I d give them negative stars if I could. The guy told me to pull to bay 1 and that it d be 20-25 minutes. There were two people there before me. After what seemed like quite a while, I checked when I texted my wife I had arrived there, and it had been 45 minutes. They had helped the two people there before me, one guy who arrived shortly after I did and two others that had arrived WELL after I did. No one came out to say, Hey sorry, this is taking longer than we thought or to say, let s move you to a different bay. They just ignored me. So, I left. They don t care about their customers, which makes me doubt they care about taking good care of your car. WASTE OF TIME TO GO HERE. Go to North Oak instead.

I knew I should have left while I was sitting there listening to the other bay oil technician saying he spilled oil all over the engine. When it was my turn they argued with what oil I wanted to use, then then insisted I changed it out for the oil they recommended. Now my car won't accelerate over 45 mph.:::::!Update Car totaled, no help or compensation. Stay away

My boy Josh always does me right! Always super informative about what my car needs but not pushy on unnecessary services. I love that I can stay in my car and how quick & efficient they work. I plan to come here with any car needs down the road!

Alicia helped me yesterday with my oil change and was absolutely wonderful! My fleet company was giving a little trouble about approving my oil change and Alicia was on the phone with them immediately getting it resolved! Appreciate the very kind, swift service

I was greeted with politeness and professionalism from my arrival to my departure! They're friendly and communicated well to do a great job! It took a little while but I spent a lot of money so it's understandable. I will definitely go back to this location. Thanks!

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. I took my wife s car in for an oil change, things seemed to go smooth at first, they finished my oil change and I was on my way. The same day I got the oil change I notice my THREE YEAR OLD CAR wasn t driving very well. Luckily I have family who are mechanics, I drove it by my cousins house and had him take a look, almost immediately he noticed a broken intake valve, broken completely to bits. Doing what makes sense I took it back to the last people who handled my car (Liberty, MO Valvoline). They immediately admitted fault, which as we all know means THEY KNEW THEY BROKE MY INTAKE VALVE AND LET ME LEAVE HOPING I WOULDN T NOTICE. Needless to say we made them file a report with Corporate who were also a group of the least competent individuals I ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. No one had answers, everyone kept giving me the run around, there was a clear disconnect between the Liberty Franchise and the corporate HQ. The manager here assured me multiple times this issue would be resolved within a couple of days every time I called it was the same story. Finally I call and he tells me it was just approved (a week after he told me it would take a couple of days). We end up getting ahold of the corporate office where a woman tells me it hadn t even been approved yet, my wife had to drive her car with a duct taped valve because these fools couldn t figure out how to fix our car that THEY BROKE. We finally get the piece we need after a month and when my wife takes it into Valvoline to get it fixed, the morons there were screaming and cussing at each other because they couldn t figure out how to fix the piece they broke. They told my wife she would have to take it to a Volkswagen mechanic to get it fixed, the nearest mechanic was already booked for 2 days and he was 30 minutes away. So for 2 more days I have to keep re-duct-taping the valve to keep it running, then my wife has to call in to work and drive 30 minutes to have Volkswagen install it. There was never a compensation for the time lost, never a genuine apology, nothing but finger pointing and ignorance. To throw a little salt on this wound before I close out, there was another customer in one of the other bays while my wife was in there and he was yelling at the employees for also damaging his car, to which they were yelling and cussing at the gentleman deflecting blame, while failing at trying to fix my wife s car. This place needs to be closed down immediately.

