After attempting to order our first RV purchase from a local dealership that didn't deliver and never refunded our down payment, we found the exact model we wanted at Quality RV, so we went there. We wish we had just gone there to begin with. It was a 3 hour trip from where we live, but well worth the drive. No added or hidden fees...what was advertised was what we paid. The no hassle, no pressure sales staff was refreshingly different from what we were used to closer to home or with other large-ticket purchases. Charlie told us to go look around the lot for what we wanted and to stop by when we were done if we had any questions. He didn't 'tag along' or point out every little feature to try to make a sale while we were browsing their selection. Once we decided to buy, Travis handled our paperwork and was equally as friendly and accommodating, explaining any add-ons informatively and honestly, without trying to push us into buying anything we didn't want. When we went to pick up our new trailer, Cody treated us as though he had known us for years as close friends or family, guiding us through every feature and maintenance task for well over an hour, and taking the time to answer any questions we had thoroughly so we left feeling confident that we knew everything we needed to know. And since purchasing, Kim in parts/service has been an extremely helpful, friendly resource for parts, accessories, to schedule any service needs. We will go out of our way to make any future RV purchases from Quality RV, a small, family-owned dealership that has always treated us as though we are family from the first visit.

This is an amazing business! Honest and fair in our RV purchase. Each employee we dealt with was very professional, friendly and accommodating. It was well worth the drive to come here and do business with this establishment. They are true to their word and were very thorough in explaining everything to us. There were no hidden costs or extra fees with the purchase of our Salem Platinum 178BH. Highly recommend Quality RV and will do business with them again 100%!

My wife and I have been by a couple times to check out pote tial RVs. They are good people and low pressure and when I stated what I am looking for in an RV, they were able to point out the 2 styles that fit those needs and we were then able to check out roughly 14 units to walk in and narrow that down. The 2 models we like.

Lady behind the counter wasn't very helpful. I needed a part and she said they don't carry any and I asked her if they sold the whole kitchen faucet and I felt like she was watching me if I was going to steal a part but I wanted to see if they have one like mine and how much, I wound up buying one at Lowes. Worked out great.I like the response they put down.Told lady behind window that was sitting at her desk,I was looking for hose or line going to faucet, she said they don't carry any parts for them. Ok I asked do you carry faucets? She says in the back, I said where, she got up walked to them. ok I started to look at them, and she walked about 10 feet to my right and started to look at parts on the wall and glancing at me and what I was looking at. Why didn't she help me find one or go back to her desk? I'm thinking she looking to see if I'm going to rob a part off one. Money is not a object we're 1600 miles from home and just wanted it fixed. I don't recall her saying go to Lowe's or Home Depot but why would I go there if they sell them there?I was at Lowe's originally and they are the one's that recommended them and they would have the part, keep in mind Lowe's didn't have the part and I was looking at new faucets and the plumbing guy kept insisting I go to quality RV and they would have that part.

Great small town dealer. Personal service and Travis was very helpful with questions I had. All of the staff was excellent and answered any questions! Would recommend the dealer for parts and sales.

I traveled from Texas to buy my 5th wheel from Quality RV because they had the model I was looking for at a price no one could or would beat. I dealt with Travis first over the phone and from the first contact to the last he was prompt in returning calls and emails. When I arrived to see and pick up the trailer things only got better, we did the walk through BEFORE signing a any paperwork. Cody did the walk through, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was familiar with all the features of the trailer. Once the walk through was complete I met with Travis to sign paperwork. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. At no time did Travis ever attempt to sell my any extras like service contracts or insurance. They also were more than happy to work with my credit union who I used to finance the camper. I would definitely recommend Quality RV to anyone in the market.

These guys are awesome! They definitely have the best prices, we drove from Fort Worth and we couldn t be happier. Travis was very helpful and made purchasing an RV very easy. Cody was very knowledgeable and did the best walk through I ve seen. His attention to detail was impressive and made us feel very comfortable driving off the lot! Thank you guys for making this such a seamless experience. I will only buy an RV from these guys and I will recommend y all to everyone, definitely worth the 9 hour drive.

Hands down the easiest, most hassle free and fun large purchase I ve made. From Charlie s refusal to sell a camper out from under someone headed from out of town to look at it, to keeping our number and actually calling when they got something in he thought we d be interested to (my favorite part) no hassle/haggle more than fair out the door pricing (no hidden fees what they tell you the price is is what you write the check for), the sales experience here has a lot of integrity and is actually enjoyable. Travis made the paperwork a pleasant spring breeze. We have been happy with their service work on our previous camper and we re very happy to be able to keep our money local with someone we knew had good service. We were down sizing from a large heavy toyhauler to a small couples camper. What neither Travis or Charlie knew and won t know until/if they read this is we had the toyhauler to race motorcycles with our teenage son who passed in May. They just treated us like every other person they do business with. Making the decision to let go of all the precious memories in the toy hauler and get something to make new memories more in line with what our future looks like now was so difficult and emotion ridden. Having such a great experience purchasing the new camper has really helped us be excited for the future and take peace in our decision which is something thank you doesn t seem adequate for. If you ve made it this far I definitely recommend these guys, you will not find a better group and an easier buying experience.

