The service I get here is always phenomenal. I found a bubble in my tire late in the day on a Saturday, so I called to see when I could get a replacement, and they booked me an appointment the very next day. They also always keep it real with you in terms of what service your car actually needs. They found corrosion on my battery during that appointment, so I asked how long I could feasibly go without replacing it (because I wasn t ready to drop $300 that day) and instead of trying to make a sale, they told me they just recommend I get it replaced by Fall. Absolutely love the crew here and trust them and their judgment!

1. They had my car for 2 1/2 days, it cost more than $1600, and the check engine light came back on as I arrived home. When I called and said I wasn't very happy, the woman said I could bring it back in if I wanted, or take it to a closer Firestone. No apology or empathy at all, just defensive.2. Without checking the accuracy of any information, the work was done under an old account I shared with my ex- husband at an address where I have not lived for 4 years. I asked that my name and number be removed from that account and assigned to a new account just in my name. The technician wrote down all the information and said he'd take care of it, but he didn't.3. Found a Firestone store closer to my home. I called them about this. He asked for the work order number, that box was left blank on my receipt. When I finally found it elsewhere, he could find no record of the work just done. I called Lee's Summit, same woman, voice dripping disgust. "Tell them to call us."4. No discussion at all on check out about work done, or even the price. The guy said to insert my credit card and I had to ask what the amount was.

Took my friend here to have her oil changed a few weeks ago. Had to take her back up to them since it was leaking oil everywhere. They said it needed a bigger plug since hers was "stripped" and she'd need an oversized plug (why didn't they notice that at the time of the oil change?!). We get a call while we are waiting and they say actually she will need the whole oil pan replaced which would be over $400. Again, how is this just now being noticed? She has never had an issue with the plug or pan previously and it's just now a problem right after they changed the oil?THEN we were looking at their reviews, low and behold, someone from 6 months ago reviewed that they had went in for a routine oil change and that they had admitted to damaging his oil pan which needed replacing. Now if that's not suspicious given my friend's circumstance, I don't know what is.Feels they are either negligent in letting cars leave the shop with issues that should be caught at the time, or they are trying to cover up that they are damaging vehicles and then charging to fix them (whether that's by accident or intentionally)

It is so unacceptable to pick up the phone when a customer is calling about their property just to immediately hang it up. Especially 5 times in a row! Whichever lady is working today, October 28, 2023 at 11am, is the rudest person I have interacted with in this manner. When she finally answered I got a "what do you need?" Instead of a proper and professional greeting. We'll be canceling our credit card we've had since 2010 and will be taking our business elsewhere. This was the final straw in a string of incidents with many locations.

I took my car here 2 weeks ago to have an oil change and tail light replaced before a roadtrip to visit family out of state next month for the holidays. The next time I left for work I noticed a large oil spot in the driveway, when I left work that day there was another large oil spot under my car. I called and was scheduled to have them check the issue. I was called and told that the drain plug area was stripped and that just happens over time and that they would need to put in an oversized plug.I was then called and told that I would actually need to replace the oil pan, a $400+ fix. I don t currently have the ability to spend that much, and the whole situation seems suspicious that I ve never had this issue before and now the issue is so bad that I need to replace a $400 part on my car RIGHT after having the oil changed by them.Then today I was looking at their previous reviews, imagine my shock when someone s review from 6 months ago states they also went in for a routine oil change and their oil pan was damaged during! So now I m thinking that they caused the damage to the oil pan and are trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix their mistake.

DO NOT GO HERE, I bought a brand new FIRESTONE BRAND tire from here and in less than 30 miles the tread came off and almost blew up. I bring it back and all they did was give me the money back, they told me to kick rocks on the missing time from work and hour drive I wasted. Terrible service and terrible tires. DO NOT GET TIRES HERE!! MY husband just spent over 1,000 on brand new tires. Drives it only on the weekends and one tire completely cracked in side wall. Defective. They will NOT do anything!!

Worst production of tire I ve ever experienced so bad that they even managed to lock my keys in my car and had me waiting for two hours just to get my keys unlocked so I could grab my stuff out because I had to leave my vehicle overnight because they were so-called too busy to get to it that day, and then turn around and wake up to a flat tire whenever I got my car Wow what a bunch of winners they are. clowns

NEVER have I seen such rude, inappropriately vicious, and bizarre behavior from someone working in customer service. I am convinced Firestone s first and foremost concern is how much they can coerce the customer to buy.The mistreatment occurred when the employee realized we were not an easy target.

Came in to get some urgent repairs done on my truck. Even with the parking lot full they got everything done in one day; no surprises and paid the exact amount I was quoted. Great customer service from everyone that helped me. Will definitely be coming back.