On 02/27/24 I came and got an oil change and a transmission flush, I was told that my high beam was out during the inspection of my vehicle. The gentleman that asked my information liked my micro bully puppy I had in the car with me, he petted him and everything. I called on 03/02/24 I called at 241 pm and asked if I bring my own headlight, how much would they charge me to put it in? The girl on the phone replied 12.99, I said thank you and I ll see you soon. Sometime after 3 pm I arrived, it was before dark, not sure if the exact time. They proceed to look at my right headlight and was unsure how to put the clamp back on and looked at my left headlight and informed me that whoever changed the left one did it incorrectly but not to worry they would fix them both. Now my left headlight goes in and out and half the time won t come on unless you tap the car. It didn t do this before coming to valvoline. Now my right headlight you can t see the road bc it wasn t put in correctly, I maybe can see 1 foot in front of the car with the lights on. Fast forward to today 03/07/24 I returned to valvoline, explained what took place Saturday, the guy says not to worry he knows how to do it. Get in the bay, another guy comes and scans my car and proceeds to tell me that I don t get serviced there or it would be in the system. That there is no ticket, my light bulb would be different if I did infact come there for service. I explained what happened again, he still proceeds to say I never came there. I pulled my call log and told them the time I called and that I came shortly after but before dark. They let me sit in the bay for 40 minutes before coming back over and saying we are reviewing the camera to see if you came in that day and what happened. I said they didn t charge me, he asked if I knew who it was, I said no and they aren t here right now either. After almost an hour they come back and say they still haven t seen me on camera for Saturday and they are getting busy if I could leave the bay and park out front so they can help other people bc they are getting busy. I asked that they just call me and I can t believe I m being accused of lying about something so small. I can pay 12.99 or whatever that s not an issue. The issue was how I was treated and talked too. Then my boyfriend calls to see why they were so rude and treated me the way they did? Billy proceeds to tell my boyfriend I ve never been there before for anything and he said she was just there a few days prior and paid $300 for an oil change and a transmission flush. That they did see me on the camera as to being there and them messing with both headlights. We are more concerned about the left one that was fine until they messed with it but now why aren t they both working properly? That it s not my fault they didn t create a ticket and the customer service is unacceptable. He informed my boyfriend he would be calling me back. How can you call me if you say I ve never been there before for anything? They didn t ask my number! I still have yet to hear from anyone and the way I was treated I won t be going back to that location if I ever go back to valvoline period! My boyfriend services his car there too and just a few days before my oil change and flush, he did the same service for $300 oil change and transmission flush! If your unable to do the job just say that instead of messing up someone s vehicle. I leave for work at 520 am and it s dark and being unable to see the road is dangerous and I ve had to Uber $44 one way to work until I had a day off to come up there thinking they would help me the correct way! I was willing to pay and everything so I don t know why I was treated so horribly and called a liar!

Made the mistake of bringing my car here instead of doing it at home. Had noticed the guys struggling with the underneath of my car after the oil drained, tried to assume it was nothing since they said nothing about it. Later on I found out they cross threaded my oil pan and put a thread cutting bolt in there as a temporary fix, which lead to my oil pan being stripped. If the employees were taught and practiced hand starting bolts, things like this can be easily avoided although the company takes no responsibility for the damage they cause the vehicles.

this is the second time that when i came here it was 15+ minutes before i was talked to, everyone was put ahead and talked to before me. the last time it was 3+ hours. i made eye contact with the workers many times, waved them down, rolled down my window. they went up to everyone but me. also continued to walk past me and talk to other customers. i think this is unbelievably rude!!!Service: Oil change

Worst valvoline I've been to. They had me move my car twice, letting 2 other cars skip me and a car that came well after me go ahead. Waited for about an hour. Asked for an oil change, and tire rotation was charged for filter changes as well. Was offered 20% off, but when I showed my veterans card, I was already getting 15% off. So, I didn't get the 20% off for the trouble as stated. I don't think I'll be returning to this one.

We bought a battery from Valvoline which was expensive in comparison to other retailers and they DO NOT take or credit for core charge like Sam's Club, Walmart, and other retailers. The associate I worked with was rude when I questioned about the core charge.

Got an oil change at this location today with help from Josh. I just want to say Josh was very polite and helpful. Definitely 5 star customer service from him!(:

Usually a great experience, but the last time I had my oil change done, they over-tightened or crossthreaded two or my valve stem caps to the point I am now going to have to replace them. Tpms sensors are about $20 each plus the installation and programming cost.Update: Discount Tires was able to cut out the crossthreaded valve caps and replace the valve stems as a free flat repair. I will either take my valve caps off before future visits or refuse tire checks

Worst experience ever for such a simple service. Didn't push the oil dipstick in far enough so it spewed oil all over the engine and onto our garage floor. He tried to tell us the oil pan gasket was bad. Disrespectful and incompetent is not a good combination.