These are quality people who know there product and they don't order in stripped down units. They order them with optional equipment you will want and use. Bought Rockwood 2109s & love it

We spent over 2 hrs looking financing they said all was good we find the camper we wanted they said we r sorry u will have to go through someone else.Very Rude and no explanation......

This was our first trailer purchase and everyone, from start to finish, was so kind and and helpful! We prefer supporting a small family owned business rather than a large national chain. Quality RV did not disapoint and was worth the 90 mile drive. They had a lot of stock to chose from so there is something for everyone. There was no pressure when we were looking. The salesman, Charlie, just let us look around but was available of we had questions. Cody (who is awesome) did the walk through of our new trailer and he made sure we had all the information we needed before leaving. There are no hidden fees..the sticker price is what you pay.

We have bought 2 travel trailers. One from Camping World and one from Quality RV. It s not even close to what best experience was. These guys were professional and fair. We never felt pressured and the walk through was thorough and explained where we knew exact details. We did most of the shopping online and when we got our camper in the trade, paperwork and walk through took less than 2 hours. When/if we upgrade again this is where we are coming.

They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made our first trailer buying experience fun and enjoyable. The entire staff are very helpful and think of everything. They took their time going over how everything works and gave us tips that will help us enjoy our camping experience. We would highly recommend them.

When we left Quality RV, we felt like we had added to our family! This was our first camper, and they made sure we felt comfortable with all aspects of the camper before sending us on our way! I never once felt rushed, and those who are either first time camper buyers or remember the days, this is HUGE! Justin and Kim are always just a phone call away to answer any questions that we have! I remember one evening, I was getting the camper all packed up and ready to leave for our next camping adventure, but I accidently left the remote outside (in my forgetful state of mind) on the propane tank cover (after sliding the slides back in...). This happened to be right before a huge rain storm! Needless to say... my remote did not work any more... and that little controller controls EVERYTHING!! A quick call to Justin and Kim, and they were able to figure out a way to get me a new remote and program it for my camper! They have been nothing short of AMAZING! I wouldn't purchase a camper from anywhere else!

Charlie, Justin and Travis are totally awesome!! Their patience, kindness, and professionalism are unmatched anywhere else! I know because I have been to other rv dealers in the area and none of them even come close to these guys! If you are from St. Louis or Kansas City where there are a lot of rv dealers it would be well worth your while to visit these guys. They have been in business many years and know what they are talking about and they strive to satisfy your every need. They practice what you would call a small town, homey experience that you cannot get in the bigger cities. I recently had a small problem with my camper and needed to talk to someone about the possible solutions. Even though Justin was extremely busy he very kindly called me back and solved my problem over the phone, saving me a service visit. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind with my questions. Come see these guys, they are all about satisfying their customers!! And they have better prices than the bigger dealers, which is a BIG plus in my book!

A great RV center staffed with great people! We purchased our travel trailer about 2 months ago and couldn't have asked for a better place. We did our research online from several different dealers before making a trip to see the camper in person. We enjoyed the atmosphere there, we were not hounded by someone as soon as we got out of the vehicle or followed around my someone the entire time. After looking at the camper, we actually purchased it over the phone and they were gracious enough to hold it for us for a couple weeks until we could make it back down there again to finalize everything. Every person we dealt with from finance, to sales, to parts and service went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best. We highly recommend Quality RV.Thanks again for everything!

My wife and I bought a 2018 Jayco here last October. I would definitely buy another from Quality RV. First camper we've ever bought and Jim, in sales, answered all of our many questions and promptly returned all my calls/emails. Justin in service offered several 5th wheel hitch options, both of which were quality hitches. The install went quickly and we've been very happy with the hitch he recommended. On the day we picked up the camper, Justin installed the hitch, while the service staff took a great deal of time going over the entire camper and answered many of our questions. They met all the terms of the sale, which included a recall repair that needed to be done, and they were planning to winterize it for us, however we opted to take it camping the day we picked it up. The camper was clean and spotless.They have a small store with RV supplies. While small, it has everything and unlike a lot of RV dealers, their prices were at or lower than large retail or Amazon prices.As a side note, during the first weekend we camped, we noticed some minor damage to a hub plate, which we did not cause and was very likely done during manufacturing. I explained the issue to the service dept., and they immediately arranged for repairs with no questions asked. They ended up needing to order a part, and Roger in service notified me when the part arrived, and arranged for me to have it installed the same day I brought it to them, which was great considering we live 90 miles away. At no time did they imply that I had damaged the part and many dealerships might have done so once the trailer left their lot. This is first class, and is a large reason while I will return should I need another camper in the future.

Quality RV's service department to great. I had my camper at another service center , which I had a scheduled appointment and after 2 weeks they had even looked at the problem. Called Quality RV and spoke with Justin. Took my camper to their shop and the repairs were completed within 2 weeks. Quality RV now has all my future business. Job well done.

