Stopped in over my lunch and dialed the number on the door, as Tony was working on a trailer out back. He greeted me in just a minute or so and answered all my questions and gave me a really great price while offering to do install of the B&W Biker Bar for free! What? Yes, included in price of trailer! Dropped the two Bars off with where I was measuring they would need to be to make our two Harley s fit. The installation was perfect and Tony made sure all the lights / plug worked before leaving. Excellent customer service!

Tri-State Trailers - Amazing! Our 8 year old trailer had gotten rear gate smashed forward by deer to where the l pins for latch were broken and bent the metal. Then the squirrels made a snack of the wiring. The part we ordered on Amazon for the L pin was 1/16th too big as the part had changed size since the original manufacturer part. I had called several places to get the part.Tony Daniels at Tri-State answered and had a solution and reason to fix all my trailer issues! We took the trailer in on a Saturday. Tony welded it, drilled out the hole to fit the bigger Lpin, painted the area he welded, and added in new lighting all done by the following Tuesday for pickup!!!! After we brought the trailer home, we realized the lights were not working which was not the trailer's issue. Tony showed my husband where the issue was on our SUV.Honestly, cannot say enough kind words for Tony! He does an amazing job! He was the only person who listened and fixed all our issues! He is very friendly, smart, and wonderful! Thank you Tony!

Update review after owner contacted me and made resolution: Prior to scheduling, Shawen (owner) did research costs of supplies and if vehicle could hold a hitch. I scheduled and had them install a hitch on my car along with the light system. However, there was a discrepancy regarding the labor costs. When I got the rental trailer and hooked it up, the lighting was backwards, meaning the left turn signal did the right and the right was to the left. Fortunately, the pick up location in Lee's Summit was business and the person was a pro with trailers and was able to help me. I was at the last minute and not able to return to tri state trailers for repair. The light wiring was hanging down on both sides onto the exhaust pipes. Then it was found, one of the bolts of the hitch to frame, was cross threaded and only partly in. I then had to pay for the repairs to be made as my schedule didn't allow me to go back to Tri state for them to fix. I have modified this review. 1.23.24

Very professional, helpful and great to deal with. They know their product and they take time to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a trailer. They even answered the phone after hours to answer any questions and to go over pricing.

Shawen is super straight forward and fair ! We searched several other trailer supplies and he gave us the best deal by far ! He also stands behind his product !Tri State Trailers in the future for sure !!!

I called them ahead of time to make sure the trailer I wanted was available. The owner replied quickly and confirmed the trailer was on the lot and available. When we showed up, we were able to browse the lot and look at other trailers without being pressured into a decision. Once we selected our trailer, the buying process was simple. All of our questions were answered and we felt confident in the trailer we selected. The prices are fair and their selection is awesome. We drove an hour and it was worth it!

Was driving past and saw a trailer I was interested in. Did my on-line research and then called Tri-State Trailers. They confirmed the trailer was available and we negotiated the drive off price. Said I would stop by in the AM. Next morning I arrived, looked at the trailer, Sean answered a few questions, I wrote a check and was on my way in 10 minutes! You can t ask for better/faster service then than that!! Highly recommend Tri-STate Trailers!!

Only place I ll ever buy a trailer. Great prices and even better service. Let s you walk around and look at all the trailers without being pressured. Highly recommend Tri-State trailers to anyone looking for a trailer

I just bought a 16ft tandem axle dovetail trailer for my growing business from Tri State Trailers. I was able to order the trailer exactly the way I wanted it built.
