Everyone was so nice here! Tim was amazing with working with my warranty and keeping me updated with the process. The whole team was patient with me and was very thorough. My car was fixed in less than a day! EVERYONE had a smile on their face and the environment was welcoming. I ll definitely be coming back for all of my car needs.

These guys helped me choose the right tires for my jeep and got them on in no time. They also found a vehicle issue and suggested I check my warranty. Since they already had a plan in place, I am choosing to go back. I m extremely thankful!

Great prices and personalized service. Jeff listed to our tire needs and price was very competitive, actually lower than other shops. Ordered tires and they were ready when promised. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with, I definitely recommend Telle in Lees Summit!

My brakes went out on my way to work. I searched for shops nearby, called, and they got me in immediately. They went above and beyond, specifically Colby who was honest and helped me navigate the wait time and unexpected costs (issue with Toyota, not Telle) I am really grateful for their level of customer service! I was in a pretty dire situation and they made it immensely easier for me. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle and didn t charge me extra for my commute to and from Lawrence. 10/10 recommend

I had a positive experience. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I had a leak in an existing tire. The diagnosis was a wheel problem. I guess the wheel chrome was flaking off on the inside. The repair strategy was to sand off the flaking and reseal the tire. I was at the location for only an hour and the cost of the repair was only $20. I will definitely use them again for tire and suspension repairs.

I've come here for new brakes and a new set of tires with an alignment. They are very professional and do quality work in a timely manner. I called several different places to price a full set of tires and settled on Telle because they had the best price. They go over everything with you and explain anything that needs explaining. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend them. Stella drove smooth as buttah after that alignment!

Courteous welcome! Started with my vehicle as scheduled and finished up early. Put on 4 tires and noted alignment was good so I wasn t billed for an alignment. Gave me AAA discount as well. Great experience! Will definitely go back.

Fantastic service! Didn t try to upsell me at all. Very professional and informative. The price was exactly what was quoted to me, which is always great. Their waiting lounge was nice clean and comfortable. Which is not always the case. They even had water, snacks and coffee available. I even asked if they possibly had a phone charger and they found one for me. How great is that!

Its rare to find an auto repair shop that truly values the customer. The technician kept me in the loop throughout the process of my repair request. I felt like he treated my vehicle as his own. I will definitely be using Telle for future repairs as needed.

I dropped by to see if Telle could do an oil change. And yes to my surprise they got me in and serviced in less than an hour.And did not over sell me on other things that might need addressed like some other companies do. They did send an email to me showing the concerns that in the future needed addressed.Thank you!

Do not recommend! Completed the appointment request online 12/28/23 for an oil change, alignment and brake inspection (just needed pads). Colby Armbruster contacted me 12/29/23 via email with available appointment times and an estimated wait time. I confirmed an appointment slot for 1/2/24 at 9am. Didn t receive any communication back. I made all necessary arrangements (ride after drop off, ride for pickup when done, approved time away from work) to be able to make the appointment. I get there at my appointment time just to find out that I wasn t even on the schedule!! The front desk associate spoke to Colby (whom I could see) regarding my appointment and I m not sure of what he said exactly, but he basically shoulder shrugged the issue and carried on with his day. At no point did Colby come to me and apologize for not scheduling the appointment, try to offer a resolution, etc. NOTHING!!! There was no respect or accountability taken and that s what bothered me the most. This experience has altered my thoughts on supporting new local businesses. Sometimes it s best to just stick with what you know and for me, that s the dealership. In no way is this review meant to be taken negatively. I just want others to use caution when considering this place for auto service. Thanks for taking your time to read about my experience.

This place is amazing!! They saved me thousands of dollars by spending the extra time and effort to patiently working on clearing out my heater core, even soaking it over the weekend, my car is like new!! My bill was a lot lower than expected , I was amazed! I couldn t be happier, I can t recommend this place enough! Thank you

Excellent front of staff service.Dropped my car off at 2:30p and scheduled an appointment for a dmv inspection the next day. Couldn't believe when they called me 2 hrs later and told me she was ready!Unheard of hustle in the garage. Now I'm getting my tags done same day.Will return - thank you telle tires.

