Had my truck towed in to shop and the experience couldn't have been any better. Eric explained their process and kept me in the loop at every step. Within a week my truck was running strong again. It really was seamless and for the quality transmission that I needed it was a really fast turnaround. Thank you Eric and everyone at Certified Transmission in Liberty, MO.

It was a Great Experience! VERY Professional. Outstanding Customer Service, Their Facilities are top Notch!Technology, Assertive diagnosis, Expedited,: They ordered the part needed in their budget and was there in less than 3 days!Warranty for a year or 12k miles. Tools, clean, certifications up front and on top of that their coffee is great too ;o)In addition, bottom dust cover was missing due to the towing we used or whatever happened. They run the extra mileand sent the part on a great quality service.Special Thanks, and Kudos to the team, especially Erick, Jake, Kevin.You are awesome. Crew provided assertive and certified solutions and lots of support. They brought a family safely back home.We are from Arkansas, found them on our family trip to Iowa and Chicago, car brooked, Transmission problem.Hence, we called the Spandle family (relatives in law based in Kansas City), and without any hesitation, they recommended their services ( they also live in Liberty, MO)They took very good care of the vehicle and we are back home safe.This is an appreciation note to say thank you guys.Keep up the great services and Supper Recommended

Right from the start, they were transparent about the best course of actions for solving potential issues with my transmission. When I had mentioned that I had my transmission replaced two years ago with my dealership, they advised that I check that my transmission was not still under warranty before I brought it in - which is a stellar example of them always thinking of the customer s interests. Moreover, they took the time to explain in detail their diagnosis process and advised what steps are best for solving my problem, ensuring I understood everything and felt comfortable moving forward. My Expedition sprung a leak, so I took it to Certified Transmission. They inspected it and found out that it wasn't the Transmission leaking. They didn't charge me for looking at it. Ford wanted almost $200.00 just to look at it. I was very grateful Thanks guys, that made my day!!

I wanted to share my experience with a transmission replacement service that exceeded my expectations. Primarily worked with Eric over a 4 day span getting a new transmission and a couple other things fixed on my escape, however everyone made things easy to understand and the process was easy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for their transmission needs!! Thanks for getting me back in the road :)

Absolutely amazing!! My transmission went out on a Saturday afternoon (when they aren t open) I was able to get my car there, dropped my key in the box and they called me first thing Monday. My van was done within 4 days. Note, this was the week before Christmas! They worked with me and saved all of my Christmas plans/vacation!

Certified Transmission went out of their way to take care of our vehicle and it family. Eric knew where we broke down and stopped by himself to ensure we were ok. They were able to do a fast turn around that allowed us to still take the family vacation we had planned. They listened too what we needed and acted quickly. I would highly recommend Certified Transmission!!

Jacob and Eric were outstanding at staying in contact with me about my vehicle while it was in the shop ! Super friendly atmosphere and very professional . I would definitely do business with them again if I need any services in the future . Highly recommend to anyone that needs transmission work !

The guys up at Certified Transmission are some of the best I ve came across! Brought my main work truck with a blown trans in and they worked what seamed to be overtime and got me my truck back in action WEEKS before I figured it s be ready! Both Eric and Jake were incredibly helpful. I went in for what I thought was a transmission issue, turns out it was something else entirely, but they checked my transmission and gave it the all clear and gave me peace of mind about the actual problem.

While traveling home to Minnesota my car started making a terrible knocking noise stopped at an auto repair place any was told it was the transmission. Certified transmission knowing my circumstances worked us in and inspected the car and found the cause was loose lug nuts1st rate Customer service and a life saverThank you

Vehicle had some troubles shifting in the lower gears, called up and set up an appointment to have a diagnoses ran, talked with Jake who was informative and was very communicative throughout the whole process. Turns out my system just needed an update, they ran it and vehicle has been shifting much smoother since. Recommend to anyone experiencing any transmission issues.

Excellent shop, truck broke down a mile from here. Wanted a confirmation on the bad transmission, they confirmed the trans needed replacement and caught that the transfer case had a hole in the case itself. (Truck was stolen) Notified me that both will be needing replacement. No added labor for the transfer case r/r. 5year warranty. Will come here for repairs and I m 30+ miles away. Very transparent shop, I m a mechanic my self and I trust these guys 100%

They diagnosed and drove my car and gave me their evaluation. Suggested I take the car to a repair shop since they didn t do that type repairs. I very much appreciate them telling me that instead of them saying they could do the repair. They got me in on Tues, by Friday they were done. I was pleased with the turn around time. I just got it back so I can't comment on how well they did, but my truck already drives better than it did. I'll update the review if I notice any issues. So far I would recommend them. The staff seemed friendly and professional.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Been a mechanic and car guy 40yrs. I trust the manager and team in Liberty to shoot straight and do a professional job on my transmissions. Spend effort on regular maintenance here it will payoff.

I took my '04 F150 there to have my transmission fixed. The problem is a common one with the snap ring breaking for the overdrive servo. They charged me $110 diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew. They recomended a new transmission because of the age of the truck ( only 125k miles on it). I aked if the mechanic could fix it by putting a new servo in it and I was told that they could but would not and stuck by their recomendation of a new transmission. All they want to do is sell you a new transmission @ $5k . Not actually fix the problem. They also told me that my trans cooling lines were leaking. They were not before i took it there. Now the truck leaves a puddle in the drive, which it did not do prior to taking it to this shop. Not happy at all. Be warned.

I thought it was my transmission. I asked about the worst scenario and cost. They were very patient, answering all my questions. I had my vehicle towed in. They had explained how busy they were and I prepared for a long wait.To my pleasant surprise they were able to check it sooner and determined my problem was with wiring and not the transmission. Quoted my final cost including some maintenance.They were knowledgeable, simple explanations, polite, and patient even tho busy. I heartily recommend them when you need any one with their expertise.Service: Transmission

Never expected a transmission shop to impress us so much. Like the dentist not a place you want to have to go to but the terrific people, the service, the solutions for our Ford Edge was excellent. Totally trust them, they do not gouge, and they do great work!
