We had been to multiple dealerships over the last few months, and no one was more comfortable to work with than Zane. From the start he was very relaxed. We liked that! He seemed genuine, and he really wanted to get me into a vehicle I loved. Definitely *not* slimey car sales vibes.We came in late, and we told him we d be happy to come back the next day, but he rest assured us that we were his priority and closing time did not matter. He even let us choose between colors for a while! Super patient guy. His team and him worked far past close to work with us and let us take the car home for an extended test drive.The dealership is clean and they have plenty of inventory! Lots of options, colors, etc.Zane made the experience get 5 stars!

When we first started looking for a new vehicle, we opted to check out some Subarus. We decided to take a look at their used inventory - and that s when we saw this Jeep Wrangler in person and my wife and I said Oh. My. God. - We quickly walked inside and was greeted by Stephanie Carty. Lord she was just what we needed. We weren t 100% sure what we wanted, but we knew it was late in the day and I asked for an extended drive with the Wrangler so she didn t have to stay late. Stephanie was so professional and made it happen for us. Then, she even stayed late just so my wife could drive other vehicles before we took the Wrangler home for the extended test drive. When we came back on Monday, Stephanie was right there to greet us and ask what we thought. We were most of the way there, but my wife wanted to drive some more just to be sure. Stephanie happily walked all around the lot with us showing us different options that fit what we were looking for. In the end, my wife was down to the Wrangler and a Subaru Ascent. My wife parked them side by side and for more than 30 minutes walked around both of them until she was confident. Once we were done, Stephanie made the process as pain free as possible. She was so nice and helpful and guided us through every process. We couldn t have been more happy - especially compared to someone else we ran into at Lees Summit Jeep! Stephanie should be a role model for the sales role. She has followed up several times to ensure we were happy, to make sure the vehicle was functioning perfectly, and just all around making sure we had a great experience. If it wasn t for people like her, then we may have considered shopping elsewhere. While the Wrangler was exactly what we wanted, had she not been as perfect as she was, we could have easily found another. A+ to Stephanie and honestly, the whole team over that we interacted with was as professional as you could ask for. And honestly, they weren t pushy. Which was the number one thing we were hoping to find. Lees Summit Subaru and Stephanie earned our business by her amazing attitude. And as such, we ll continue to shop and service here in the future.

Working with our Product Specialist Liz was a complete pleasure! She is a professional that made us feel completely comfortable with our car buying experience. After working out all the details that we wanted for our Forester we were confident about our purchase. If we had any questions she answered them in a timely manner and kept us updated on the arrival of our car. Upon delivery of our vehicle everything went very smoothly and left the dealership in our new vehicle feeling completely confident in our purchase. Thank you Liz for the great experience. I recently went to Lee s Summit Subaru inquiring about a Forester. Brandon Haynes was my sales consultant. I really appreciated his knowledge and transparency throughout the entire purchasing process. I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, and Brandon made it happen. He is very laid back and didn t try to pressure me.The Lee s Summit Subaru Dealership is a great place to purchase a vehicle. They have a ton of new and used vehicles to choose from. I also like their service department. It s immaculately clean, well maintained, and easy to access. The staff are friendly, and they have a comfortable waiting area.I am extremely happy with my experience at Lee s Summit Subaru. Brandon was great to work with and my beautiful, new Forester was the cherry on top!

Just purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness trim. I absolutely love the car. And the folks at Lee's Summit Subaru were great to deal with. They really went the extra mile to help me with any questions or problems that I had. Zane was very patient with me and answered all my questions or made sure he went to find the answer if he didn't know. Stephanie was great as well in showing me the ins and outs of the car. Everyone really worked together to help me feel good about purchasing the car I wanted after having the same car for 15 years. I look forward to dealing with Subaru in the future and would definitely recommend people to buy with Subaru of Lee's Summit.

I ve bought two cars from Liz Myers at this dealership and both times she helped reduce the stress and frustration with car shopping. She s dedicated to making sure the customers feel comfortable and get exactly what they want. Most importantly, she s honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Liz, and Lee s Summit Subaru in general.

Chayse Starin worked with me to find and deliver the exact model and trim I wanted, and showed great courtesy and professionalism throughout the process. The process of financing at the dealership was quick and easy. The Lee s Summit team provided not only the car I wanted but also a great deal of useful information and generally excellent service during my visit. Highly recommend for anyone shopping in the area.

