Liberty RV is beyond incredible. Everyone from our Salesman Bruce, to the owner Carter were professional, welcoming and free of "used car salesman" tactics. Bruce spent more time making sure we were taken care of, informed and confident in our purchase, than trying to "Sell us" something. Our 2024 Nano Apex was at least 10 - 15% less expensive than local and out of state competitors. There were no hidden fees or gotcha moments. The sticker price is what we paid, no more...no less. I really appreciate the 2 Gentlemen who installed our weight distribution hitch and provided us a thorough walkthrough and training session for our new Travel trailer. I never felt as if I was being rushed, they really took the time to answer my newbie questions...I never felt as if there were dumb questions. I also would like to thank the gentleman who assisted us in the parts department, once again, no attempts to take advantage of us and sell us unnecessary items. The receptionist was a sweetheart and the gentleman who closed out our purchase was great too. I could go on and on about how wonderful of a family business Liberty RV is...but instead I will just say that I will be a customer for life, and look forward to upgrading our Travel Trailer sometime down the road. Thank you!!!P.s. We took our trailer out for the weekend and everything was perfect, even during the thunderstorm.

Liberty RV is awesome to work with when buying an RV. Martin was our salesperson and he is so knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to what we were looking for and found us the vehicle that best fit our needs. Everyone that we came into contact with (sales, finance, service, and delivery) was helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Liberty RV is great to work with and it was such a smooth experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an RV.

If you are in the market for a camper visit Liberty RV and ask for Kyle! You will not be disappointed!I purchased a brand new Rockwood Mini Lite from the folks at Liberty RV and can't say enough about how great the experience was with them.They were recommended by a friend who purchased from them last year and they did not disappoint.Kyle was so awesome to work with on the sale and he helped me find the right camper for my needs exactly and taught me, a first time owner, a lot during the process.I also can't say enough about the service department. They go above and beyond, truly. I had an issue with my storage locks due to weather and when I had the camper there to work on that they helped me with a few additional accessory items I had purchased which was a life saver!5 stars for sure!

Best place for a camper hands down! The staff is amazing! We had ordered a camper back in June and we were supposed to have it before we went on our honeymoon by the end of October. We were beyond super excited to get it. As we got closer to October things just didn t work out as well as we had wanted. Kyle was great and kept in contact with us about how long it would take and what was going on. Sadly the one we ordered wasn t what we ended up getting because of our time crunch. We actually got one that suited us much better! We couldn t be more happy with how everything went even when it didn t go the way we wanted. Thank you Kyle and Liberty RV you ve been amazing.

Excellent customer service! We bought a new Alpha Wolf that we found at the RV show and Shawn and his crew took great care of us. They made sure to take care of all of our needs. A couple of minor things slipped through the cracks and they were very quick to make everything right for us. We will definitely be buying from them for any of our future needs!

I bought my 1st camper in December of 2020 from these people and it was the best experience ever. My camper was stolen on valentine's day 2024 and this group went above and beyond for me! So of course I was a repeat customer on March 1st and they gave me a great deal on a beautiful camper. I can't say enough about Shawn, Bruce, and the owners of Liberty RV! Called, made a deal. Probably the easiest and best RV purchasing experience we have ever had. Travis was our salesman. He was wonderful and made the whole process a breeze! If we ever buy another camper we will be definitely doing business with them! Best price and best customer service! 100% recommend using them for your RV buying needs!

Top notch RV repair, purchase, parts, customer service! "Neil Gingles" should be commended for the parts and repairs! He went out of his way, to make the necessary repairs to get us back on the road and continue our adventure! So impressive! We came close to trading while there, but decided to come back at a later time! We won't go anywhere else for our needs! Impeccable customer service! Best in the KC area! And the location is remarkable for on and off the highway access! See you soon!

