I have never had a bad experience here and I have been a customer for over 4 years now. The employees are efficient and thorough. I am in and out very quickly and don t have to get out of my vehicle, which is convenient. 5+ Stars!!

Been coming here for years and years. Ive always have been very satisfied with the quick and thorough service.I've heard in the past about oil changing places not replacing the oil filter to save money , but I've never felt that I was getting ripped off .I trust Waktons oil change is honest.

This place is great! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you take it to another similar business you will sit for an hour while they try to figure out everything they can charge you for. Amazing, definitely going back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I ve had my oil changed here many times. Usually 5 stars I anticipate it will be 5 stars in the future. I appreciate the business owner. This is a small business that quickly and affordably does a chore we all have on our lists. This is a bare bones oil change. The commercial chains hold you hostage in a dirty room while they make you run the UpCharge & Add-ons Gauntlet. At Walton s, it takes 9 minutes. You don t even have to leave your car.

I would give 10 out of 10 to Walton's 9min Oil Change. Matt and Jeff were super efficient and went out of their way to help me install a new windscreen washer pump that I had the part for! And to top of already awesome service they did not charge me extra to fit the pump. They will most certainly get my business in future. The oil change is just what they say with the 9 minutes and they check all other fluid levels and tire pressures. AWESOME SERVICE. Excellent place for oil change. Pull up, sit in your vehicle and get your oil changed. No waiting at a dealer for hours. Friendly staff reasonable cost.

Edit: Even though their service is remarkable their prices have increased substantially. Oli change and filter is 40.00 more than Valvoline. The best service I have ever received. I got my oil changed, I was in and out in in less than 15 minutes. They topped off my fluids and when I asked them to check my air filter they didn't try and sell me something I didn't need, simply blew out the dust and put it back in. Businesses like these are rare anymore. Polite personnel. They work with a sense of purpose. They communicate with you. Reasonable prices. I haven't gotten my basic automobile needs anywhere else in years now and do not plan on going anywhere else. Faster than 9 minutes. Great service. The only thing is (and I'm not sure if they do it or not) they didn't reset my oil meter in my car so it told me I didn't need an oil change again. It was really easy to do though. But awesome guys and awesome service.

Very fast and friendly service. No fluff or trying to upcharge. My only disappointment is discovering this place right before I move away. Big companies in the area had huge lines. Cabin filter was a little dirty, instead of trying to sell a new one they just blew the dirt out for me. Literally 10 min and I was done amd driving off.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I cannot say enough great things about Walton's. I drive here from Belton just to get my oil changed every 3k miles. They guys ALWAYS take the best care of me. They top off all fluids, check/fill your tires, and will plug them FOR FREE if you happen to get a nail in one of 'em. They've done so for me twice. And all within 9 minutes. Top notch customer service! Also, there's hardly ever a wait. I drove by Valvoline on my way out and the line was out the parking lot. Hard pass for me, I'm impatient. I am pretty sure they had it done it less than 5 minutes! Super fair price (cheaper than the big name places around town) especially since they filled other liquids too. Very nice and sociable younger group of gentlemen! Great music too, classic rock

Their service was professional and polite. They explained everything they did and even showed me that the dipstick showed the oil was full and it looked clean to me. They lost a star because they didn t me the early bird special, which was $8.00 off my oil change. I looked at the receipt when I got home and that s when I noticed it. I had to go back up there and get the money back. So make sure you get the savings that you deserve.

I was highly stressed and not certain I'd be able to get to work on time but I was also a quart low. I explained the situation and they had me in and out in 7 or 8 min. They honored my request to skip the filter inspections and fluid top-offs. I'll definitely go back.

Service was immediate with thorough check & topped off all fluids, cleaned air filter, checked tires and gave valuable options on oil change. On my way in a few minutes for $70. I will always use these guys!

Amazing service, they did in within 5 minutes. I also had an undershield plastic part that goes underneath the front bumper of my car and they got that fixed that as well. For sure a place that I will be coming to when it comes to oil change and this sort of things!

I've never had an oil change happen so FAST and so comfortably. The gentlemen working (are truly gentlemen) made me feel confident I was getting the job done right. I had a suspicion the place I had been prior did not do a proper job, and they confirmed my gut, my oil was almost black! I refuse to go anywhere else. And why would I want to? I was able to sit in my vehicle, while my toddler napped in her seat . The whole process took about 20 minutes, but I had to wait on another customer first. The price is lower than what I paid for lousy service that took ALL DAY. I will now be a faithful customer as long as I'm in the area! Thank you guys! I only wish it was a full garage.
