These folks were the nicest people. They squeezed my car in between appointments and gave me real world advice on what to do about my car, how long I was probably okay to drive on it and went out of their way to make sure I got fixed up without a big bill I couldn't afford at the moment. But what I really loved was everyone being so kind.

Normally this place is great, today isn't that day.My wife called at 4pm to make sure y'all had propane, so I left work early and am standing here in front of a locked door, 20 minutes before closing time.No signs about closing early, no heads up when we called, just a giant waste of time, that ends with a pair of cold kids at home. Thanks.

Great location to go to for tires for pretty much any kind of vehicle. I picked up a set of tires for my Polaris 6x6 there and had them mounted. Wonderful customer service. I working with the service manager Kenny, great guy and very knowledgeable about his profession. I will be going there with all my vehicles now for more then just tires I'll be taking my vehicles there for service aswell.

They have the nicest people working there so friendly. Cheaper than Walmart on their tires and mounting an balancing super fast service nice waiting room just a great all around experience. Will definitely see them again for all my tire needs.

Had rinnes put some Cooper tires on my Nissan. Super competitive pricing even with the online stores. They treated my truck like it was their own. And I was able to drop off and pick up after hours due to my work schedule. They have earned my tire business from here on out. Thank you rinnes for not being like everyone else! Keep up the good work!

Nice quiet shop with reliable service. It is easy to get an appointment here and the people get to know who you are pretty quickly. I prefer going to see them versus the bigger companies for that comforting atmosphere they offer.

Great people to work with. I had a flat tire, and they had it repaired within 30 minutes of pulling up. I am a regular customer, and go to them for almost all of my tire, and servicing needs. Highly recommend!

Was able to get the tires I wanted cheaper than other local and even online quotes. Install was quick, professional and work was started at the scheduled time.

Had a flat tire in Licking, MO while on a trip from St. Louis to Arkansas and found Rinnes on Google. These folks were extremely nice. They got us in right away, fixed our tire, fed us with some incredible pizza and got us going quickly. Highly recommend them for your tire or pit stop needs.

Fast and friendly service just like the sign says! Excellent food and drinks! Kids like to go there for lunch and after school! Half price drinks from 2 to 4!

I have known the Rinnes for years. I can t count how many times in the years that Mark has gave me good deals on tires and service. It is nice having them in our town.

It depends on which mechanic you get. Kenny Edgar is the best, always finds things and does a great job every time. I have a problem car but he is always happy to see me and find the issues and fix them.

Have to give them props today. They didn t have the tires I needed in stock but they tracked them down for me so I could stay at work instead of having to drive to a near by town. Thanks for keeping me on the road.

I had a standing appointment for over a week on a alignment. talked to them a couple different times thru that time because I also had a set of new tires to be put on. The hole day goes by, I never receive a call that my pickup is done. I walk in the office the lady ask me, if she can help me. I say, yes I am here to pick my truck up if it is ready. She says to me, the tires are done, but not the alignment. Ok, I ask, was there a problem, she turns and looks at Ron Hale. He can even get the words out at first, all that he saysis I am the one that does the alignments around here, I just cant do it. I ask, ok, why? He then says to me, because you owe me money from when I had my body shop! Do you remember. I said, yeah I sure do. But you have been paid! I told you this over 10 years ago. and then had to remind him of the fact, that the girl he was sleeping with at the time that was 12-15 years younger then him was embezzling money from him, do you remember?? oh yeah, yeah dang, I wish I would have know that before hand.. So, I told Ron Hale what I thought of him. And I meant ever word.Also, To Mark Rinne, You advertise as satisfaction guaranteed, Then you allow this POS to not work on a customers vehicle because of a said story from 15 years ago!!?? I sure have a feeling that this was in the works before Friday, if so, wow, you all cut me deep. it just shows what kind of people you all really are. And Mark, to Chicken $h!@ to call me back. Well I highly recommend if you are looking for services. go else where.
