I made an appointment for a safety inspection so I could get new MO plates, and they had me in and out of there in about 35 minutes. I've taken the same car to Firestone in Colorado for the past 14 years for service, and I look forward to the same quality care at this new location that I recently moved next to, and I hope I will not be disappointed.

Asked if they could air up my tires as the Ward Rd store has done this for me recently. Was informed it will be "a while" due to short staffing. I understand I didn't have an appointment but it's negative 8 degrees outside and I'm 7 months pregnant. Thanks for your great service. 0/5 stars

Unfortunately I am going to have to leave them a bad review because I recently got a alignment on a older vehicle not even 24 hours after the alignment the car stated to make a really bad grinding rubbing noise.So I proceed to call them and let them know about my issue and for three times in one week they just took my information and never called me back finally got a hold of somebody today and was told the best they can do was have me drop the car off and it will be a couple days due to them being understaffed.I m sorry but why is that my problem my car is not driving properly now.Why should I lose the ability to have a driving car for days after their alignment was not properI paid to have my car fixed not make it where my wheel makes a terrible noise where I can t drive it.Worst customer service ever you would think after a customer has an issue they would jump on that ball to make sure that they satisfy their customers it s clear they don t care about them just one in and another one out money in their pocket

I had my vehicle brought in for a state inspection. They took off the lug nuts to inspect the brakes and pads. Which you can clearly see through wheel.The tech working on my vehicle did the damage. Then they promptly came in to tell me I need a new hub.Quoted me $348.00 parts and labor.These are knock out studs. Easily replaced and cost no more than $10.00 with the free labor because of poorly trained techs.Don't trust these corporate stores.Also, crossed the nut even more returning it back on the vehicle. Took my car in for an oil change about a month ago. The check engine light came on indicating no coolant which was supposed to be topped off during the oil change. Called FS and they wanted to charge me $50 for an inspection to see if they put coolant in my car?!! My coolant was clearly not topped off and he said that I must have a leak. No leak sir, just no coolant. I ended up putting the coolant in myself and resetting the indicator. If you come here, just make sure to check their work afterwards because you might be missing something you paid for. Oil change was over $200 and no coolant added...

My daughter went in for tires and an alignment. She had just got new suspension on her car. Maybe they were unfamiliar with subaru, but they said her tie rods were frozen, and they couldn't align her car. Took it to another shop, aligned; no problem, and for less than half the price! Overall, I was very disappointed.

We made an appointment for 11:00am to have the oil changed in our truck. We dropped the truck off on time and left thinking we would get it back in a couple of hours. We had a busy day so we went on with our day but started to wonder what was going on in the late afternoon. At 5:00pm we called and they said they were just starting to service our vehicle. We were flabbergasted. 6 hours and they re just starting?!? At 5:52 someone called and said our truck was ready but that unfortunately they closed in 8 minutes. Unfortunately?!? You ve got to be kidding! Luckily we live very close and were able to make it over there just in time to pick it up. We were beyond angry at this point. You take 7 hours to do an oil change and then make it like it s our problem if we don t make it there before you close with 8 minutes to get there. This place is a joke. Don t take your vehicle here!Service: Oil change

This facility is all about charging and not doing any work. Was charged for a diagnostic test and a state inspection test which they knew was going to fail but because the diagnostic test failure and charged me anyway for a failed state inspection. Stay away from them. They just want to sell you high priced tires. Go to the Walmart Care Center in the same parking lot, you will be treated better with fair pricing and customer service.

I have never had an issue with this place until I purchased their lifetime alignment. Afterwards, every appointment I have set up has had issues. They ll say they prefer calls to make appointments, but there is no way to confirm if your appointment went through unless if you call them again.Multiple times have I ran into the issue of scheduling an appointment, as a MEMBER, and find out the day of my service that an appointment was never made for me. Why? Why do they reject customers with lifetime maintenance plans?They ll decline your online requests all day have have the half-brained, cross- eyed mechanics messing your car up while service advisors wastes your time.Can t say anything good about this place.Service: Wheel alignment

Was called at 5:15 that my car was ready and at that time was notified that they close at 6. Website and google both state at 7, was told the hours weren t right due to Covid and staffing

Drove over an unknown object on a dark roadway and destroyed a tire. On a Sunday morning, this store had my unique tire size in stock and the exact make & model of tires I wanted for a fair price (I compared to online retailers). I was able to get a same day appointment too and their work has proven to be excellent thus far. Exemplary service.

My daughters car had a bad tire and was heading back to college. I called on a busy Saturday and explained our situation. I told the shop that I understood it was probably a long shot but Vinnie said bring it on in, we will try to get it looked at. They got her car squeezed in and fix up within a few hours. As a father, I cannot thank them enough for the excellent customer service and attention to detail for my daughter. Highly recommend!

Really disappointed. Had a 0900 appointment for tire rotation and balance. Showed up at 0800 as we were leaving town. Received a call at 0845 as I was sitting in the parking lot telling me it would be about an hour before they could get me in and they would call. I called at 1000 to check in. Person that answered acted irritated and said he would have his manager call when ready. I called again at 1130 to check status and phone was answered then hung up. Same thing a minute or so later. A couple minutes after that I tried again and the call answered (did not get his name) told me look I said I would call you when we were ready. Totally unprofessional just wanted to get this out there in case others are thinking of using.

Husband dropped truck off to be inspected. They called and said it had a loose tie rod and broken brake light. My husband said go ahead and fix it. When we picked it up an hour later it was $457. It says in the MO inspection manual that they have to give us a written estimate that we are to sign before doing any work. They did not do that. We won't be returning.

Bought the lifetime alignment package but it seems they don't want to do a free service anymore. Always upselling me or saying I need this or that done.....or better yet we can't align your tires you need to buy these $900 tires. I'm done with these jokers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had a nail in a tire that was not repairable. They didn't have the proper replacement in stock, but dug my spare out and installed it for me. The charge was very reasonable.
