New to the city and definitely have PTSD from past experiences with mechanics. House sitting in a different city, BUT WILL DRIVE FOR THEM TO TAKE CARE OF MY CAR! I can give this place the Highest of ratings!!! Called Monday and they worked with my work schedule to get me in, with a loaner car for the day, ! I received the best customer service from moment I called, to walking in & they actually called me within an hour to inform what was going on with my beloved car :) end of service check out was just as personal and positive! I will definitely recommend Danny, Auto Clinic to EVERYONE I come in contact act with! also loved their choice of music!!! I am so grateful for Danny and the team at Auto Clinic, Lees Summit!!

Clean, well run auto service company. Made an appointment for an oil change, got in and out quickly. While I was there, they noticed a bad battery and replaced. Excellent service. Thanks again!!

I continue to be very pleased with the excellent service I receive at Auto Clinic. Everyone there is knowledgeable, professional and kind. I believe them to be fair and honest. When there are alternate solutions, especially with major repairs, they discuss those as well. I trust them, and highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Went to The Auto Clinic and truly received a 5 star experience! Danny and Dave are VERY knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and pleasant experience! I will be going back with all of my automotive concerns and telling everyone I know they should as well! Thank you for such a great service!

Great, Fast, and friendly service! Kept me updated on everything done and had my truck ready extremely quick! Would definitely go back for any other service needs (Hopefully not anytime soon though lol) .

First time I have been to the Auto Clinic. I had a battery replaced in our Lexus. I called & was able to get in to get scheduled within 45 minutes of my call. I was at the Clinic about 15-20 minutes. Great customer service, good pricing (I didn t feel like they overcharged) . We ve used them before but I called last minute due to needing my starter replaced. I was told they could have it back to me by the next day but to my surprise they got me in and out the same day.

I went on-line to set an appointment for Monday to have the vibration on front end of my truck checked out. I did receive a call from The Auto Clinic which im assuming to get a confirmation for appoint. However when they did call me I was put on hold for 8mins. They clicked over asked me if I could hold a few more minutes waiting another 5minutes for a total of 13minutes they hung up on me. Still haven't received any call or response back yet. So I have "NO CLUE" if I have an appointment and if so No CLUE on WHEN?? I'm kinda thinking the little business I bring them once or twice a year plus the 4 New clients they've gotten because of my ((PAST)) personal experience and the positive testimonials may have been a mistake.

Super fast intake, they know ALL about cars, including brand history. I would give 5 stars if they open the wheel to rule out a likely source of bad noise, but they couldn t make it happen there. (Always the way, of course.) And I was in a hurry, too. They promise to take me right in when it happens again. I ll definitely go back.Stage 2, next visit: I concur with Dave French

I have a Ford F250 diesel that needed work. I took it to the Auto Clinc in Lee's Summit Mo. I contacted Danny at the Clinic.The truck was diagnosed with a bad EGR valve and that was why the engine light was coming on.While working on the trunk they also discovered two additional minnor issues that needed attention. He called me and adviced me of the issues and I approved of their repair. When he called me few days lateter and I picked up the truck I was pleased that the price was as discussed. The truck is running better than ever before, in fact it ran like a new truck. I was given a loner car at no cost. Over all I would recommen this shop for worry free repair work and you will never be billed for unneeded work.

I went in for an oil change and that took an hour with an appointment. Beforehand I called and asked about an approximate amount to change a headlight and they quoted me over $300 just for the headlight so I ended up buying the headlight and having a friend help me. After the oil was changed and I was about to leave they made me aware that the front tires were needing changed and handed me a quote for those. They stated it would be just under $800 for two tires. I then proceeded to look around to find a cheaper place for tires and every other place quoted me around $300. I firmly believe this place tries to rip off women who go in there with minimal knowledge on vehicles and I highly suggest doing your research before committing to this place.Service: Oil change

We brought our vehicle here to get two new tires they put them on and then we picked up our vehicle and none of the psi was correct one was reading as low as 29 one reading his highest 45 so I called back and asked if that wasn t something they normally did with their vehicles Gia stated yes we should do that but sometimes we dropped the ball and there s nothing we can do about it unless you want to bring your car back here. I told her that was super inconvenient as we didn t live in the same town and we just had our car there two days ago she replied with yeah there s not really anything I can do about that. She s always rude and hateful on the phone and they have terrible customer service 100% would not recommend.Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

Hands down, the best place to have your car serviced, if out of warranty. Love the family atmosphere here! I trust them with all my cars and they always explain in detail. Customer service is superb. The auto clinic has the right technicians to get the job done. You can arrange drop offs or pickups after hours and they will do the best they can to accommodate your needs. I definitely suggest using The Auto Clinic in Lees Summit.

Worst place ever since new ownership. Very shady! We took 3 vehicles here. They had 2 for 4 weeks never to fix what they were hired to do and only to send them back worse than before we dropped them off. They also did body damage to one of the vehicles. None of the 3 vehicles were repaired fully or correctly and now they are refusing to fix there mistakes or the damage they caused to our vehicles. We are pursuing the BBB AND LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM.

Jaya is the bomb, very informative & worked with me through a frustrating time with my brakes. The techs got everything solved after we figured out what was wrong with the brakes. They didn t charge me for using a loaner car for a few days & didn t charge me for having to replace the brakes a couple of times for something that wasn t their fault. They are always fair & honest with pricing & what actually needs to be done with your car & don t push unnecessary repairs. Thank you guys. My family won t take our cars anywhere else!
