I was impressed because I got my tires rotated, too, besides my oil change. James and Alexander were both on top of things and got it done in a timely manner. James offered the tire rotation.

Edit: It's close to 3 years and my headlights still look awesome! Forgive the spring bugs.They did a professional job. Received some efforts to upsale but not bad. I did decide to take them up on one - polishing and retreating the headlights on my 2008 Honda. I had previously tried it myself and didn't do very well. A guy in an automotive parking lot bragged about how well he could do it with his secret formula, he charged me $40.Four of the guys at Jiffy Lube worked on my Honda and is seemed they used several tools and a lot of buffing, and heating to do the job. This time my headlights look brand new! Far cheaper than new lights cost. And it's warrantied for twelve months.

James and Zander are always very kind and help air up my tires on the go while I have my kids. If I ever need anything fixed on my car, I ll come to Jiffy Lube to see James.

The customer service is decent. The price for an oil change is ridiculously high. There is different places that charge less with the same quality of customer service. Make sure to do your price comparison before visiting.

I needed an oil change and found this location on google. It was the closest to me. I arrived an hour after they opened and was told they couldn t perform an oil change because the manager wasn t there yet. Annoyed and confused, I left the garage to park near by so I could find another place to help me. After discovering the nearest shop offering oil changes was at least 30 minutes away, I pulled back around to their garage and told them I d happily wait for the manager to show up. After doing this, they quickly got me in and did a fast oil change. Sat there maybe 15 minutes for the entire thing. I m leaving a 4 star review because I felt jerked around at the beginning of my visit. They did not care if I went somewhere else. I paid about $75 for this experience - would have been about $20 more if the guy assisting me didn t add a coupon

First time here getting an oil change on my wife s car. I get home park in the garage and back out in driveway later in the evening to find a puddle of oil in garage and leaking on driveway. Now oil pressure light is coming on, battery light came on and smell of oil from vents. They are closed Sunday so I come Monday morning when they open at 8:00am and it s currently 8:45am and nobody is here to open.Services: Battery, Oil change

I came in for an oil change and it took about an hour and that did not include the time I waited in line. Jay was extremely unprofessional. He talked to his other co- workers the entire time, cursed, talked on his cell and used his vape. After my oil change was done, the technician just disappeared for 20 minutes. I was never told upfront the prices for different oil. It was a horrible experience.Service: Oil change

Friendly staff, notice my engine on my 2500 is smoking after oil change. Open my hood to bay being covered in oil, they clearly missed and didn t bother to clean up

I am so impressed with EVERYTHING about my experience here. I went for an oil change, and left with much more knowledge than I could have expected. Andrew and Michael took VERY good care of me and my car! Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics for "extras", and they answered all of my questions. As a recently widowed woman, I thrive on this kind of service. Honest and outstanding....very much above and beyond. Thank you, Michael and Andrew! I WILL be back!

I should have left a review years ago, but I have been coming to this location since 2019 and have only experienced excellent and kind service. The service here is exceptional, and every employee I have ever interacted with has been so helpful. A few times I came in early because I forgot I had full synthetic, and the employees not only let me know I didn't need an oil change yet but they checked all the fluids in my car without charge. Once, my husband's car had bolts missing from when his dealer had changed his oil (he has a Honda civic with a panel which needs to be removed to change it). Since we don't have a sturdy jack at home, the dealership wanted to charge us $60 to put on new bolts. We came in with new bolts we purchased on our own (much less expensive) and the employees at Jiffy Lube not only put them on for free but also topped off the air in our tires since they noticed it was low. They are so amazing here and we won't go anywhere else for our vehicle maintenance.

While there the techs dog defecatied in front of my truck, the techs refused me a top off despite my dashboard indicating I needed fluid, and after initially refusing to check my tire pressure because the air compressor "wasn't working" my air caps to my custom rims were stolen. It is costing me about $50 to replace. I've only been here one time before this one and that experience was nothing like this or I would not have came this second time.Service: Oil change

I stopped in one day with my own oil and filter to get an oil change done being the ramps I use we're to high to get my new Hellcat� up on and I didn't have the time to build something. It was a 1,500 mile preventative maintenance change.With tax and all, they wanted $35+ which seemed a bit high to pull in, drain oil, oil filter off/on and new oil in. At least I got what I needed done.

I was referred to Jiffy Lube by a friend, the team that service my car was very helpful and easy to talk to, however I felt like I paid for something I didn t get, I was charged for the highest mileage oil (7000) and given a (5000) mileage sticker, when I ask why a 5000 mileage reminder sticker and not 7000 I was told he did the service base on what on the system, then he asked did you want 7000 mileage, I said that is what I paid for, but the oil was already poured in the engine.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I just had the most awesome experience at this location. Just got an oil change but the service and customer service was exemplary. Ty and his co worker got me in and out and treated me with respect. I think he even smiled. Thanks will only utilize this location from now on.

Absolutely horrible. Had my transmission fluid changed. Took 2.5 hrs, no one knew what they were doing. They shot transmission fluid all over my truck and the shop twice. When I left none of my electronics were working anymore. No gauge cluster, no headlights, absolutely nothing. All they could tell me to do was to go get a car wash. Which I then had to pay for as well... Horrible will never ever bring my fleet vehicles back again.

I received outstanding service yesterday when I came to get my oil changed. James K. and took excellent care of me. He walked me through each step, explained the best options and why and was very kind and polite. Everything was done in a timely fashion and with extreme professionalism. Courteous, yes. Friendly, no. I had to ask about the color of oil, if I needed a filter change, to top off the wiper fluid, no reminder sticker given. Not one smile and they charge me $95 for an oil change. No other services. When I questioned the cost they decided to give me a 10% discount. I would not use this location again. Not terrible service, just not a good experience with the staff. I just hope I can trust that the filter didn't need changed or any other concerns arise due to lack of attention.Service: Oil change

HUNTER was my technician at the Lee s Summit location on Rice Road. He was helpful, informative, thorough, mature and pleasant. He explained the products in a way I could easily understand. Upon arrival at store 1564 I saw three different employees helping customers by topping off fluids and filling tires. They were busy changing the oil in at least two cars. Poor service. Some guy didn't show up for work for almost 2 hours. Had to leave and call back and finally was able to go. No receipt, the printer wasn't working. Associates not very friendly or interested in customer service it didn't seem.Will look for another location for service.Service: Oil change

The employees here are always friendly, polite, and not pushy. James and Cody were great! They are knowledgeable and always check in about any issues during the service. I drive by 2 other oil change locations on the way to this business and will continue to in the future. Best service around. Tony & his team were on top of my maintenance & were efficient at everything they did. Josh was great helping out before. Tony explained everything & gave recommendations of next time trip. He saved me money on a battery buy cleaning terminals & showing that the battery was still good. All in all I recommend Lee's summit jiffy lube. Am definitely a loyal customer. Thanks guys I appreciate the quality service.