I ve been fighting them for over a month now. When I originally brought it in they forgot to screw the skid plate back in and I drove off and it ripped two holes in it. They tried to come up with every reason under the sun as to why it wasn t their fault.. 4 managers and corporate involvement later and they finally ordered the new one.. Then they forgot to call me and let know it was in.. I called the and the manager assured me he was going to get this all fixed for me and he was sorry it was such a hassle. I bring my car all the way back up there for now the third time and the new manager assured us he put it on himself and we should be all good to go.. Got home and the skid plate is literally ZIP TIED on there When we called back the same manager said they don t even have zip ties and tried to hide what happened, another manager tried to say I must of done it myself and finally an associate told us the truth that he was told by the manager it s fine to zip tie them on there if you can get the bolts lined up. Only come here if you want your car messed up and no one to take accountability for it.

Couple cars to wait on but they moved through quickly. They were easily able to fix my brake light (for a good price too) and quickly get the oil changed. Staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience!

Well I went vavoline for a oil change they said I had an oil leak so I went to a mechanic and they said I was leaking oil because they didn't even tighten the sensor and I leaked oil for a week. Bad reviews

Had to wait 45 minutes to even get in the door. Once I finally got inside it took another 25-30 minutes to change the oil. There was 5 people standing in front of my car doing absolutely nothing the entire time while they were being yelled at to go do something by I m assuming the manager. The price is outrageous and they do their best to nickel and dime you for everything they can get. Terrible experience and will most definitely never be returningService: Oil change

I stopped going here cause one time, a chick that was working tried to pull a fast one. She took out my air filter and tried to get it dirty, then tried to tell me that i needed a new one EVEN though it was actually still clean enough to not change after her failed attempt. She rubbed her hands on dirt/old oil from under the hood and then rubbed it off on the filter. when I called them out, they got but hurt about it and put it back. Lol sigh.Anyways, I went again today because my place closed at 6pm and it was 5:45.This time was way different and way better. None of the same people were working, this time, A dude named Arty, did the service and won my business back. He looked at my air filter and said I didn t need to change it. They filled the oil correctly and he gave me some tips on things I didn t know about my work truck (2011 f150).Arty was extremely knowledgeable and has excellent customer service.+$ for arty!Service: Oil change

Car ran brand new my mechanic testify to it, made me take my car to a different mechanic and spend 120 to be told there is no way for them to tell what happened because they aren't my mechanic. New service manager says the other mechanic said my cracked block is the problem. Well correct but the car wouldn't drive to HARRISONVILLE WITH A CRACKED BLOCK. Service manager is saying it's my fault after I spent 300 plus dollars cause I was being lazy on an oil change and stupidly a transmission flush. Now I have 16000 dollars worth of damage and they say it's my fault because the mechanic I now owe 120 dollars too can't determine fault. Save your self money, and save your car don't go here.

Took my car back a month after oil change and was seen for free, everyone was professional and warm. Totally recommend. 3 entry points made it a lot less wait time for customers.

I had my oil changed yesterday. Lecia helped me, and was very professional, and gave me all sorts or recommendations, but wasn't pushy at all. I was the first car in at 7:30am, and the crew was prompt, professional and friendly. Definitely will be back.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you have over an hour!! I wish I would have read reviews before going here! We have a fleet account for our company cars and I would not recommend. I have tried using this place twice lately but many times as it is close by my house. Once they put my filter in backwards car had to be towed due to engine light and dirt getting in. They never contacted me back or offered a refund. This last time and never again after waiting almost an hour trying to go today and they had several lines and they let 2 people go before me I told the employee the last time he let someone ahead of me then they did it again and my fianc was in line next to me and they tried to let a person in front of him. It was a mess, sad thing was I was going to get filters, wipers, and an oil change. Told the employee I was leaving this was a cluster he was yelling at me we don t need your service and we will blacklist you not to return really lol Well here at Jiffy Lube got right in and service was top notch. Update my fianc said they gave him his oil change for free and they didn t know he was my fianc and the employees were talking about me not in a good way and trying to remember my model and make of car like I would ever try going back lol. Obviously they don t have a manager as they stated and it s quite evident that they lack leadership and organization.Update #2 my fianc came home from his oil change and his hood was never shut. He couldn t figure out why it wouldn t shut then noticed his battery cap was left on the radiator from them SMH I can t make this stuff up.
