1. Waited 30 minutes outside during business hours before open.2. Received my $350 alternator back with two cracks in the case. One being broken completely off at the bolt where the casings meet, one posted in the picture on the back side of the casing, then they proceeded to epoxy it over all of the grease and grime, ultimately gluing the casings together.3. I was told somebody was supposed to have contacted me about the cracked housing - They did not, and proceeded with epoxy and did not take ownership for their mistake.Communication, quality, service are all one star.I work in an automotive collision repair facility - I understand things may break during dis/reassembly, but to dance around my questions with lies and cover up your mistakes is just plain poor service.

Brought in an alternator 8 months ago and the guy refused to honor any warranty or even respond properly to our request. Obviously there are other people better in town. Don't deal with this company.

Great guy and does fast work! I brought my starter from my boat and and he had it fixed in less than an hour. I went there because that morning when I was making calls for repairs he was recommended by 2 different places. Glad I did.

More than awesome -- both folks and service! Don't need them very often, but when you do, they ALWAYS come through. Been using them for about 20 years for starters and alternators on old tractors and farm trucks. Couldn't guess how much time, money and aggravation they've saved me!!

They have rebuilt several alternators and starters much cheaper and I believe better than the remanufactured ones you get from the auto parts stores. They have also tested several for me for free and very quickly determined when I don't need their work. Excellent business that knows their stuff.

It is nice that there's still a shop around to actually rebuild starters and alternators. Just plan on making three trips there before they get it right. If you can buy it new, save yourself the time and frustration and do it.

These guys are the best..brought in a very vintage piece with a busted pulley, didn't matter. They had everything on the shelf to turn it right back around. A+

The manager tested my alternated and found no issues. They did not charge me for testing the alternator and I appreciate the customer service they provide.