BUYER BEWARE! I would highly encourage anyone in the market for an RV to look elsewhere. If you do choose to purchase from Liberty - HIRE an independent RV inspector to throughly inspect the RV you re considering even if it s a brand new unit! It could save you a lot of money and headaches after you drive off the lot because after the sale, they have no further use for you. We purchased a NEW 2023 Rockwood Signature Travel Trailer from Liberty. After getting it home, we turned on the furnace which produced a deafening, atrocious sound. It sounded as if it might explode. I contacted Liberty immediately but they couldn t make time to look at it for 2 months! I explained we were planning to leave town soon & RV full time which is why we purchased it in the first place. I guess I expected Liberty to say, Absolutely, bring that right back and we ll get it fixed for you since you just purchased it from us for 55K but no such luck. We were extremely concerned about the safety of the camper & despite the fact that we also purchased their extended warranty, we have PAID 6 different techs to attempt to repair it but not one has been able to get it to function properly. Recently, we were back through KC so I attempted again to get Liberty to take a look at it & got the same response. We can get to you in a couple of months. I don t know if Liberty didn t test the heater before delivery or they did, discovered it was faulty but allowed us to take delivery anyway. At this point, it unfortunately seems as though we were sold a very expensive lemon.

My husband and I had decided to purchase a travel trailer after selling our slide in camper over a year ago. We found one at Liberty RV but continue to look at other places. We ended up coming back to Liberty RV. We appreciated being able to look at our will, with no pressure. We loved the friendly helpful staff. Kyle was a great, patient and answered all our questions.Their no pressure, honesty and straight up prices was so great. The purchase was so easy and stress free. It was a great pleasure doing business with them. I encourage anyone looking for an RV to go check out Liberty RV.

Had a fantastic experience at this RV shop! Kyle the sales rep really helped us out and was knowledgeable on all the RVs. He never pressured us on buying one, was just there along the way to lend some knowledge of the different RVs. We have had ours now for a month and we love it!

On 1/20/24, my husband & I visited Liberty RV for the first time.We ended up purchasing a new camper that same day and although we did our homework to find the camper that suited us the best, we unfortunately chose the wrong dealership to purchase it from; if I had taken the time to read Liberty RV s negative reviews, I wouldn t be another customer writing one myself.During the sale, Bruce mentioned that Liberty RV is better than Camping World in several different ways (we never asked, nor did we ever mention Camping World), but one of them being that Camping World pulls 8 hard inquiries during credit checks & the most Liberty RV pulls is 4 hard inquiries.While we were signing papers, I received numerous emails from Credit Karma alerting me of multiple hard inquiries being added to my report - a total of 6. I gave it a few days to see if any would drop off, but as of today, 2/25/24, they still remain.I reached out to Liberty RV to give them a chance to redeem themselves on the many lies they had told us and I specifically requested to only communicate via email for documentation purposes, but instead, I only received phone calls from them.So, w/ that being said, be wary of Bruce (Salesman), Shawn (General Manager & Finance Director), and Preston (Owner) as we were lied to by all 3 employees about how much the camper was, how much the camper weighed, how many times they ll run your credit, and much more.If it weren t for Neil (Service Manager), we would ve backed out of the deal a long time ago, but my credit had already been ran 6+ times as well.I m disappointed in the countless lies we were told & I m anxious to see how many more will come to light. We ll be sure to let our friends, family, and everyone we meet in the camping community know how awful our experience was.

We had been shopping for a new camper because we needed to downsize. After spending Saturdays at several different RV Dealers we ran across Liberty RV and decided to make the trip there. They were by far the most helpful and knowledgeable!! They made us feel so comfortable and the process went so smoothly! With Steven s help we found exactly what would work for us and we LOVE our camper! We recommend anyone looking for a camper to start with Liberty RV! Thanks Steven, Bruce, Shawn and Carter! We just purchased a 2024 Cherokee Grey Wolf 26 DBH from Liberty RV. From sale to delivery, the experience has been outstanding. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an RV.

