This team was able to squeeze my vehicle in with no issues and complete a long list of repairs in one day. Their service was spectacular and they were very honest about repairs. I recommend this team with great appreciation for their work.

Today was my first time to do business with KC Complete Auto &Tire in Liberty. Definitely a very good company to do business with.Customer service was excellent - polite, profession, friendly staff. This location is close by and you can schedule an appointment to get a Motor Vehicle Inspection.They honored the appointment on a snowy and nasty day and I was in and out in less than an hour.The front desk person (Mike?) was very nice and really helped me out of a bind.After the inspection was complete I realized that when I went to pay that I had left my wallet at home. He said to not worry about it as the inspection only costs $12.Well, I plan to stop by there later today and pay my bill plus I m going to take a sweet treat for the staff to enjoy.Thank you I will return for future maintenance and work on my two vehicles and I suggest you go there too!

I was told my truck would be done in one day and I had to wait two. I specifically asked the day before if they could do in a day. I was called late that afternoon and told a car was on the only lift they could use for my truck and it couldn t be moved and could they have another day. I run a small plumbing business. An extra day without my truck was a pain. That s why I called around to someone that said one day. Uhhhhhh NOT.

I've picked this shop due to a recommendation from another shop due to the capabilities they have.I've taken my truck there a few times and it was a great experience. But that's not what compelled me to leave my review.This past Thursday was opening day for the Royals. As a die hard baseball fan we couldn't have been more excited for our day at the ballpark.We were going to stop by the BP for some drinks and head out, until our car died in the middle of Kansas Ave right in front of the BP. I managed to get it started and limped it over there. I wasn't expecting them to get it in and fixed by the time we needed to go. But I still needed to get it dropped off. I asked the service writer if they had a shuttle or something to get me to the enterprise down the road. He just tossed me keys to their loaner and told me to bring it back when the car was fixed.Absolutely saved our day to say the least. Fast forward to the next morning, I get a call and they explain the issues. All of it checked out in my mind, identified a couple of other things that should be done that I agreed with. My car was fixed perfectly and ready to pickup within 24 hours of dropping it off. I'll never go anywhere else for our vehicles, these guys are great!Sure there may be cheaper, and sure they try to sell other services. It's a business, it's what they're out to do. But it's the way they present it, don't fight you when you say no to additional services, and explain things so you understand.Thanks for saving the day fellas!

The staff at KC Complete Auto are very friendly, helpful and well informed. I have always been pleased with the work they have done for me. I highly recommend them for all their services. Today was my first visit. The gentleman who checked in me was very kind and professional. It was a nice surprise to be able to get in on the same day I called. He also educated me about an upcoming sale for tires, which I had already been considering having done at Discount Tire as I knew they had the brand I was looking for, but they don t do alignments.It s nice to have a place like this close to home. No more driving to Lees Summit for me to the dealership! I will be back for that sale and my other car needs in the future. Thank you again!

They are always very friendly, helpful and honest. They are very competitively priced and do great work. Not your typical auto repair shop where they will upsell or offer additional services that aren t needed. They will only repair or replace what is needed and not try to take advantage.

Had some work done on my vehicle & they didn t do all the standard checks for what was wrong with it. Our usual guy wasn t able to do what we needed in a timely manor so this is why we went here. The lack of communication from them, not ready in the time they said it would be the two times it was in there, the up-charge of a part by 5 times, & the complete disrespect with them on the phone the other day was absolutely horrible. Please take your vehicle, & your money, anywhere else than here!!! You ll save yourself a lot of hassle.

So far I ve had great success using KC Complete. I ve taken all 4 of my vehicles to them for minor to major work and they ve always been honest and very professional with quotes and service. I will continue doing business with them and putting my trust in their work.

Scheduled an appointment for an inspection. The staff was extremely nice and let me come in an hour earlier than my appointment when I got off work early that day. They were also very respectful telling me why my vehicle wasn t going to pass inspection (I have over 215,000 miles on it and it s never had work done). They provided me reasonably priced invoice to fix the issues and got my car in the very next day to work on it. I appreciate the great costumer service.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection

Mike and other guys who work here are very professional. Took care of my car asap. The parts were delayed but that s not their fault it s just the post Covid world we live in. Once the parts were in they took care of my car as fast as humanly possible.

I had to jump start my car twice today. I went by this shop on my way home from picking my kid up at school. It was an hour before closing. They tested my battery, found it to be bad, and replaced it all within maybe 30 minutes max. Fantastic customer service!!

Same day coolant flush, thanks for the accommodation , I will say that price was out of line way too high.Update- 2/28/24- had to come back due to coolant leaking , they again accomadated my issue and did me right.

Took the vehicle in the 1st time because of an oil leak. Got called a couple days later that vehicle was done. The transmission place noticed an oil leak as they were going to replace transmission. So back vehicle went to have stated oil leak fixed again. Was charged both times for them to fix said oil leak. Granted they are human and possibly missed it the first time. It's just the idea that it was there to have a specific oil leak look at and the mechanic missed it, but the transmission guy at the other shop noticed it ..

Reliable and nice people, only thing is I don t like paying 120.00 for just test diagnostics when I had auto zone run them for free. It would have been nice if that 120.00 went towards my total. When I got my brakes done they didn t charge any of that. And an hour and a half work was over 300.00 when my brakes took longer and labor was only 200. But I am happy my car is up and running and I m very appreciative. It s my only vehicle so I definitely needed it done. And I was very thankful they could get me in, which was amazing because I called around and they couldn t get me in.

Horrible. They changed the oil and three days later the plate under the car fell off. We took it back for them to fix it and two days later the plate fell off again. They had used zip ties when they fixed it. We had used them for years. We will never go back.

Rear shocks upgraded to Monroe aftermarket coil over shock for my Chevy Work Truck. Work done on time at estimated cost.03-14-24:New General tires for my work truck, oil change, replaced engine and cabin air filters. Work was completed in a timely manner at a fair price. Appointment at 10:00 for safety inspection. They inspected my car at 10. In and out in no time. Very clean facility and welcoming. I will be a return customer!

Car wouldn t start. I had it hauled to the shop. They got right on it ( late afternoon) and called me early a. m. Next day with the diagnosis, bad battery. I gave the go-ahead and they got a battery and replaced it. Picked up my car before noon., friendly and caring people.

Took our truck to be worked on, Mike communicated great with what had to be done, priced fairly and performed service in a timely fashion. We will go back!!!
