If you need help with your RV, Tom at Happy Camper is who you should call. I had a complex issue with a slide out, and Tom was able to walk me though a resolution over the phone in a fairly short amount of time. It's such a relief when you finally get connected with someone who knows what they're talking about!

Voicemail suggests to text, Tom returned my call within 15 minutes and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. He wasn t available to get to me on the same day, but helped figure out what the issue is and provide a temporary solution so I could tow my camper to a service center. Highly recommend. I hope I don t need the service again, but if I do, I m texting Tom directly!

Tom is awesome! I found Happy Camper Mobile RV Repair on the internet while searching for a mobile company to look at my dad s water heater. Tom responded immediately and said he could get to my dad s trailer the next day! He gave me his service fee and hourly fee up front so no surprises! He got the job done and helped my dad with another little issue as well! I am so grateful to have found someone honest and caring to help my elderly father! HIGHLY recommend Tom and Happy Camper!!! We purchase a 2022 RV Sept. and moved into it full time October. Winter hits and we had a heat issue and water heater issue. Tom came out, fixed the furnace and adjusts the propane regulator and we were up and running. Saturday night not so much. Tom came out on his day off ran through some diagnostics with the propane tank (we have a 500 lb house setup) and was able to get us up and running again. We will need to get the propane company out because their regulator is malfunctioning.Tom explained what was happening and answered all our questions.The rv dealership wouldn t come out. Wanted us to bring it in and wait in line til our turn to repair anything. This wasn t going to work for us. We are stationary (no truck) and have several pets. Going to their lot and leaving the rv while they did repairs wasn t going to work. They did say will you can call Tom..We did and thankfully we did. Very impressed with his work. His desire to make things right and concern for us and our animals, willing to come out on his day off on a weekend..in freezing weather!Thank you Tom. Would be happy to recommend you to anyone needed RV repairs or maintenance.

Tom fit us in our schedule right away. He was on time, clean and friendly. But most of all he is very competent. He asked questions in advance so he came prepared with the right equipment. He knew what to check and how to handle it. Our refrigerator had not been working since the hard freeze and our house batteries were out. He also handled our myriad of questions about this that and the other thing we didn't know how to handle on the RV. I also live in my rv most of the time, was needing a connection to hook up a 100 lb propane tank. I been having trouble finding what I need, until I called Tom at happy campers mobile rv repairs. Was very happy to have him explain what I needed, he is very helpful, easy to speak with and returned my message very quickly. Thanks again Tom for your help.

Tom was very prompt and responded quickly to our call. He got to the Coach and immediately went to work to resolve our electrical issues. As most "Motorhomes" have 3, 4, or even 5 fuse blocks, it can be difficult to resolve.Once he found the issue, a component he didn't have, he went to a Dealership and purchased it. Had water dripping from ceiling in bedroom during hellacious rain in KC. Only here for 5 day stay so we were concerned about the availability of a mobile tech. Left messages with 3 businesses on Sunday afternoon. Tom of Happy Campers was my only response. I received a text message at 6:45 am the next morning. He arrived around 9:30 inspected the roof and found the gasket on the rear AC needed to be replaced. Tom called his supplier to check on the availability of a gasket went and obtained the gasket, returned to campground and replaced the gasket and some other caulking around a vent. Tom left me a VERY HAPPY CAMPER at 11:00 am. $195.00 parts and labor well worth it not having to worry about water intruding to my happy space.Tom may not arrive in a fancy truck but he is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you need a mobile tech while in he Kansas City area give Tom a call and you too will be a Happy Camper.We have been full timers for 3 years and know what we re talking about.

Tom installed a new tankless water heater in our RV. He was prompt and did a great job! It was so nice to have him come to our home instead us having to take the RV to the dealer and leave it for several days. I will be recommending him to our camping friends.

I called to get help with my water pump which had stopped working. Tom was quick to respond and came out to our RV a few hours later. He fixed our problem promptly and was very nice! Best mobile RV repair we have ever had!

My camper is my home ..and Tom has helped me Tremendously with the maintaining of it! He's replaced my faucets in kitchen and bathroom and installed new cieling fan also replaced old worn out florescent light fixtures with LED lights..!He knows how to do everything I've needed done!This summer he's replacing the rubber around all the slide outs as well!His rates are not expensive and he is an Honest straight forward guy!I definitely recommend him!!Thanks Tom!

I spoke with the owner, Tom. He was very patient with me, as he helped me troubleshoot. I will be using him from now on, as there aren't many mobile RV/travel trailer repairman. Problem is now solved and I would highly recommend, as I myself, will be using him again. Thanks again "Happy Campers"!

Holiday weekend and our travel trailer AC wasn t working right. Called Tom at Happy Campers and he was too busy to come out, BUT he had me send some pics by text and diagnosed the problem over the phone. He was correct in his diagnosis and our AC was fixed! We had called several other places around KC and none of them offered to help in any way other than scheduling the following week (after our trip). Highly recommend Tom and Happy Campers, he saved our weekend!

Wow, What an incredible guy!! Tom called me back and walked me through how to fix my slide over the phone rather than making a trip and charging me.We would have paid him for the trip just to get the slides fixed as we are leaving for Yellowstone soon. Traveling through the area we had a problem with one of our rooftop AC units. Water started leaking inside the coach whenever we would shut off the AC. Googled Mobile RV repair and was glad to come across this company. Contacted Tom and he responded within the hour and was on-site within two hours. Diagnosed the issue with our unit, made a quick repair and some recommendations and we were ready to get back on the road before lunch. So grateful for Tom and Happy Campers Mobile RV Repair. I highly recommend this company if you are in the area and need work on your RV! Highly satisfied customer!

Tom came over to figure out why my understanding belly was leaking ans within 30 minutes give or take he figured it out. Unfortunately I need a new tank which requires a special order from a manufacturer. He also replaced my back stabilizers. Very professional, fast worker and kind. I would absolutely use Tom again for any of my rv repair needs

The RV Park is close to downtown and the staff is awesome. Great access to the highway and our 42 RV towing a Jeep fit in the spot well. Not a ton of room on the sides but the staff and location make it a great spot. Many people were here for the Kentucky Derby and I was in for work. Would come back for sure. Stop in the awesome camp store and see Lizzie the cat!

Tremendous customer service! Called me back within 24 hours of leaving a voicemail. Called on a Saturday was out to my RV by Monday morning. More companies need to have this work ethic and service. A++++ Tom is awesome!!!!
