I needed a battery a few weeks ago. The customer associate was pleasant and looked up the best battery to or my vehicle and discussed warranty options. The price was competitive. I was in and out in under five minutes. Summary: competitive price, positive interaction, fast service. A+

Although the part I got was damaged, they worked with me to rectify and price matched to boot. Dean is a great employee to work with.

Had a great sale on a particular diesel oil that I will only use in my truck (I used to get it at my usual place for a great price, but they discontinued stocking it). Ordered online (for an even better price), and they were quick to have it ready on my way home from work. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful.

If you are a woman, GO HERE. Both men who helped me today are actual heroes. They will not talk down to you or make you feel like every other auto place. I won t go to any other auto parts place in the entire metro ever again. Just here.

The very first time they worked on my car. They replaced the starter and fixed the ac and I spend 400 some. Just after a few days ac went out again so we brought it back in and the cost to fixed the problem was 900 some unless we buy our own parts. So my husband brought in his own parts so the cost dropped down to 500 some. After we picked it up and drove it home, the car can turn off but not the ac. It was still blowing. Brought it in and they fixed that problem.

Very helpful staff Everytime I've gone up here. Tools have an easier warranty than O'Reilly's also. They just warranty it. No receipt crap needed. I'll go here again.

Excellent old style service actually helps the customer and does not rely on the computer to say what works or what is available. Super friendly and helpful staff. Extra clean and organized. Best shopping experience in decades.

Scott is incredible on the parts counter. He went out his way to try to help me locate some hard to find old truck parts. Napa and Scott have earned my business.

It's a good place to go. Most of the time you get someone who is more than helpful, unlike other auto part stores similar to this one.

Shopping was great but parking lot was horrible. Got up in there with a 30' gooseneck. You need signage to keep big vehicles out. Gravel lot was washed out very badly and was impassable.

I went into Napa hoping they would have a Bolt I needed from a car repair project which had to be cut off. And I guess Napa isn't a place to go for GM/Saturn bolts. I had the part # and the size, thread but they had no idea. But did refer me to Fastenal

Went to 3 other stores before finding a light cover for my travel trailer at Nap with them shipping from another store in a couple hours. I even got a phone call when it arrived.

Napa is starting to fade into the norm of auto parts stores like oreilys, autozon, advance etc. Sometimes you will get clueless poorly trained staff but the quality of their parts is still better than most auto parts stores.

some very educated people work here. i wasn't sure what the part number was for the part i was looking for and they were able to find me the part number for me and got me the part very quickly.

They would not even honor the warranty on a NAPA battery that was well within the date code. I will never be back to this location.
