Nothing on my part but this business is not very professional. Has had my son's truck for over 6 months and still did nothing to get it running. Was running when my son took it to him with an electrical issue and explained the problem. How come he did not give my son a full print out of what was done. When I have my stuff worked on I like to see every single thing and every minute to the detail especially when it comes to my safety. Oh by the way what shop tells a customer maybe it will catch fire when you are driving and then you won't have to worry about it. I gave way too much credit with the one star.

Great family run shop. Do business in the small home town kind of way. While at the same time staying on top of latest technical knowledge and diagnostic tools. They seem to strive to give give a good customer service experience, while being very cost competitive!

We took our 2006 dodge cummins in at the very beginning of August. We wanted Josh and his crew look things over. They looked it over and gave us a quote in a timely manner. They then said it will be a couple of weeks before they could get us in. Ok no problem I have seen them do good work on my dads truck. They said to bring it in on Wednesday August 22 to get started. We took it to the shop on Sunday August 20 due to my schedule being chaotic lately.I showed up on Friday August 24th to see roughly when they were going to have my truck done. When I showed up I quickly realized that they havent even moved touched my truck. It was still in the same place as where I parked it. I spoke with Josh and he said they have been extremely busy but would get to it on Monday of the following week. So once again I said ok and was just counting on the fact that he can do good work. Well Wednesday the 29th rolls around. I swung by to check and see if the even started working on my truck. Nope nothing once again. This is the point that I have became aggravated. I left the truck there because I was going to let them work on it. Well later that night after talking to another shop about the situation I decided to not have Josh's crew work on it.My wife went this morning the 30th to get the truck. The staff was professional and apologetic but Josh himself was not. He wanted to charge us for parts the parts but after discussing it with the other shop who is going to do the work we decided to get the parts through them. So then josh tried to charge us a restocking fee for the parts. My wife responded with then he can pay for the rental fee for the days that they were supposed to be working on my truck. He just responded so that's how we are going to play that game.Needless to say they have forever lost our business and I will no longer recommend them to anyone. I used to recommend them because they did good work on my dads truck. The most aggravating part is that they lied to me about getting my truck in and start working on it. When I spoke to him Friday. If he would have just said hey I'm still very busy can I push yours back a little bit more or I could take it somewhere else. I would have and my truck would be done already.

They really care about the customer needs and will take great care of you and your vehicle issues highly recommend!

I'm a local here, owner & operator and they have fixed so many things on last truck, it was nice to know we have good shop near the house.

Great guys and very knowledgeable about many types of equipment. Resolved problems I had asked several different shops to fix.

Charged way to much had unit 6 monts
