Denton Keel works here, and I aspire to be like him. He is so amazing, and I just adore him. I can t wait for the day he is able to finally accomplish his dream and become Mr O Reilly.

Very nice people. Helpful in finding the right part and then equally as pleasant when I had to bring it back.

I just stood in the store for almost 10 minutes with one of the employees on the phone the entire time. There were three other employees standing in the back. I hollered to the back and ask if somebody could help me. One of the gentleman told me no without giving me a valid reason why they couldn't help me.The guy on the phone could have at least told the customer to hold for one moment to see what I needed.I literally just had a question. I wasn't even here to make a purchase.I really appreciate when companies try to make a difference. I saw you guys reply to my review. I will pop in from time to time to see if the customer service has changed and update the review as necessary. Thank you!Update: (3 Stars to 1 Star)I went to O'Reilly to make a purchase. I asked if they offered a military discount. Denton said they do and asked for my military ID.I joined when I was 17 years old with parental consent, I'm 35 years old now. That was over 20 years ago. I no longer have my military ID. I pulled up my emails and showed him emails with copies of my DD214 (military discharge paperwork) from when I was applying for a VA loan.As I was showimg him emails with my military discharge paperwork (DD214), he said he needs the ID and started pulling his military ID out of his pocket. When he made the move to his pocket I knew exactly what he was doing. It was childish. He HAD to show someone that he has a military ID I guess. You know how "tough guys" are.I told him I don't care about his ID because it doesn't have anything to do with me or my discount. He felt the need to still pull it out and flash it anyways. He said, "This is what they look like." Again, completely irrelevant to my situation.I don't know if he was trying to act cool because he had a military ID, or if he thought that I was lying about being a veteran, but I feel supremely disrespected and I will never use O'Reilly Auto Parts again.Military discharge paperwork should suffice if a veteran doesn't have their ID.

Wouldn't price match oil for me. Clear add from a local competitor.

The older man who was working there on the morning of 04/16/23 was very rude to us and the young man who was trying to help us. It would have made sense for him to stop and discuss our needs, rather than snap at us all like we're stupid and walk away. It seems as though he has no regard for women.....or, actually, anyone. The young gentleman was great!!!

I went in and needed help finding a part that I wasn't sure exactly what it was called. After discovering they didn't have said part the manager helped me fix my car enough to safely get home! Customer service at its finest!

Kevin helped install my new battery in my car, and it was not an easy thing to do. He took the time to help me and he even talked through it so if I ever had to, I could change the battery myself. He was knowledgeable and so very kind. I will definitely be coming back for any automotive needs. Thank you so much!

They should put must know minor details about cars and car parts in the job description. Or hire an adult with some sort of knowledge to assist the kids that you have to spell things out for. Place is a joke, should make a self check out.

James was so very helpful with helping me determine the correct headlight bulbs! He even offered to install them for me! Won't be going anywhere else ever again for those quick fixes. Ask for James if you need any help!

They are the best. They have went out of they're normal call of daily duties to help me on the spot when I've needed it. Keep the great work up, you all deserve a raise for you're hospitality and generosity.

Definitely much better than Advance auto parts. I pass 3 Advance auto parts stores just to buy from O'Reilly. At least they honor a parts warranty unlike Advance.

I never write reviews but dang they deserve this one star review. In the last 2 years we have used this location (or tired to) for basic car parts. Light bulbs or new battery. Every time phone call or in person they are so unhelpful. Got hung up on today just because we didn t have the info on the car they needed right away. Would of taken maybe 20-30 seconds to figure it out. So since they don t want our business we are taking it to Auto Zone now. Glad other people have had a good experience we just have no luck with them.

Great prices. Employees are knowledgeable on what you need. Needed 2 parts they only had one on hand. They were able to have the other part at the store in 2 hours. I was able to go home and install the first part then came back picked up the second part. Everything worked out.

Checked a battery, and the alternator, was able to decide on next move. Help was great, even though they were busy, still took the time to get it right!

They have a Karen working there that wants to try to force me to wear a mask even though I can't due to a medical condition. I'm taking my commercial account to another parts store. Hope that was worth losing 100k a year customer

The guys at this one are just a mess. Had my rotors turned there and when I used my brakes at high speeds it felt like my car was going to shake apart. They redid them and then they were fine. Stopped in the other day to get my check engine codes checked and the kid there seemed less than enthused to help me. I don't always love my job either but it's not the customer's fault. Try to dump your old oil there and they make you do it yourself and take your jugs home with you. Thought this was the norm until the one on vivion dumped it for you and took your jugs. On top of that, dropped drums off at 5, was told they'd be done by 7. Showed up at 8, they hadn't been touched. Was told to come back in the morning. These guys give this company a bad name. Really need to get it together.

I was dropping off oil to get recycled and the worker said 5 gallons max, I was like really???? He said 5, yes. Very disrespectful. So I walked back there and it is pretty full. He then comes back and says they are emptying soon. If it was empty there would be no limit. I was like......in my head.......saying "Why didn't you say that, instead of coming off like a disrespectful worker"??? I may have to quit giving them my business!

I ordered a part last week, the employee said it would be in by Friday. He took my name and number. I didn't get a call to inform me the part was in so I stopped by on Sunday morning. They sent the part back because I didn't come pick the part up? If you don't let your customers know the part is in, we can't come pick it up. How do you plan to stay in business with this type of practice? I always try to buy locally and not via the internet, but with very poor service such as this, you don't give me much choice. And now I am told it will take another week to get the part back? Really?

They did great. They were more than helpful while i had to make a repair in the parking lot after my vehicle lost a heater hose fitting. They were all very nice!

They don't have time to help you unless you are a guy apparently. Three different associates told me to wait while they helped other customers or avoided going outside to help me run the codes on my car. I waited in line three times to ask questions and they would not try to help me at all. Never going back here again. Other auto stores help you.

Couldn't pay for a long block over the phone so I drove from op then I'm told there is no eta for delivery then I'm told i can't pay for it until it shows up. Wasted my time got no answers...not sure how long O'Reilly has been in buisness but i know in the first couple years i got pretty good a wiping my butt.
