These guys were fantastic. They gave me a fair price and took my vehicle in within 24 hours of me calling. Most shops around town were 1 week to 2 out. Once you had the quick, excellent service that took less than a day, you have a very satisfied customer. I definitely will be bringing my vehicles back! My 1990 Chevy Pickup had some leaks on the drive shaft, transmission, and a brake light issue. 10/10 reccomend

Trenton has worked with me through various car problems be it maintenance or repairs (I own a 2013 Honda Pilot and a 2016 Honda CRV). He never presses me to get unnecessary work done, and always tries to find the best price point when I do need work done. This shop really lives up to their name of "integrity." I always feel better informed, and prepared after visiting here. I plan on taking my vehicles here for the foreseeable future.

These guys 1000% live up to their name! Priced fairly, each staff member absolutely pleasant to engage with, informative, no high pressure sales tactics, just good honest work. Literally, just the best experience! Highly, highly recommended.

I normally work on all my own stuff but recently I ve been short on time. I decide to give a new shop in town a try , Summit Integrity Auto. Bobby fairly priced the job, was able to get it completed by the next day and even address a quick fix at no extra cost. If I need anything else done on my truck I will be returning.

Trent was amazing. Brought my 2007 Chrystler 300 Touring in for a rough idle. She was misfiring and fuel injectors were not doing their job. Trent replaced my spark plugs, intake manifold gasket, and my fuel injectors. She runs smooth now. So glad I pulled into Integrity Automotive. We will be using this shop for any future car troubles (knock on wood). Very friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable and honest mechanics. They provide quality and detailed service from perforling an inspection to mechanical work they treat each job with care. I mentioned honest because they dont over promise and under deliver, and they work fast to get you back on the road. If they can't do the work, they won't waste your time or money. I highly recommend them because they truly care.

I call the place on Monday morning @7:30. I had to leave a message. I did get a call back pretty quick. The person I talked to in the phone( don t recall his name). We talk for a few. He asked if I could bring in on Tuesday as he was very busy on Monday. Ok no problem. Tuesday morning another man call d to it. I was gotten ahold of. I told yes and that my husband was bring it in at one pm. He said ok. My husband got the jeep there. He told know seem to know he was coming in. I called back. And talk to someone to make sure they knew what to look for. He said ok. Not even two hours later I get a call from my husband. They the shop found nothing wrong when the scanned. But want us to brink it back for a day next week so the take it apart.Well that s a big not gonna happen. I have a OBDjscan. And it tells me that my number 2 O2 sensor bank is bad. And I know that I have a rocker lifter knocking.This is a huge red flag for anyone, if you can find another shop. That s what we are going to do.

I recently got a state inspection done through Summit Integrity and when I say I will 100 percent recommend this shop, I mean it.At a time in our lives where greed and corruption from large corporations have taken over where good customer service, kindness, and honesty used to be- Summit Integrity has all of the goodness and none of the greed.As a High function Autistic/ADHD woman, they treated me with nothing but respect and kindness and a dose of chivalry.10/10

They live up to their name. Integrity. The way the owners, Trent and Bobby, interact with their employees and patrons shows that they truly care about the work they are providing. If you re looking for a shop that is quick, efficient, affordable, and most of all trustworthy, you have found it with Summit Integrity Automotive.They communicated well the issue my car was having, laid out a plan of how to fix it, and the next day when I dropped it off it was done and ready to go in an hour. Best place around to get car work done! We needed quite a bit of work done, and they really did a great job getting us back on the road quickly. They were very affordable, and we will definitely be returning to them whenever our vehicles are ready for any more maintenance. Highly recommend this autoshop!

Trent, one of the owners of Summit Integrity Automotive has been a long time friend of mine. I am also a professionally employed mechanic. Trent is an honest, hard working man who wants to get you back on the road. When he was telling me about opening his business he constantly made the point that he wanted to get customers a great deal without compromising on quality.If you want your car fixed with dealership quality but don't want to pay dealership prices, I recommend you take your car to Summit Integrity and ask for Trent.

I was in desperate need of an oil change and inspection. Their team was able to get me in the next day! I appreciated the quick and efficient service and friendly staff. During the service, they noticed my tired were very worn on the inside and brought me into the shop to personally show me the area of concerns. They weren't pushy and didn't try to up-sell me on a bunch of random services which is usually the worst part of getting my oil change. First impression is awesome. My truck needed new battery. The one I bought from O'Reilly needed to be professionally installed. I called them at 5 p.m. (they close at 6) and explained my situation. They told me to come in right before they close and they'll stay late to get it done so I'm not left stranded somewhere with a dead battery. They also happen to have experience with Ford, so they helped me figure out the door entry code and re-program it, because the previous owner didn't write it down in the manual when they sold the truck. I will definitely be back there, they are reasonably priced as well, and are open on Saturdays!Service: Battery

My 2011 F-150 had an issue with the fuel tank and gauge. Dropped my F-150 off pretty much at closing time on Friday so they could work on it Saturday. They didn't try to rush me out the door but took the time talk about the issue. Picked it up Saturday and they showed me the part that failed. Glad to find mechanics that are thorough and love what they do. They have great prices and I will be using them in the future.Service: Auto maintenance
