Very happy to purchase a car from here. The ladies working greeted me even when they were helping other customers. I had an appointment with Loni and she was excellent. She had me in and out within a hour! She had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Loni was even able to find me car insurance for much cheaper then what I had picked out already. Best car shopping experience!

Good morning, this place is the greatest, it helped us out tremendously. We had a car from here that had some issues with the vehicle and when they couldn't figure out what was wrong, they decided to trade us out into another vehicle and I love it. It's a business that cares about it's customers as long as you're doing the right thing they will make sure you are satisfied...I will continue to buy vehicle and recommend them to everyone who wishes to get a car without the hassle.

Amazing and quick service! Professional,welcoming,friendly! Help with any & all questions & or issues you may have! Everything explained in complete detail! Brandi & Loni were absolutely amazing with my car process! They made sure I was nothing short of happy when I left! & Made my kids & I feel like family; with the laughs, conversations, & whole car buying process! Right down to the paperwork!! My whole car buying process was short, smooth, and easy. Instant Auto truly stand by their words...No credit check! I bought in my required documents and down payment (which they matched) and I was on my way in a nice vehicle with low miles. Would definitely recommend Instant Auto to anyone car shopping! Be sure to ask for Shannon in sales! She's awesome!!!

Just purchased a Mazda Mazda3 from here and the service was absolutely amazing! I wasn't able to get the initial car I wanted due to it getting a new paint job but I got the next best thing! Loni and Jackson were absolutely awesome and very helpful! Thank you so much for helping me@

Great people great atmosphere there very helpful and they explain everything my first car I got through them got totaled out and because of a hit and run so once I got done with the insurance and the claim the the payment was issued and deductibles where paid they put the 750$ I put down on the first car towards my 2nd car so I wouldn t have a down payment if I stayed within that down payment amount and when it came to my total loss claim they where so understanding and great to work with. I would recommend anyone go here ti get a car they have great cars for good prices. The picture attached to this is my 2nd car I got through them it s a 2018 ford focus.

Don't ever buy a vehicle from them my daughter had a lot of problems with her vehicle recently her vehicle has been in the shop for almost three weeks because her engine needs to be replaced they expect her to make car payments while her vehicle is getting fixed they also are making her come out of pocket of $5,000 when her warranty is supposed to cover it all because she doesn't have proof of a receipt of her recent oil change. These car dealerships are trash and they get over on young adults the parents need to school these young adults and let them know that they have rights and they can sue, report them to the BBB and have them shutdown teach them about the Lemon Law, teach them that they have a right to get that off of their record so it doesn't mess up their credit score smh.

Stella has been absolutely amazing! I have broken my femur and got behind on my car payment, but with Stella s help, I was able to keep my car and not get too far behind! I am so amazed at how well they have treated me! I see a lot of bad reviews on places but you need to try yourself ..this place has my respect and I appreciate them more than they know! Thank you INSTANT AUTO for being here for me and giving me a chance to make things right! If you end up dealing with this dealership, I highly highly recommend Stella as your finance manager. She is just the best I swear!!! :) Thank you again! The picture is Doris the Taurus, I wouldn t have it if Stella wouldn t have helped me! I am grateful that s all I can say!

I came in with no car and drove out with a car... It's that easy. Come here and talk to Shannon she will get you in and out. She was juggling two clients at one time. Me and another person she was handling it. Oh and answers all your questions you have. Come to Instant Auto and get you a car.

Just picked up my family's FOURTH vehicle from Instant Auto in Lees Summit yesterday. I needed a bigger vehicle to accommodate my growing grandkids. After searching other lots and having one of them ask for a 4 THOUSAND dollar down payment on top of my trade in, I came back to the place that's never steered me wrong.They gave me the best trade-in value I've been quoted, and had me on the road in my gorgeous new SUV within the hour. They've worked with both me and my husband easily when we each had severe medical issues that impacted our ability to make payments on time...all we had to do was reach out and keep communicating. None of the vehicles we've purchased have ever had significant mechanical issues, either.We adore Instant Auto, especially Shannon in sales, and Ashley in finance! Thank you so much for keeping our family happily on the road!

Shannon was amazing. I had been working with her for about 2 weeks and she always gave me the time of day and helped answer all my questions. She helped me tremendously and even stayed late giving me enough time to get off of work and make the drive to get my new car. She helped break down all the information and after we made the sale she was patient while waiting on my insurance to go through.

Shannon was the absolute BEST! The best car buying experience I have ever had! I was in and out of there with in an hour and half and there was not a moment of stress! Everything was explained very well and in detail! I was very nervous driving so far to get a car but it was worth it! Had an appt and kept in contact with them to give them a timeframe on when I would be there. Just wish the car would have been looked over and ready to test drive when I got there. Other than that the buying process was seamless. Very much recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They are very detailed oriented and a good bunch to work with. Shannon and Emily were wonderful to work with overall. Thank you all so much for your help.

I fell on hard times and could not make payments on my van. Was in the middle of try to get a job. I contacted instant auto after my car was disabled. They were very nice people and agreed with my offer of paying every week until I was caught up on my payments and turned my car back on. I am so grateful to be getting a car from people that understand when a person is down on their luck and just needs someone to work with them. I am so grateful that they believed in me and trusted me to make my payments every week. I did make my payments and got my payments caught up. I highly recommend using instant auto to get a car. They are very kind and understanding people that is for sure. If they had a ten star I would have given them ten

I was honestly nervous on this process. I didn t know what exactly I was to expect. I walked in with my girlfriend and right away we were pleasantly greeted by Loni Arbuthnot. She accommodated us with every single step of the way. We had a good time actually, even my girlfriend thought she was great too! Thank you Loni, you re awesome.

Absolutely love my car!I went to Instant Auto after hearing amazing things about them, and when I went in person I was not disappointed!Absolutely amazing staff, and a wide variety of cars to choose from to fit your budget!I went in told them some details and test drove a couple cars till I found one that seemed perfect for me, filled out some paper work and was in and out in less than an hour!All in all I definitely recommend Instant Auto to anyone and everyone, if you re looking for a nice used car this is the place!

My experience was great I called emailed over my stuff got approved seen pictures of different cars and called and did a deposit of the one that caught my attention everyone remembered me by name when I called about the car they even moved the car from another lot to bring it over to the lot that was more convenient for me once I arrived on day of purchase Loni was very helpful even though while very busy and assisting other costumers she still made sure I was taking care of during my purchase I always like that I had a concern about the car and she got it handled before I left the lot
