I have used goodspeedusa a few times through eBay to buy parts for my classic vehicles. Most recently I purchased a couple of mirror extensions. They didn't fit. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Curt who made my return of this item quite easy. He sent me a shipping label via email. It was brought to my attention that I had given goodspeedusa a neutral feedback. So I am publicly apologizing and letting everyone know that I have upgraded them to a much more than positive feedback. Remember,we must proof read before we send. Thank you Curt and goodspeedusa

I found them on Ebay, because I live near them, I decided to go and get my part. I got a tour of their warehouse and lobby of course. Great Selection for hard to find Classical Parts, lighting, and more. Like I said I went for one part, and ended up buying 5 items. License plate mtg., 2 T-shirts, and 2 key chains w/logo. I m recommending them to all of my friends, acquaintances, and I also passed information on to the Parts Dept. at 2 Dealerships in town. I got a 10% Discount for being a walk in. So if you live in Greater Kansas City area, go check them. Yes, they are still working on their website, Coming Soon- Dutch -

Goodspeed has always had everything I was looking for. The products has been great quality. I would recommend using this company for any automotive parts or accessories you need. I can not speak on the apparel they sell because I have not bought any but I would not hesitate since everything else has been spot on.

Alan was really great to work with! He got us an awesome deal on a product that was even better looking than we had found when researching what we wanted to do on our truck. We will DEFINITELY be going to Goodspeed USA for all future vehicle modifications.

Bought a steering wheel online. I made a honest mistake and ordered the wrong adapter to fit my truck. Previous post from Aaron Hicks was spot on with the return process. This place is retaliatory if you have a issue with a online purchase. The only resolution I was offered was to pay for shipping to return and then charged a 50% restocking fee with no explanation. I would have exchanged the adapter or kept it if I knew this was the way they do business. I'm sure there will be a polite response from the keyboard warrior in charge of returns. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

After I bought my LED Tail lights for my old chevy pickup back in 2018 they broke down in 2022... send them a message and well.. they made me a great offer!! they arrived very fast in the Netherlands... so MANY thanks!!!

I had been hunting for an El Camino shirt for about 1 year. These people had 1, my size and a very good price! Why go anywhere else? I'm glad I live so close to their shop!

Ordered a steering wheel thru Amazon, had some questions and they were super responsive. Got back to me immediately with the answers I needed. Hard to find good customer service these days but these guys go above and beyond to keep you as a customer.

I submitted an inquiry to purchase a specific item from this business. I inquired about vendor/wholesale pricing. I did not receive a response, so I submitted a follow-up email. After submitting a second inquiry, I simply received a response stating not interested . I replied stating that the response was unprofessional, and offered some advice as to how I would have responded as a business professional, and how they could improve their customer service. I was subsequently accused of being a scammer, not to reach out to them again, and not to tell them how to run their business. If they had any doubt about my inquiry or intentions, they could have simply asked for a phone number and to chat over the phone. In my opinion and experience, they were rude, unprofessional, and condescending. With this type of attitude/responses, businesses wonder why they have customer attrition.UPDATE: As evidenced below by their response and several edited versions after the fact, and via other argumentative emails I received after posting my review depicting my experience, this business is still and continuously accusing me of being a scammer, bully, "high and mighty", "ridiculous", etc., with no evidence or factual proof to support such accusations. I submitted a legitimate request to purchase an item. Google is more than welcome to reach out to me, and I will forward all of our email communications for their review/verification. I have nothing to hide. I am simply sharing my experience with an inquiry and attempt to make a purchase from them. My experience echoes the other one-star reviews. The business edited their response below numerous times. First, to remove their direct accusation to my person as being a scammer. Then, they edited it again to acuse me of being a scammer. I noticed that they edited all of their one-star review responses months or years after the fact as well. in all of their responses, they take no accountability, blaming the buyers/potential buyers, versus taking ownership for their actions.

Great service. Originally was looking around for bed covers for my truck and they were way cheaper than any other businesses around. Haven t had anything wrong with it at all and it was very unique to watch and learn. Definitely will come back if I need anything else done.

What a great place. Such a wide selection and the staff is helpful and friendly. They are the spot for any '28-'48 early Ford or '67-'72 Chevy parts. You can even get kits to build whole cars. I highly recommend R&W Speed Shop!

Purchased a defective product. Responses I received were not understanding, rude, and argumentative. Technically offered a resolution, because they had to, but their verbiage/the way I was talked to was awful. No customer service. Would not recommend.