From the moment we walked onto the lot & didn t get bum rushed by sales we knew we were going to have a great experience. After being able to take our time looking, we started to the office. Kyle greeted us and simply asked a few questions about what we might be looking for. The rest of the process was so easy! They definitely treat you like family. No hard pressure sales tactics, no overselling of add ons or useless gear. Just a simple, straight forward process from start to finish. Once we decided on a rig we were greeted by Shawn in finance who had everything ready to make the purchase process easy. Again no pushiness or nonsense in finalizing our purchase. We had a great service tech walk us thru the new unit piece by piece & everyone double checked to make sure we knew what we were doing before leaving. Great doing business with you Liberty RV. We will definitely be coming back when we re ready for an upgrade in the future. Thanks gentlemen

The wife and I decided to take the plunge and embark on RV lifestyle. We visited many dealerships but never left feeling completely satisfied until we visited Liberty RV.The helpful and welcoming atmosphere that we encountered as well as the products they offer were easily the best for our needs.I would highly recommend anyone interested in RV's to visit and see for themselves. I and my husband decided it was time to find our 1st RV trailer and after a lot of searches, we found Liberty RV with amazing prices. Our experience there was amazing and all thanks to Kyle, he took us under his wing and explained every single detail, question, and concern with came up during the whole process. Hands up for him . If you want to be treated and understood in all the steps you must go with him.

After a number of bad experiences shopping for a new toy hauler, I finally went out of state and was lucky to find Liberty RV, the drive was well worth it! Steven found us exactly what we were looking for at a fraction of the price other dealers were asking. Our new camper was ready and waiting for our comprehensive walk through Saturday morning even though we arrived 2 hours before schedule, and before we finished they had already installed a new Equalizer hitch on my truck. Shawn had our deal wrapped up before we even walked into the business office, we were in and out in minutes. They got us fully winterized and installed a few accessories while we were finishing up in the business office, and Tony made sure we had the additional accessories we needed before we left. Everybody there was exceptionally friendly,what a great crew! No hassle, no pressure, pain-free experience all the way...we'll be right back to Liberty for our next RV!

Liberty RV did a great job servicing our new trailer this morning. We didn't buy it at Liberty RV but they are a authorized dealer for Forest River. It was easy to get a timely appointment and get our issue resolved quickly. The work was covered under warranty, too. Brian in the service department was quick and thorough. Everybody that we interacted with at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

We have been looking for a camper for a bit and had been to a few dealerships. Liberty rv was our last stop and let me tell you, it should have been our first. Our salesman Kyle greeted us and from there on we never once felt like we were with a salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the campers and listened to what we wanted and more so about what we needed. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. If we ever buy again, we will definitely be back. Would recommend checking them out!

My daughter has been looking for a trailer for the past 3 months. We have stopped by Liberty RV 3 different times. Every time we were there, Shawn and Bruce answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured. She finally decided to buy from Liberty for few reasons: 1. Quality of product and service. 2. Price was very competitive if not the best. 3. How relaxed the process was and the friendliness of the entire Liberty RV staff.

We hired a mobile tech to fix some electrical issues on our 5th wheel and that was an epic fail to say the least. We weren't able to get our slides in or we would have taken it to Liberty RV in the beginning. Our thermostats, went bad and the tech wired things wrong and had charged us for a furnace part that wasn't bad. This went on for a month and a half. Finally the tech gave up, wish he would have sooner. We called Liberty RV (which was our original dealership) they came and picked our 5th wheel up and manually put the slides in. They had everyting fixed in one day!!!!! This isn't our first purchase from Liberty RV, and they've been nothing but AMAZING from the sale to the issues we've had currently. They are top notch, friendly, and helpful! Specifically the tech that came out and got the 5th wheel and fixed it. George is great at what he does, knowledgeable, and honest.

He had a very good buying experience for our first RV! Steven and Shawn were helpful and answered all of our questions and we got a thorough walk-through of all the systems and features of the camper. They installed the new hitch and showed us how to use it. I d recommend this small dealership to anyone look for a new RV, I think you ll see that it s better than the big dealerships.

Neil in the service department is exceptional. Consistent communication throughout the entire repair process. From start to finish, one of the best service departments I have seen, in any industry. Customer service is imbedded in the culture of Liberty RV and Neil takes pride in it.

We visited Liberty RV on a rainy and cold fall afternoon.We were greeted by Bruce Harris. He assured us he was there to LISTEN and answer questions rather than try to sell us something. This was absolutely true and refreshing because we had already done our research and knew what we wanted, a Rockwood 2205s Minilite. We agreed on a price and put a deposit down and picked up later that week. There were no add on fees or hidden prices. The price was the price we paid. The entire staff was great including the general manager Shawn Wiegers. Great experience with Liberty RV. Thanks again Bruce!
