Our experiences at Luther Mazda of Lee's Summit led to a purchase of our new Mazda CX-90! This is a great dealership group. Our Product Specialist, Shay, knew the products, all the technology and worked hard to find the SUV that met our criteria, and we purchased! Thank you, Shay! Shay setup the car tech platform with us, and got us all ready to go and made sure we knew all the features. There was also entire team behind Shay supporting our multiple test drives and many questions; everyone was great! Thank you, again Shay! Shout out to Chris, Shaun, Jesse, and Chuck. We are thrilled to be part of the Luther Mazda family. Go see this talented team!

Michael Harris was an amazing personable salesman. In fact this was the second car we purchased from him in less than a month. His customer service was wonderful. My husband said out of all the cars he s purchased and that s been quite numerous he is the best he s dealt with. Doesn t harass you and is up front and honest and most of all respectful.Highly recommend and know any other time we are looking for cars in the future we will be sure to deal with Michael! Thank you again for a treat multiple car buying experience.

My brother and I both purchased cars here.. Jesse was fantastic, after I brought my Carbon Edition 2023, my brother loved it, to get a Cx5 too..After a few months of working closely with Jesse he finally found the vehicle that he wanted.. (He tried the cx50, nice but too big) similarly his heart was in the cx5 line.. a amazing car, the turbo is likely the next step.. woot woot !!AAA+ service and the best buying experience vehicle wise I've ever had..I have suggested it to my co-workers, friends and family when looking up a new car..Thanks to everyone involved from the sales dept to finance.. Huge kudos all around . Solid job

I recently purchased a vehicle here and I may never look elsewhere again!! Mark went above and beyond to not only help me decide on which one, gathering everything to get it done but just making the process simple and absolutely enjoyable at the same time!! This was my 7th or maybe 8th vehicle purchase in my life and my experience here FAR EXCEEDS anywhere else across several states!! If you are looking to escape the hassle and torture of the car buying process call this place and ask for Mark!!! I can only vouch for him!!!

I just purchased a new CX-50 and had an excellent car buying experience. The whole process was smooth, fast, and surprisingly low pressure. My sales consultant, John Moos, was outstanding and he took care of us through the whole process. I would buy a car here again!

4 time customer of Mazda in Lees Summit (under several different owners). Luther is by far the worst, will never come again. Salesman was nice, honest, and reasonable. Where my issues start, is when I asked to come back, only to wait .for hours to speak to my salesman. I m divorced and my credit isn t great, but don t waste my time by having me come back in repeatedly, to tell me we have no deal. A phone call would be sufficient. The salesman was great, the management is garbage. Again, 4 time buyer in that brick and mortar building, never again. 2 stars only because of the salesman s class, 0 stars for the sales manager.

This was my first time buying a car on my own, and was pretty nervous. But Jesse Jansen was wonderful to work with! He was very honest and helpful. A great experience with everyone I talked to. I highly recommend this dealership

I just purchased what a should be the last car I will ever drive, a Caddy! I have loved the CX5's since I 1st saw them way back & I told myself then, I'm getting 1 of those someday. Well that someday is here. Although, I did not get a CX because lord knows I can't bend that far down anymore. So I found the XT5. I live at the lake so myself quest for an XT5 really included most of Missouri. I was able to find same vehicle all over the state but different colors, prices were all in line. Had my heart set on red. John Moos was my salesman and we were able to hammer out a sales price we were both comfortable with and now I have my long awaited cadillac and I'm loving it.

Excellent experience here except for finance.My sales experience with Jesse was exceptional. Jesse was direct & went the extra mile to get me a deal & to find a vehicle. I recommend this dealership to anyone asking about a new car purchased.Thank you Jesse & team. Very please with my experience.Finance, not so thrilled about. Finance people seem to be "all the same", out to get the best commission for themselves (be aware of this item before financing a vehicle). Did not care for the finance company provided nor was I asked which finance institution I wanted to use, even tho I had already been pre-approved for a loan through my banking institution & has provided this information. His reply to that comment was it was a better rate from the alternate lender.

Michael Harris provided an exemplary level of service during our interaction. Despite our arrival just before closing time, he skillfully facilitated a swift and agreeable deal. The following day, we collected our new vehicle without any complications. Remarkably, there was a notable absence of sales pressure, and Michael refrained from attempting to persuade us into any unnecessary purchases. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Luther Mazda, with particular emphasis on Michael Harris as a commendable point of contact for any prospective customers.

Isaiah, Hector and the selling manager (so sorry I cannot remember his name) were SO great to my husband and I. We came from another Mazda dealership hoping for a better deal and they didn t even hesitate to get us what we wanted. It was the easiest car buying process I ve ever had. I never felt pressured into anything or felt like I was being tricked into buying something extra like you sometimes are when buying a car. It was only Isaiah s third day and he was AMAZING. Please give these guys a visit, they are so laid back and chill. Highly recommend. My new CX5 is everything I wanted and more.

Best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership! Isaiah and Alaric were so nice and not pushy like you re used to with other salespeople in the car industry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They even helped us order the exact car we wanted since it wasn t on the lot. Shaun was super helpful in getting us the car as well. He got us an accurate ETA for the arrival and even helped us out on the pricing. Samantha made the paperwork process a total breeze. She s quick and explains everything thoroughly. Luther Mazda folks work together as an amazing team and we are thankful for their time and help.

