Went to get a starter for my car they don't have it in there system but did a compatible search and "found a compatible find" went to put it on and didn't fit,We told him the car name 10 damn times, still didn't get our phone number down right that we told him 3 timesAnd describing the car to him was a nightmare. They need to hire people with knowledge on vehicles. And not someone with experience on holding the flashlight for their dad.

Shoutout to Kasey! I discovered my coolant was extremely low and he helped me find the right coolant, looked at my engine to make sure I had diagnosed correctly, helped me fill and gave me some additional advice on what to do once I got home. So genuinely helpful and nice even though it was almost closing time. Saved me from freaking out that my car was breaking down.

Hardest, working and dedicated delivery drivers I know and the fastest I know that you will find around and they always have a joke if any auto parts store could have any delivery drivers it would be these guys at there store they re funny, kind and fast as hell

Stopped by with car running because I had to get it jump started and wanted to test the battery. I asked the woman at the desk if I could get my battery tested... And she said no because it was raining. It was only sprinkling, mind you. She stated she didn't want to be responsible if the battery cracked... I've never heard that response before. Since I was unable to check my battery I had to purchase one. I received no help from the front desk while I was looking, even though she knew what I was there for. There was no book or computer to find out what battery I needed for my car, so I had to figured it out myself on the phone. When I went to purchase the battery I asked that it be installed and the same woman refused to do so because of the same reason, even though it is AutoZone policy to replace the battery. I reluctantly took a set of tools to do it myself. As I worked on the battery in my nice Sunday clothes for a couple of minutes, another employee came out with a battery to help replace the one in the car next to mine for a young woman. I asked him why he was able to change theirs but the lady "helping" me couldn't and his response was that he couldn't speak for her... we both completed changing the batteries at about the same time. I took the core back in and put it on the desk in front of the woman and told her she would be receiving this review from me.Terrible customer service from this singular woman and has made me rethink ever visiting an AutoZone, again.

I have shopped at AutoZone multiple times over the years and wanted to take a few minutes to provide my appreciation to one of your employees, Anja. She has always gone above and beyond and taken the time to make sure whatever item I have come in for is right. She has provided excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of the products in the store. Thank you for taking the little extra time to make things a positive experience.

Very very helpful and they go out of their way to show you what you need or help you do what you need to do. Only four stars because the price is higher on some parts and things then other places. The people working there cannot help that but they told me that bug spray work better than the kid to clean your cloudy old headlights and by golly it works. So there is that.

Just talked to Rodney over the phone and he was super helpful on giving me information about something I needed to buy for my car. He was very enthusiastic, clear, knowledgeable, and patient. Good job on hiring people like him

Much like other auto parts store. The workers are always friendly and helpful. I like that they give you multiple options on what you want to get. You can rent tools if you do not have them for the job. They also have car decals, General covers, car care product, and more. Meat place to stop if you're looking to fix your car or just touch up the paint.

Great customer service. My rear brake light was burnt out. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and an employee was able to find the right light bulb, change it for me, and show me the steps to do it myself next time. Philip was a great help and very friendly!

Very poor customer service, big guy at register looked at me like I didn't exist. Someone had to say something so the other big guy did, I just felt like I wasn't wanted there bc the color of my skin! Will not recommend or return to this location.

Went in a connector to get a new one people up front didn't even know what that was said I needed to go to a Kenworth dealer. My husband went inside found one down the aisle walked up to pay and told them they shouldn't be working here if they don't want to help or know anything. Went to advanced older lady new what it was right of the bat.

What an AMAZING staff! Was having issues with getting the back windshield wiper off due to lack of room and not wanting to break the wiper arm itself.... Your staff was able to to get it off with trial and error without damaging anything. Thanks a bunch as it paid off bring a rainy day!

The all female staff really knows their stuff. I needed a special tool to install brake discs on my 2013 Explorer. I could buy it for $45 or rent a better version for $65 and get my money back when I returned it. No hassle-no issues. Other places charge if it gets damaged. Not here. Very supportive store & staff.

AutoZone is a great auto parts store, they are always clean and organized. However the most important part is the staff and here at the Liberty store they won't disappoint. They are knowledgable and friendly and if they are not sure about a part they will find the answer. I was helped by a female assistant manager who was helping me with a loaner tool I needed. (She was easy in the eyes which was nice) I didnt know at the time but I kept her 10 minutes past her off time and still she was helpful and never made me feel rushed. Only way I found out she was off was when I asked her if she closed. So if you need a speciality tool for the job you are working on they are the place, they have a loaner tool program in which you pay a deposit for the tool and you get all your money back when you return the tool. That is as long as you return tool in the condition you received it in. They have parts and tools to complete almost any job. Great store.

Very friendly. Very helpful. I came in 10 minutes before close asking them to run a diagnostic on my car in freezing snow filled weather. They had no problem helping me and gave me good advice.

Knowledgable sales staff, good selection of parts, free advise and consistently expert service. Got a "Check Engine" light? They will hook up their computer and tell you the error issue and will reset your car's CE light - all free of charge.
