I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my car to Dealers Choice LLC, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, my interaction with this establishment was a complete disaster.First and foremost, the customer service was horrible. Mandy seemed completely disinterested in helping me and my car. They were rude, dismissive, and lacked any semblance of professionalism. It was as if they couldn't care less about my concerns.The problems didn't end with the staff, though. The quality of their work was nothing short of shoddy. I had brought my car in for a relatively simple brake repair, and when I finally got it back, it was clear that they had done a rush job. The brakes still squeaked, and it felt as if they hadn't been properly fixed at all. I had to take my car to another shop to rectify the issue, costing me even more time and money.To add insult to injury, their pricing was outrageous. They overcharged me for parts and labor, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of my desperation to get my car fixed. It's clear that their main focus is on making a quick buck rather than providing honest and fair service to their customers.Furthermore, the turnaround time was completely unacceptable. My car was supposed to be ready in a few days, but it ended up taking over a week. During that time, I was left without transportation, which caused me significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily life.In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Dealers Choice LLC. Their terrible customer service, subpar workmanship, exorbitant pricing, and lengthy turnaround times make them an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable car repair shop that values its customers and takes pride in its work. Dealers Choice LLC is not that place.

I have been on standby watching my friend go through an awful experience with this shop. I have been her ride to commute her to and from work every single day for the past month. I have listened to the conversations she has had with this shop, listening to all the excuses they have provided her on why her vehicle is not complete. I have watched her calls get ignored, I have heard the staff get attitude with her when she would call for an update. At this point, I am just as frustrated as she is. I would not recommend anyone to this shop. Very poor communication. Rude Staff. And poor work. Please, DO BETTER!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was referred to this shop by Oaks Kia inNorth Kansas City, after my Kia had been broken into due to the Tik Tok trend of criminals breaking intoKia s. My car was dropped off on July 17th at the Liberty location to get my steering wheel column fixed, and my window wherethe break in occurred. I was told on the 14 th that my vehicle would be ready on the 16 th of August. (A dayshy of being a full month now without a vehicle.) On the 16 th of August, I showed up to the shop to pickup my vehicle to be told that their mechanic was not able to make it in and that he d be in first thing thenext morning. They told me they would give me a call when the mechanic arrived for an update, but Ireceived no communication. I called in multiple of times to be sent to voicemail or to get the run-aroundsaying they are busy, or the mechanic isn t in. I finally got in touch with them on the 21 st and was told apart needed to be re-ordered because they ordered the wrong part, and the expectancy of that part wassupposed to be on Aug. 24 th . On the 24 th I was told that the air bag coil was bad, that I needed a newbattery, and the price of the batter would fall onto me. (Mind you, my battery was fine when the vehiclewas dropped off) They said they would have to wait for the part to arrive which delayed my pick-up/completion date AGAIN. I called AGAIN on the 28 th because I STILL HAVE NOT received ANYCOMMUNICATION from them whatsoever to be told that my vehicle was ready and that they are justwaiting on my insurance adjuster to send over the new supplement for payment. I reached out to myinsurance adjuster, and he said he needed invoices first before he could send the supplement. OnWednesday, Aug 30 th , I called multiple of times. I left multiple voicemails asking them to please call meback for an update. I finally was able to get in touch with Mandy who said she sent the invoices over tomy adjuster. After speaking with my adjuster to find out that information was false, I called back to findout from Mandy that their internet crashed and there was nothing they could do. I called back several oftimes to see if it would be up and running before end of business day so that I could pick my car up firstthing in the morning. I received no update and no further communication. At 10p that night, I finallyseen my adjuster send over the supplement for payment in my email so I was super excited knowingthat I could pick up my car first thing in the morning. Knowing that I have been without a car for 43 daysnow. I call in around 10a in the next morning for a status to find out from Jim or Joe or whatever theshop guys name is that they still need to look it over and to give them an hour or so to get that done. Atthis point, I am just finally ready to get my vehicle and to be done with this whole experience alltogether. I show up to the shop roughly around 11:30a. My vehicle is ready. But I was charged for thebattery which I thought was unfair at this point. I paid. Got in my car to drive away and my car is notaligned, my steering-wheel is not straight, and my car is on empty. So, overall, I am super disappointedin this whole experience I have had due to this shops negligence to communicate and to be thorough intheir work. I will be informing Oak s Kia to never refer people to this shop again and I will be reportingthis to the Better Business Bureau.

The office manager was super friendly when I drove up with the guy who had slightly tapped my bumper. He was quick in his assessment, helpful in putting a piece of my bumper back in place, and dependable in making sure my estimate was valid the next day when I returned for the quick fix. The gentleman doing the work was super thorough and made sure it was to my liking before I headed home. The owner, Dennis, was very easy to talk shop with and showed a genuine interest in their operation. Efficient. Reliable. Affordable. Won't go anywhere else. Ever. Again.

It s called Dealer s Choice but it could as easily be called People s Choice. Brett and his crew did a great job of repairing a dent and repainting the driver s side of my car. There was some repainting on the passenger s side that needed to be done that I would do later but they did it for me at no extra cost. Brett kept me up to date as the job progressed and completed the job earlier than I expected. They even cleaned the interior of my car at no extra cost. I highly recommend using Dealer s Choice for any body work you need done on your car. I know I will go straight to them if I need any further work done.

I have had 2 occasions for Dealers Choice to repair an auto. One wasthe front end of one car and a windshield and head light of another car.I would call it a perfect on each. I about cried when he brought the last one to me. It looked like a new car just off the lot; not a 10 year-old auto. It had been washed, tire sidewalls blackened, the other headlight polished, and new visors replaced the old one and the one missing. The bill was astonishing low. You need car body work done, go to Jay Campbell at Dealers Choice.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible place, poor craftsmanship, poor customer service, they break things more than fixing them. They will do a descent job to maybe paint the parts of a vehicle but putting it together its not their expertise, don't be surprised if bolts and screws are missing, and some parts of the vehicle not completely attached, or light bulbs are glued in the headlights. They are good to blame their craftsmanship on aftermarket parts they were provided with, but surprisingly someone without any knowledge in body shop industry used the same aftermarket parts and made it right. It took longer to correct their screw up than fixing the vehicle. What a mistake to take a vehicle there.

Excellent work on a door ding last spring. Then they went above and beyond on a repair on my son's car this week. Very flexible with scheduling and after hours drop off. Expectations exceeded. Highly recommend.

WOULD RECOMMEND! Recently had a denting procedure done and it was a legitimate professional experience. Customer service is well, the turnaround time was good, and their rates are really fair!

This is amazing place! Customer service and beautiful results with my daughter's jeep wrangler and door dings in my jeep. The price was unbelievable. These guys are artists. I won't go any where else!
