Everyone at Wood Nissan is so welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed that after I sat down, I got a text from Robert in the service department letting me know that I can text them any time during my service to check on the progress of my service. It was a great experience!

Had a great experience with a trade in at Wood Nissan. We were looking for a good deal and found one here. Bryan Coomes was extremely helpful and helped us find the right car. We started looking at new but we had a budget we were trying to reach and with TJ's help crunching Numbers we ended up jumping in a barely used vehicle 2023 Nissan Rouge LS AWD. This car only had 5,000 miles which helped save a ton below MSRP compared to one we were looking to get. Still like new. Thanks Team Wood Nissan for your help!

I've been happy with my car, definitely wasn't a lemon, and my salesman was good, he respected my budget and kept things simple and low pressure on what was a very rough day for me.Two years after I felt pretty ripped off on a service package they had pushed hard under the old owners. Apparently there's a class action lawsuit from that time period. New owners now, but I will likely stick with gap insurance only if I use a dealership for my next car.Jack in the service center was quite helpful. My tip is make sure any parts are ordered prior to scheduling a service for recalls or replacements because they will a schedule without checking. Service time is always multiple hours, but their waiting area is comfy- enough seats, chargers, and some free snacks.

I've had my car for about a year now? I still love it! She runs great and I feel like this will be another car that I'll keep for another 10 years. Woods set me up nicely and Im referring everyone I know needs a new car to them because I know they will be treated

The service folks at Wood Nissan have taken great care of me and my 2017 Rogue for about 6 years. Got a recall done. I work next store so super easy to get stuff done. Jack was pretty awesome service advisor. He explained everything. I tried to do the recall as a walk in during my lunch but he explained it was going to take a little bit longer so he put me on the schedule for the next day! Can't complain about that. He offered to drive me across the parking lot to my job. I needed the steps. Overall awesome experience!

Thee best car shopping/buying experience I have had in YEARS! The service (Keenan) was excellent. From selecting a vehicle to getting the best deal Nissan Prestige is 5 star! Keenan is the sales rep that worked with me and even gave me references for other services needed at a tremendous discount! Shouts out to him! I am a very satisfied customer, and would recommend them to any one in the market for purchasing a quality affordable vehicle.

It's nice having a Service Specialist who looks out for the customer instead of recommending repairs or maintenance if it isn't necessary. Jack helped me and even advised me that some services were not needed. Talk about integrity. He scores a 10 for that.

Poor and Rude service led me to go to State line Nissan. Would not visit or do business with this dealership ever.. Ps learn what the meaning of setting up a appointment means! If I could give zero stars that's what you would get.

I took my newly bought 2014 Nissan Versa Note in for a oil change and to have a couple of sensors replaced. Come to find out I was sold a car without a bunch of parts needed to have the sensors I wanted fixed to run properly. I was thankful they found the problem and was able to put in the needed nissan factory parts that were missing and reset all my sensors! The car seems to run as well as possible now. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is bc they ordered the wrong parts and it ended up taking 4 days to fix and cost close to 900$! Which I couldn't afford the time or money but couldn't afford not to fix it. Also for some reason it took them over 1/4 of tank of gas to fix it as well. I do wanna say Bradly, I think was his name, the gentlemen who was in charge of my car. He did give me a rental on the last day and was very nice and informative the whole time. I do plan on returning for all my future oil changes and service maintenance!

Bradley at the service department makes servicing our vehicle so easy. Always washes our car after each service, quick, polite, and they provide a loaner for repairs. Highly recommend!
