Customer Service With A Touch of Class. Jake Horton and Bret Wingrath our top notch and personable. I researched the vehicle and found it listed Horton Auto Sales. From the first encounter my wife and I were greeted by Brent who got Jake for us as I spoke by phone to Jake previously checking to ensure the vehicle we were interested in was in stock. Jake treated us like family walking us to the vehicle and talking through the features. Additionally Jake was upfront and honest about the spare tire being replaced and an additional keyfobe on order. We took the vehicle on a test drive and it was confirmed this vehicle was the one and reassurance that Horton Auto Sales ensures they are selling premium quality automobiles. When we return Jake greeted us and we talk numbers I made a offer and a deal was sealed with a handshake. We return today February 7th to finish up paperwork when we arrived Brent greeted us he was very professional. Honest prices, 1000 mile or 30 day power train warranty and no extra hidden administrative fees Horton Auto Sales is our new family trusted business for our future automotive purchase. Bought an accord from them. After leaving car broke down. According to paperwork I was not covered and would have to fix my car myself. I reached out and they took care of me and paid for parts my car needed. Would recommend.

Brent and Jake were great to work with. They weren't pushy and were extremely patient with all of my questions. After purchasing my 2012 GMC Acadia Denali there were some issues that came about, but I contacted Brent and Jake and they took care of everything! They never left me in the dark about anything and made the whole car buying experience absolutely AMAZING! When we go to purchase another vehicle we will be sure that Horton's has our business!! Thank you Horton's for everything!

I had a great experience at Horton Auto Sales. Their offices looked very nice and both Brent and Jake were very helpful. They were accommodating on all my requests and offered a fair price. I don't know what more I could ask for.

Very helpful salesman didn't bug us while we were looking. Ended up buying a jeep never thought we could afford one but Horton auto sales made it possible. If you are in the market for a used car you must try Horton auto sales.

I called and spoke to Brent about a certain vehicle I was looking at online. He was more than happy to give all the information I was asking for on the vehicle. My daughter and I drove for over 2 hours to see the vehicle and we are glad we did. We were met by Jake (the owner) and he was more than happy to provide any information on the vehicle we were looking to purchase. Jake had a sale going on since it was Labor Day weekend and even got him to sweeten the deal a little more. He took care of the small items that needed fixed or cleaned up and even provided us with a full tank of gas for the long ride home. Thank you Jake for all you did for us, would deal with again given the opportunity!!!!!

My wife and I've just bought a 2009 Murano from Horton Auto Sales and we love it! Our sales rep went above and beyond to help us out and truly made the process super easy. One of our concerns while we were there was that the struts on the hood mount needed to be replaced, another concern of ours was that it only had one key fob. Needless to say we went ahead and purchased the car. Two days later the OWNER drove an hour and a half to our home to change out the struts for us, a couple days after that we received a brand new key fob in the mail that they had ordered for us. They had outstanding customer service and we will absolutely buy another car from them.

I bought a 2012 Buick LaCrosse from Horton Auto Sales. I was very specific about the type of Buick I was looking for and had no luck with private party sellers. The Buicks I looked at outside of Horton s were very expensive for the base models. I went to Horton s and found the exact car I was looking for, plus many more features I wasn t expecting. Their price for the fully loaded car was the same price private party sellers wanted for their base models and it has lower miles than the other ones I looked at. This is my second car I bought from Horton Auto Sales and definitely not my last.