Nice experience buying a car. We belong to Costco, so we first registered with Costco and then went to their recommended dealer, Lee's Summit Subaru. We met with Twesdae Doiel and she was great. She explained everything thoroughly and got us the Costco price which saved us big bucks.

I always get nervous about shopping for a new car, but Melinda made it the best experience! She explained all of the car features to me, and showed me in real time the safety features and all the new technology has to offer. No pressure, just a fun experience. LS Subaru has a great selection of Subarus and I am the proud new owner of a new 2024 Outback!

What a great experience from start to finish. Truly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I m so excited about our Outback, and I can t wait for the first road trip. Melinda was amazing. Before we took off for the test drive (on snow packed streets while snowing), she went over the features of the car, and was so patient with me. What a great experience from start to finish. Smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Super stoked with my purchase and the deal I received from Lee's Summit Subaru. Picked up a 2024 Outback Wilderness edition. Chayse made sure it was the car I wanted and had all the options I needed in a vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and brand. I had a wonderful experience buying my first brand new car at Lee s Summit Subaru. Ely was honest, paid attention to what I was looking for in a car and worked hard to find me the perfect one. I love my Outback Wilderness! At first I wasn t sure I wanted a Subaru but the brand speaks for itself. The dealership staff (Ely and Leanna) went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable with my car after my purchase by calling and offering a Subaru Love-Encore Delivery program to go over the features of the car and making the car work best for me. This was the best car buying experience and I would absolutely recommend to anyone getting a new car to stop by and talk to Ely or any of the staff at Lee s Summit Subaru.

Definitely a great car dealership in the Kansas City area. I purchased a used Subaru from Melinda Johnson and I appreciated her sales approach. I didn't feel pressured into making my decision and it felt more like talking things over with a friend than a salesperson. Not only was she great, the whole team rallied around to get me home in my new vehicle even though it was a Friday evening. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

We purchased a Crosstrek from Lees Summit Subaru last night and absolutely loved our experience. We worked with Twesdae and she was beyond AMAZING. She was knowledgeable on every single thing associated with a Subaru and knew the vehicle top to bottom. She was friendly and accommodating, even volunteering to come in on her day off to help us. We left feeling like we had a new friend. At the same time, she was professional and strong in her negotiations, knowing she had a valuable product. I dread buying new cars, but I wouldn't if I knew I would get Twesdae every time. Subaru is SO lucky to have her on the team. Our finance guy was also GREAT, but I forgot his name.

Liz was a great salesperson. She helped us find the right car for our very interesting circumstances. Liz was trustworthy and informative and and a complete delight during our buying experience. She's a farcry from the last buying experience we had at other dealerships in the past. Subaru in general has great customers service and they treated us like we really were important to them and not just a number. I used to make fun of Subaru fans but I now see the appeal and I'm strongly likely to buy again

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! I came in for a routine oil change and tire inspection and rotation, a simple service. I had an appointment at 7:30 am , was quoted an hour to an hour and a half. My car wasn t finished until I called twice at 12:30 and suddenly it was ready and they hadn t called me to update me on anything. When I got there my tire pressure light was still on so I asked questions as why my tires were all fine on the inspection yet my light was on. When I got home I checked my tire pressure myself and nothing had changed from before I took it in. I had to fix the pressure in all 4 tires myself after spending $130 for a simple service that should have been fixed by them. After I asked about the light I was told my sensor could need to be replaced which was a total lie to save their butt. The light turned off after I had fixed it myself at the house. I question if they even rotated my tires at all. Lily was my service provider and tried to answer my questions but had no real answers, just corporate responses. If you want to get scammed into paying for services that didn t even get done on your vehicle then get your car serviced there. I will never trust them again.

I walked in with a list of things I wanted and a price range. Brandon Haynes very happily found exactly what I was looking for and did not try to sell me a more expensive vehicle. Brandon was highly knowledgeable, patient, polite and a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend asking for Brandon when car shopping!

Bought a late model Subaru Outback Wilderness from Lee's Summit , Brandon was our sales person and probably will be for the rest of our days. We originally were looking for a pickup. After all was said and done I would like to commend Brandon for following up with me over the course of a month and ultimately the Outback Wilderness would meet all our requirements and more.