Called about antifreeze testing. Said to come on in now will get right on it. I took my car in. And they started right away with the checking.. Antifreeze protection temperature was not safe & they recommended a system flush & an antifreeze replacement. This was done & I was only there about & hour from initial arrival to departure.

I had a great experience at Telle Tire and Auto Center!! They changed my oil and did a full state car inspection! They recommended services that I will need down the road, but didn't pressure me into having that work done today!! Very impressed!!!

They are always great! They are extremely thorough and were on tije for both of our cars. They helped us with a license plate attachment free of charge. While we were there, a teenager pulled in because a light had come on and she didn't want to drive not knowing what it was. They pulled the code and put it on the lift (checked it out) free of charge and sent her on her way worry free with the information she needed to give to her parents as the car and code was safe to drive on. It really touched me as a mother of 2 teenage girls. I love knowing the guts at the clinic would take care of my girls and keep them safe first and worry about time and money later. Bravo and well done. You know we'll be back

Customer Beware - My family has used this clinic for over a decade. Originally they seemed to be knowledgeable, reasonable and did quality work. It's only been recently (The last year or so) that I personally noticed a decline in the quality of work. At first it was just a tire replacement that turned out to be slightly out of alignment and improperly placed on the rim. It wasn't a big deal and I was able to get it taken care of myself over the weekend. Next came the price increase. Like many auto shops, this location charges a premium for their services when compared to the price of DIY but it was only after the tire incident that I felt the prices were becoming excessive. Again I wanted to go with the benefit of the doubt and assumed that this was just inflation. However, most recently I brought one of my trucks in for a simple routine inspection to get the tags replaced. It was failed for "loose clamps" and a loose sway bar. The estimated cost of the repairs was 3-4x the price of DIY so I chose to do it myself and brought it back with the replacements a week later. While performing the maintenance, I was shocked that the sway bar was barley loose and most of the hose clamps I replaced looked fine.Aside from feeling the original failure was silly, I was just happy to hear the truck passed inspection the second time - Until I was told that my converter was stolen overnight. I had parked the truck in front of the store in plain view of the security cameras on premise. I filed a police report and was told that the cameras were either too grainy to make out or that the perpetrator used a stolen car and was untraceable. I don't fully blame the shop for this incident but struggled to get more info from both the police and the shop for months. Overall I was not please with how the shop handled the incident. The location claims they are not liable for the damages but I couldn't find a concise legal ruling online and my attorney was equally split on who it falls on. In the end I'm choosing to write this review over taking them to small claims court in hopes that others don't repeat my mistake and simply find another shop.TLDR; I brought my truck in for inspection and left with less than I drove in. Work quality appears to have recently gone down while prices have only risen higher.***STORE REPLY EDIT***Unfortunately I didn't take video or pictures of the two issues that originally caused my Truck to fail (though I contemplated it). While I felt they were frivolous, I am not an expert and was not the primary reason for my original review. I submitted the Police report right before picking up the truck the same day it was reported to me on 11/30/22. If you'd like the report number, please feel free to send me an email and I'd be happy to provide it. I've now been told three separate reasons for why they were unable to further investigate. I was told by the Police operator that the ticket stated the footage was too grainy, I've been told by a member of your staff that the perpetrators used a stolen vehicle and now I'm told that the video doesn't even exist. Of the three the last explanation is the most irritating because it suggests that either you weren't made aware of a crime that happened on your business' property, or that you did know but didn't care and chose to let it be deleted anyway. Finally it's worth noting that I don't expect your prices to be even near DIY. I do however want them to be honest and the last few bills that I've been quoted were 50x more expensive than the price of the replacement part itself and were not difficult jobs.The ultimate reason for my poor review is the fact that I received both poor quality work and poor customer service. Until now I'd hardly even received an apology for the theft. I don't expect you to stand outside your business and guard it at night but I do expect effective security. If the store had done anything more for me than completely deny responsibility then it wouldn't have lost my business.Service: Auto maintenance
