I was in a car accident and took my vehicle to this CARSTAR for estimate and repairs. They were a blessing to work with. Reasonable, honest, and very communicative. Their estimate of charges and completion date were just as they said. They kept me informed with updates during repairs. It s a family-owned business. The people are kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend this establishment.

Wicklunds CarStar is a great place to get your car repaired. They had a detailed breakdown of what they were charging and what needed to be repaired. I was kept informed with their progress and expected completion date. I had a great experience with every one I spoke with. Thank you for such great service!!

Wicklund's was amazing to work with! I was hit and needed some body repair. Then while I was getting that going a truck threw a rock and my windshield cracked. They handled it all for me. Starting with Darla who did the estimates and worked with the other person's insurance company. It was seamless. They also work with Enterprise and that went smoothly too. The work was done beautifully. Then - the BONUS - they cleaned my car immaculately not just on the outside but on the INSIDE. I'm a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Wicklund's.

The repairs done were fine, the lack of communication during the process leaves much to be desired. Although in the end we are satisfied with the overall work, I would not choose to do business with them again.

My car was rear-ended and needed some repairs. They were on the list my insurance company suggested. I could not be happier with the service I received. Jason was great to work with. He got me in faster than I expected. I received text updates throughout the process to keep me updated on the progress. They dealt with the insurance company and made that part painless for me. They also helped me figure out the rental car situation which was above and beyond. When I got my car back it was clean inside and out and looking brand new. I can not thank them enough for making a not great situation as pleasant an experience as possible. I highly recommend this place.Service: Body & Trim

I had the worst experience with a drunk driver totaling my car. I had a problem trying to arrange a tow truck to tow my car to Carstar in Liberty. That s when I contacted Michelle at Carstar. She was a rockstar. She had all my information, was so personable and knowledgeable. She was kind too, which is rare these days. She talked to the tow service for me and made all the arrangements. Darla was great too, very friendly. And also a shout out to the nice young man who helped me carry my valuables out of my car for me. It wasn t even his position. I hope his bosses know who he is and will reward him for going the extra mile. But the ( mvp )MOST VALUABLE PLAYER in that office was Michelle. She has been outstanding. Bless you all.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. My car was there a bit longer than expected, but for good reason. Jason and staff gave me daily updates and progress reports and my hail claim was handled very easily. My car looks FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend Wicklunds CARSTAR to anyone needing repairs, and will be sending all my clients their way...I'm an insurance agent! Thanks again, Jason and staff!

Gerald always takes care of his customers he had Aaron help me with my Colorado even found some damage I didn t see and would have missed quoted me a fair price and handled everything with my Insurance company. They were easy to work with a kept following up as my schedule was hectic for repairs. Would defiantly recommend and use again!

Aaron was great! He kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and worked well with the insurance company handling the claim. They did a fabulous job on the truck, you can't even see there was any damage there now.

The car looks beautiful! Very good job on the hail damage and the new door looks great. The work on my car was finished two days early. Currently 11 weeks (and counting) into an estimated 4 week repair. They never reach out with updates on timeline and the phone is rarely answered. Terrible customer service, will never use again.

Very professional operation. Appointment was made for some detailing work. They advised it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. About an hour and a half later, I was on my way. Great experience!

This is the third repair I've taken to them over 15 years and it is always easy and a terrific result. It's really amazing that the can make my car look new again. The customer service and communication is outstanding. They deal with the insurance company for any thing they find once they start working on it. I just walk in pay my deductable and I'm out. Easy!

I appreciated the customer friendliness. The text updates were helpful and I enjoyed being able to call if I had any questions. I had a couple of concerns and the team members were responsive and addressed all concerns immediately.
