuesday.They sold the vehicle out from under me. The manager Steve knew what was going on and told me on Saturday our deal was approved for Tuesday and still sold it. Tried calling and messaged the manager to see if it sold and got no reply. Read my message but didn t have the respect to tell me they sold it. Place outright sucks. The finance office is the worst l've ever been in, they do not know what they're doing. They praise their low prices and fair trade values but honestly that's not what it is, l had to bust my butt to get an almost fair deal. If another place had what I wanted I would've went there. Nothing against the salesperson, he did what he could despite the manager lying. Place was an hour and a half away, was told I needed to come in to make a deal even though their website advertises 100% online with delivery offered. Moral is don't settle for this place if you don't have to.Do not let this place screw you. You really can't trust anyone in the car business.

If I could rate this zero I would. They had a vehicle at a great price no one had in kc. Sent a message inquiring about it, no reply and two calls in with no calls back. I drove in 2 hours only to find the new owner driving off in said truck. SOME communication would have been nice before I drove down even called this morning before I headed that way, no answer. I was ready to purchase.

What a great example of customer service. Jim Butler Jeep Linn. MO did an outstanding job of providing us with asmooth purchase of our '23 Jeep Gladiator. Jennifer Morris & Steve Boeckmann crossed all the "t"s & dotted all the "i"s by phone, email & text. It took less than 2 hours after my arrival at Jim Butler Jeep, until I was on the road with our new Rubicon.Highly recommend this dealership...they deliver.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF POSSIBLEThis dealership will take advantage of you if you are not careful. They will lie about your credit pulls being soft pulls. They will push cars onto you they want to get rid of instead of vehicles that meet your needs.149 point inspection on used vehicles is false advertising or if they do it at all no repairs are madeMy brake pads were warm and rotors warped causing problems less than 12 hours from purchase. Because they pushed a vehicle on me over 100k miles I had to sign an "as is" agreement. The break repair needed full rotor replacement and pads in the front costing 600. They refused to replace for free.They barely gave us much attention or did not go over the competition loan offers when I specifically asked to. The vehicle has been a repair nightmare since I got it.

I worked with Steve on a new 2024 ram TRX final edition over the phone. No pressure they had the best price by far so I drove up from Orlando 16 hours in my 2020 Ram 2500 that I traded in. Couldn t ask for a smoother, more professional deal, clean truck, full tank of gas and back on the road in an hour. 5 stars all the way around. Thx again

Unfortunately, I can totally see why this dealership still has several 2023 models they are trying to sell. My experience with this team has gone on for months, trying to work the exact same deal with absolutely no movement. Today, I asked for an actual copy of the deal and was told they never send actual copies of the deal because it s always used against them. Guess it s time to look elsewhere!

I drive from Ashland to get my truck serviced for several reasons. I can trust them. The parts and service are less expensive. And probably most important to me, is how nice everyone is. From sales to service, it s just a friendly atmosphere.

Working with Chris and Shirley was good. Even though the problem wasn't fixed they continue to try and help. I just recorded the 2 problems the shop guy said he fixed, 1 steering column problem and couldn't get the other to happen to the seatbelt. (Happens every time) Now I have the issues recorded, I'm hopeful it gets both the issues resolved. It's my company truck and every day it's in the shop, I'm not making money. Not to mention who wants a $63k truck that has issues like a old truck?

Dealership picked up vehicle at the business and provided oil change, fuel filter, change, and fixed recall. The vehicle was returned promptly after the service was completed. The interior of the truck had been cleaned and all of the fluids, for the vehicle had been filled and was ready for service. Great service as always.

I found my salesman and all the rest of the staff to be friendly and courteous as well as professional and knowledgeable. Aside from a computer glitch which was no one's fault, the entire process of buying a new vehicle was straightforward, pleasant and simple. I encountered none of the high pressure gimmicks and games that are used in other retail auto sales establishments.

Had a great experience here. I drove 22 hours round trip because they gave the best price that I could find and were very upfront about it. No games. I had Matt as a salesperson and felt that he was literally working to get me the best deal he could. I wouldn't have drove that far if I didn't trust him. Would have no issues doing it all over again. Mike in Finance was awesome as well, found me a great rate and was super fast so I could get back on the road. Thanks everyone.
