I m a big person on shouting out amazing customer service, and George was fantastic on helping me quickly. Even with a smiling face when they were closing in 5 minutes. George deserves a raise.

Great service by knowledgeable staff. Straight to the point and able to answer your questions or find the answers if they don't know. If a part isn't available, they find it in their network and get it asap.

Worst customer service. Used Oriellys fpr over 30 years. Asked an employee for help with taking off a battery and the female refused. Will not come back

Would love to give this business 10 stars if I could. We work right behind this office at a title company. We had an elderly couple close on their home yesterday and when they went to leave their car wouldn't start. Will came over from O'reiley's to check out what was going on with the help of Dave who is also an employee at this store. They were able to jump start the vehicle for this couple and they were able to make it home. These two gentlemen went above and beyond for people they didn't even know. We are so grateful that they were able to help with this situation. The couple was calling for a tow truck and had a long drive home and no way to get there. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. We appreciate you so much and you will forever have the business of Alpha Title from now on.

I had a great visit, even after discovering that some wires under my hood had been chewed by more than likely rodents. Jason reconnected the wires and got me the other items that I originally came for so kindly! I highly recommend this location! Wonderful people here

There is a nice staff of people inside. They are quick at locating the item I need on the computer and retrieving it or fast to order. Prices vary but most always will match a competitors price. And, if you happen to need battery replacement, they have a small set of tools available in store so you can do a quick change out in the parking lot.

Spend a ton of money with Orielly every month through the parts Department at the Ford dealerships I am associated with. Never had a problem. George is a lazy staff member that would rather make excuses than physically move to find a solution. Never seen someone work so Hard to not help some. Parts show in stock. If bought online are ready for pick up today. I was told if I had bought them online he would have to Find them but with me standing in the store he wasn t willing.

Love O'Reilly's! Though generally speaking their prices are on the higher side. Friendly and mostly knowledgeable staff. Love the little helpful free tests they run. Thanks for being a wonderful part of the working force.

Need to put the correct parts for there orders then don't act like it was the customers fault and not deliver it to them after the customer spent 500.00 in 2 stores same day. Manager rude and would not deliver part knowing i had my car already apart management needs help on the customer service i called advanced auto parts they brought me the correct tool and did not say we don't deliver to garages.Now a days business run out of there garages not considered a house it where small business get started.

I had a headlamp out and was driving a couple hours home. Dalton explained the differences between the bulbs so I ended up getting 2 brighter ones than what I had. He also installed them for me. Excellent customer service! Thank you Dalton!

Needed a new car battery. I was in and out on about 15 minutes. Given an easy battery placement and not being super busy I asked if they would put it in and they did. Sales associate even pointed out a $25 mail in rebate after I purchased. Great store

Fast and friendly service. In and out in under 5 minutes. It probably helped that I already had the part number for what I needed, but they confirmed it was the correct item and retrieved it in no time.

These guys are great. I drove there with a dead battery. They loaned me tools for me to swap it out for the new one and offered to help if I needed any. With other autopart stores right down the street I drive past them to get the excellent service I get have come to expect every time. Thanks again O'Reilly.

Fast and friendly staff. If they don't have the part or parts you need they can easily be ordered and typically picked up the next day. They also offer used oil and oil filter recycling so you don't dump those items in the sewer.

Literally says on the door in two places face coverings required yet both employees didn t have them on and they let customers come in without them too. Glad the employees follow company policy and protect their customers during a pandemic

I needed help closing my engine cover after replacing my engine air filter. The very nice young female worker helped me close and latch it into place. Shes awesome and I'm very thankful for her help!!

They will not sell you parts for foreign cars. Even if they're in stock. When you trying to buy an American brand. They give you Japanese parts.
