Worked for three months and got fired because a new hire thought he was gonna try to bully me for two days in a row because he thought he was a wannabe gangster that got out of prison and tried to tell me what was his and not to step in his area.Go to the plant in Excelsior.

This place has a lot of positives. They have Blue Cross and Blue shield, incentives and a good pay scale. You must be willing to work 12 hours a day and follow through with being on time and staying through your shift. Yes, they are long hours but your paycheck will reflect the work that you put in. Get busy living or get busy dying! You can actually support yourself on the paychecks you get from here.

I worked here 2 years ago and I absolutely loved it. I worked C shift. The people were friendly and the work was fairly easy. I had re broken my ankle tho and was put on light duty at the temp agency. My boss always checked on me. After it healed I moved. I would recommend working here!!

I have applied numerous times. No calls back. I did get an email telling me to come in on weds for an open interview. I replied saying I couldnt make it and was inquiring about a better time, and no response. I have gotten 2 calls from temp companies asking if I want to work for Magna. Stil no call back. This place is always hiring because they don't actually hire anyone. With my experience, they don't deserve my work ethic or expertise as a technician.

Worst place to work for. My husband started working there, and he went 3 weeks straight with no days off 12 hour shifts. It landed him in the hospital for 2 days, from just pure exhaustion. Crazy but they do not care at all about their employees.

Im from Michigan I work at mevs I really enjoyed working here for a month to help out ill come back every time the hr was friendly and there to answer my questions very helpful the leads had knowledge of running all the equipment and trained me throughly that I was able to run it and fix it the coworkers are awesome I felt like I was part of the team I miss yas hope to see yas againThose looking for a job apply here its worth it

Fantastic group of ppl to work with on B shift. Love every minute I get to work. Hands down the best atmosphere from the very top all the way down to temp employee's. Everyone smiles and no one complains. We just get work done!!!

You work your ass off (literally) just to get hired on from being a temp. They say they have an open door policy, not true whatsoever. They down play injuries and try to avoid responsibility any way possible when you do get hurt on the job. I was pointed for not working an extra 2 hours of overtime at the end of my 10 hour shift. I couldn't stay another 2 hours because I was experiencing a very bad heat stroke and could barely walk or talk. They made me sign a paper acknowledging my point and released me without even making sure I was physically ok. I was harassed by my temporary lead daily until I was fired while working under her. I was a hard worker and knew almost every station on the GM side. This place is a bad joke. I loved the work but the uneducated incompetent management and owners make it a nightmare.

It's pretty easy to pick up and deliver here. There are a couple of somewhat odd docks, but on the whole, a rookie driver could easily dock here if they need to. The do NOT allow parking on property for truck drivers, but the Wal-Mart a few miles away seems to allow trucks to park overnight by the pharmacy or in the very back of the parking lot if there's no room there.

If u wish to work overtime great if not do not mandatory OT you have plenty of young blood use them leave us older workers on 40 hrs if we want it we wii take when asked. If not do not mandatory us. Thank you love my job and LMV Alias Magna

The pay aint the worse , but theres alot of favoritism going on , i work there for almost 5 months , got complimented all the time on doing a good job and being a quick learner , never missed a day until i was let go .

I work here. They seem friendly enough. I went through a temp agency but I would recommend trying to get hired on through LMV.

They will fire you for no reason and make u work in the heat with no heat brakes treat u like a robot and have no respect for there operators talk down on them

Worst place i have ever worked in my life. Wasted 4.5 years of my life. Never got to see my family while working at LMV.