Amazing service and a wonderful experience for my first time buying a car with a payment. Samantha helped me work everything out and was very nice, informative and patient answering all my questions. Because I sure had A LOT of questions. The service department is really good too. They have great availability and can get me in for my routine maintenance without scheduling out weeks at a time and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. Any employee I have came in contact with has been so nice and treated me like royalty. I will be buying all my cars from here from now on and have already recommended them to friends and family. You won t be disappointed! My 2 girls and I love our Honda Pilot!

I wanted to take some time to gather my thoughts as my previous experience (with the sister company at a diff location) was less than ideal. My experience here, specifically with Caleb, has been nothing short of redeeming. After my previous experience, Caleb reached out to me to takeover and promised to work with me to make things right. He over delivered. He specifically found the car I wanted, down to my unique specifications, had it shipped here from Florida and gave me a great deal. He made it easy, painless and seamless. From beginning to end, he took care of everything. He took ownership of the previous issues at the other location and followed through on every single thing he promised. He worked with my schedule, stayed in communication and was overall, an absolute Joy. Caleb is genuinely a good person, and that is something you can t coach. I ve hired a lot of people and worked with a lot of people and his natural propensity to care, will take him far. After a horrible experience at another dealership down the road, I was nervous to look at another car! I could not be happier with my experience at Luther Mazda. There was no pressure. They listened and explained every option I had! Everyone was so inviting and friendly! I think it s the only place I ll do business with! I ve had a Mazda since 2016 and have been coming to this dealership for the past 4 years. Recently, the dealership was bought by Luther Mazda and you can see a drastic difference in service quality.We purchased a new Mazda CX-9. We worked with Shaun, Dontrell, Tyrone, and Samantha. Across the board, we had a phenomenal experience.Tyrone made us feel welcome and ensured we were paired with a top notch sales person.Shaun was transparent throughout the entire sales process. It didn t feel like your typical car buying experience. If/when we buy another Mazda, we will specifically seek out Shaun. Absolutely phenomenal!Dontrell was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles and made sure we had all electronics setup and connected so we didn t have to spend hours configuring the car when we got home.Samantha laid out all of our warranty options clearly and made sure we knew exactly what was covered.Luther Mazda is a great dealership. We d recommend them to anyone!

Shaun the sales manager assisted my significant other with purchasing a new (used) vehicle. He went above and beyond by assisting with making sure everything went smoothly and when there were a couple small hiccups he took it upon himself to see them sovled and did the right thing. I was along when the purchase was made and was greatly impressed with his kindness and service, after having dealt with less than idea car salesmen at other places in the past, it was a sign of relief when he approached the process with a non rushed or pushy manner.Huge shout out to Shaun!

The best buying experience in a long time.Alaric, Dontrell, Shaun, and Sam all were great to work with.They listened and found me the vehicle in stock and I decided to step up to a MX-5 Carbon. I failed to notice a disclosure from the factory regarding the shortage on Bose so they deducted it from the price. Disappointing the factory could not deliver this but it is not the dealers fault and Shaun was very transparent on this so I did not believe I was getting something then realizing it was not on the vehicle. He found me a good rate and Sam was very thorough through F&I. She got me the coverage I was looking for.They made this easy and painless with no cheesy stuff.Absolutely stoked with the vehicle and the service I received from this team.11/06/23 - Update. I took a star away for 2 reasons.First I see they pulled 3 hard credit inquiries which was unnecessary and they should not be allowed to do so as it negatively affects my credit score for 2 years.Second, when I traded the Mazda for a different vehicle, it was like pulling teeth to get my aftermarket and extended warranty money returned. If I had not done the leg work, it would have never been returned. Unfortunately this industry has high turnover so the Business Manager was a different person on both occasions. It eventually was squared away but I would recommend this industry be more proactive on doing what is right.

Micheal Harris was the best salesman! I gotta be honest, I'm probably the hardest customer to work with. I had been looking for a van for almost a year and always had a reason not to buy a vehicle. Micheal checked in with me regularly and updated me on the inventory to help me find exactly what I was looking for and for a great price! He was always honest with me about all the vehicles and I trusted his opinion. When the dealership had a van meeting all my criteria, he followed up with me and let me know the deal! Fortunately, I made it there before 2 other people who were also interested in the vehicle so I was the lucky person who bought such a nice vehicle! So glad to have a salesman with patience, honesty, integrity, knowledge, and great customer service skills! If you need a vehicle, you must go see Micheal Harris at Luther Madza! Very rarely do you see a salesman like that who will go out of their way and go to pretty decent lengths to make a customer happy! Thank you Micheal!

Michael Harris was absolutely amazing! As a first time buyer, transparency and authenticity are so important, and he was so upfront and kind! In all honesty, I was nervous and stressed walking into the dealership today, but was put at ease with the overall vibe at Luther Mazda. My partner and I were blown away by Michael s professionalism and knowledge throughout the entire process. This is my first Mazda and our experience today will definitely bring us back when we are ready for our next car. 12/10 experience with Michael, definitely ask for him any time you need a new car. Mike was a great help! He was pleasant to talk to and helped me buy my first car! The dealership was a nice atmosphere. If you re going to spend several hours somewhere, it might as well be here! Luther Mazda is a good place to take your Mazda for repairs and great customer service. Nathaniel was courteous and very helpful and I am really appreciative of his knowledge and him taking the time to answer my questions and the reasonable prices for the labor. Absolutely exceptional experience. Yes, buying a car does take awhile, but the attention given was never not there. Dontrell was the person who helped me lease my first vehicle. He answered every question that we had with certainty and made us feel comfortable even though this was a huge purchase for me. Highly recommend Mazda, especially this dealership, to all of my friends and family! And i am in love with my new car!
