Bought our second car from Premier. Our first one was great so we went back and got a second car. Both were very good cars and priced great. No high pressure sales. They want you to be happy.This is a great place to buy a vehicle.

Over the years car buying has become an anxiety inducing experience...but NOT at Premier Automotive. Steve made car buying fun again. We left the dealer happy and confident we had the right car for us and at the right price. There was no pressure, no added paperwork processing fees, and a nice selection of used cars at good prices. He provided us a CarFax and allowed us to have our mechanic to give the car a thorough check up. I don t think I ll ever buy a car from anyone else.

Please do yourself a favor and find someplace else with more honest/good people. I told them that I needed something dependable to get me back and forth from work and that it needed to be family friendly (after I found out we had another child on the way, I sold my truck to buy a family vehicle). Nothing appeared to be wrong with the Subaru that we purchased at first... but it didn t even last me 2 months before the engine went bad. I asked for them to do ANYTHING to help... whether it was helping with repairs, trading me into something different, giving me SOME of the money back, or SOMETHING. I practically gave them all of my savings, and all they had to say to me was it s a bad situation, but that s all I can say and that s a risk you take when you buy used cars instead of a new one. You could have spent 40k on a new car, but you made the choice to spend $8,500 on a used one instead . I spent $10,000.00 on this vehicle between the cost of the car, sales tax, and licensing ...and I can t even drive it. That is a huge amount of money for anybody (especially expecting parents). I live in Columbia and work in Jefferson City, and now I have to find another way to get to work with a junk car parked in the street. I am just beside myself with this situation. I now have no money and no car.

My daughter and I went to look at one car, ended up sold on another. We were given one price and there was zero budging, but she really thought this was the perfect vehicle for her. She went and put money down and then had to wait a few days for full payment. When she brought it home, it is filthy, reeks of cigarette smoke and only 1/4 tank of gas. I hated seeing her so bummed about her first car buying experience when she worked so hard to buy this on her own and then they degrade it after our test drive.

I did not end up buying a car from Premier Automotive simply because I decided on a different car. Fred was super helpful during my process of looking at cars. He was very nice and there was not a lot of pressure on me to decide to buy or not buy the car I was interested in (which was super helpful because decisions take me a long time to make!). I will definitely be keeping Premier Automotive in mind for any future purchases!

This business is outstanding. I almost bought a car from the big dealer in town. However, I am glad I bought one from Fred at Premier Automotive. He sold me a VERY NICE car--one owner and maintained very-well which is much better than the one I was looking at.

He wanted to hide all the problems, and he is not honest.It was my mistake, because I didn't check very carefully the car-fax.It was a damaged car, but he never tell me about that. Also he is not professional about any kind of mechanical issues, for example a big noise from wheel part from another car, he told me that turn on the radio and volume up.I'm not recommend this place, but If you want to buy a car from him, You must have the CAR FAX and read very carefully the CAR FAX. EVEN IF HE DOESN'T WANT TO SHOW YOU.

We have bought 7 vehicles from Steve and Fred. If you want an honest conversation and deal, this is the place to go. Bought one car somewhere else and regret that whole process. Thanks Premier