This is a great place. All that work their are people who treat you right. Had a problem with my trailer I bought last year. I called and they took my trailer to look at it and fix any problems. Fast and reliable service from the crew of the service department. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a travel trailer go here the services are great. Thanks to all who took care of me and my trailer.

Great people to deal with. We have purchased 2 travel trailers here and both times were very happy with our purchase. They are also great to help with parts and other related towing items. They have a store with RV related items on premise or they can order anything you may need. They have a large selection of RVs and all are opened for viewing with no hassle from salespeople. Just tour at your leisure. If help is needed they are there for you. Have referred many people to them.

This dealership has the best prices and were very up front about not negotiating. Charlie, the owner, took us to a secondary lot to look at the "hail damaged" campers. Still can't find any damage. Jim was great and easy to deal with. Very responsive to emails and very helpful. No pressure on sales, which we liked, and just let us pick the camper. Jean in finance was great as well, although we did our own financing, she was very nice and a joy to work with. Thanks for the wine, the wife loved it. Cody did our walk through and was very good given it was his first videoed walk through, haha. Answered all of our questions that we had. There was another gentleman, can't remember his name, showed me how to use the trailer brake controller. The lady in the office, I believe her name was Carrie (not sure on the spelling), was very pleasant on the phone and in person. Always smiling and seemed to enjoy helping us as well as others. Well worth the drive from O'Fallon, MO. Thank you all so much and for making the process so fast and easy. Well done!

Great service from everyone. We looked at their 5th wheels at our leisure with no pressure sales. Once we picked the one we wanted everything went smoothly. Fave us fair trade in in our 10 yr old trailer. When we picked it up they had cleaned inside and out. Spent about an hour with us showing how to use trailer features. They were willing to spend as much time as needed till we felt comfortable with the usage of the trailer. Replaxed atmosphere with no pressure in any department. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had an electrical problem with our camper in 100 degree heat over the holiday weekend. I texted their Road Service man and he was at our camper and fixed our issue at 6 am. Very professional and we were thankful he responded on a holiday.

Just bought our very first RV *today* from Quality RV. We drove from Northwest Arkansas to Linn Creek, MO for the exact model travel trailer we wanted at the least expensive price (no hidden costs) from the people we spoke to who had clearly the highest level of customer service. SO thrilled we did! From the minute we walked in nicest people ever and ZACK was amazing showing us fools how to do EVERYTHING on this RV. No sales pitches, no upselling, simply frank honest advice and guidance. THANK YOU to this family-run business

We purchased our first travel trailer from them a few weeks back and could not be more pleased. We are from Kansas City but looked online at dealers around us and noone could match the price that Quality Rv offered us. The people from the office staff to the guy who showed us how to work everything (sorry i forgot your name) were awesome. I would definately recommended them if your looking to purchase. If you are looking for an RV and are anywhere near Linn Creek MO in the Ozarks I would have a look at Quality RV. We live in the KC suburbs which is 120 miles away and gladly made the trip twice to purchase our new rig. No haggle pricing that for us the best we could find. When we arrived and spoke with Charlie he picked up quickly that we knew what we wanted. He directed us the RV and left us alone and let us know he was available to answer questions. We put a unit on order. They did not take advantage of the fact there were not any of the unit we wanted within 500 miles. They had just sold two of the day before we arrived, so they knew that model was popular.The unit arrive a couple weeks prior to the projected date and we set up the delivery appointment. They had the unit ready to go when we arrived. Cody performed the delivery. I ve taken delivery on 3 new boats and several new cars and Cody far exceeded our expectations. For us, being 120 miles away, the fact that Cody fully checked out the unit over a few days before we arrived to ensure everything worked and demonstrated everything worked invaluable. He systematically and efficiently walked us through the unit and provided numerous great tips on RVing. He listened attentively and answered all our questions. Travis walked us through the store and made suggestions but never pushed us to purchase. But wait, it did not stop there. Travis offered his assistance beyond delivery insisting we could call him with any additional questions.The paperwork was a snap thanks to Travis and we were ready hooked up and ready to go in about 2 hours including installation of a weight distribution hitch, very reasonably priced. There were a couple additional delighters Quality RV threw in, but I won t spoil it for those who may choose to make a purchase. I wrote this extensive favorable review not because they incented me in any way but because I was truly impressed with the quality for service.

I have done business with this company for almost 20 years. No finer people on the planet. The kind of family business that makes America great. Their service is top notch, and their sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. They know campers from top to bottom. Stop in and see their fantastic selection.

Great RVs, terrible customer service! Went in to ask a question and felt like I was interrupting. Have no clue what his name was, didn't introduce himself, treated me like I was not serious on buying. They lost a sale from me.This will not let me reply to owner except this way (that I know of). If a low pressure business is to ignore someone and make them feel like they are a nuisance, then more power to you. Also, it wasn't only the salesman, it was whoever the lady that works there too.