I had service here and paid in cash and was only supposed to have $10 charged to my card. They charged the full price of service to my card and took my cash. They refused to refund me the price charged on my card or provide cash, so i basically pad twice. No apology received. I will not be coming back here ever again.Update: I was supposed to receive a call to resolve this issue and never did! This place likes to scam people! Don t trust them.Service: Oil change

Was told over the phone I could drop off at 8am Saturday for an inspection. I get there at eight and the guy behind the counter looks at me like I stepped in something. Story changes to "I doubt I will get to it today but I can try." He then proceeds to walk over to the Missouri Inspection poster and show that he's "doing me a favor" even trying on a Saturday because technically he's not required to do them on Saturdays. Interesting that it wasn't a "favor" when I booked the appointment over the phone. "12 dollar inspections aren't worth my time" Apparently neither are the thousands of dollars I've spent here over the years. They've lost all of my business for good. Edit- Big O tires two blocks away got me right in on the same Saturday with no appointment. Right in/ right out.Editing - responding to the generic company response that was obviously cut/pasted. I don't have an invoice number because you wouldn't accept my vehicle.

The store hours show up as 7pm but they close at 6pm. Though upon entering the facility a younger woman was in the lobby and asked what I needed. I just came to ask for a quick question/quote but instead the woman told me off and did not acknowledge the question and straight up said No, we are closed I forgot to lock the door before she turned her back. This was shortly before 6pm and not the time site mentions (7pm needs updating). We have all been there towards closing time so I get it but there is also a way to come about things without sounding rude and dismissive. For better customer service I recommend elsewhere.

Amazing and fast service! My friends and I were on a road trip across the country and on our stop through town, one of our moving truck rear tires was separating and another was on its way to the same fate. We made a call in advance to arrival and they were busy but they had the tires we needed and they made time for us. The CSA, Clayton, allowed us to pull around back and their tech, James, rapidly began jacking up our rig, pulling off two wheels, replacing the tires, and balancing our wheels. We were back on the road in under an hour. I am so grateful they were able to squeeze us in and provide quality service. Thank you!

Went in for a routine oil change and was told at the last second that my oil pan was damaged during the change, would cost $1000 to fix, and that thecar would not be able to be returned to me until repaired. After consulting with two other mechanics and a Honda representative when I felt weird about the situation I was encouraged to go in and have the work halted in order to confront the staff that had damaged my vehicle through negligent work as the car had only received oil changes at this location for the last three years. The mechanic and service representative I talked to at Firestone all agreed to stop the work, that the damage was caused on their end, and shook my hand letting me know that a manager would be reaching out to me to work something out before any work was completed. The manager (who was out that day), did not call me until the work was completed, and had no information about me coming in the day before leading to an extended phone conversation where I had to again explain how I felt I was being taken advantage of after consulting other experts. Later that day I came in to the shop to finish our conversation and had to ask the manager multiple times to calm down and not interrupt me while I tried to explain the situation and how his staff had apparently miscommunicated with me. Only then did he remove the oil change and tail light repair he was planning on still charging me on top of the pan if I were not to have said anything. When we were not able to reach a better agreement, he let me know that I could either pay and take my keys and leave; or leave my car, file a complaint that would get shot down, and be in next week to pay anyways. I work and have a toddler, so the issue was no longer worth my energy or time. Did I mention that last time they tried to upsell me on a battery this same manager swore would die any day, but this time months later it had tested normal when he gave me the work write up?Service: Oil change

This is the most honest and fair priced place to go to. I am a loyal customer even if they don't like to see my import at times! Fantastic service and Clayton goes over and beyond. Appreciated the honesty presented regarding the wear and tire. Disappointed that I wasn't able to get the 2 tires versus the 4 tires as I was saving funds. Thank you for that but hopefully it won't be so stressful in the future

I stopped in yesterday after discovering a nail had pierced the rubber on my tire. The gentleman I spoke with gave me a timeline of when they would be able to get to my vehicle and explained how they make the repairs CORRECTLY, where other competitors might fix it more temporarily. I appreciated how honest and upfront they were about how long I would potentially have to wait. When I explained that I was 45 minutes from home and didn't have time to wait, they hesitantly suggested some competitors knowing that I didn't have all day and that was the best option to get me up and moving sooner. I was even more appreciative that after showing them a picture of the nail, they saw it was something that could easily be pulled out, as my tire wasn't flat or leaking any air. The gentleman I was speaking with (didn't get a name) followed me outside and pulled it out for me. If i find myself needing work on my tires, I would feel confident coming back down to Lee's Summit and having the work done here. Thank you!

My son brought in his vehicle last Saturday for new tires and an alignment... when he went to pick up his car he asked for an alignment sheet, and when they asked the technician for the sheet that is when they realized they had, in fact, not even done an alignment... thank goodness he knew to ask for the alignment sheet! They had him set their for over an hour waiting for the alignment to actually be completed... now his car is shaking like crazy when it didn't even shake before... he went in yesterday and asked them to figure out what they did incorrectly for his car to shake so bad... they said they wouldn't even consider looking at it until Monday... That to me is bad business and seems like they might have some shady practices. Would not recommend you waste your money or time here.

Needed an idod and they did it right away, was in there maybe 10 min. Used to the bureaucracy of the dealership; it was astounding that it was done so quickly, and they didn't try to sell me things before I left. Win. Will go back for other things.

Went in for an inspection the gentlemen working were very kind and fast. They didn't bs me and try to sell me anything and they were very sweet to my toddler, each worker she spoke to spoke back and acknowledged her. Great job guys!Update 3 years later. I came to this location to replace two tires on my secondary car. They gave honest feedback, I really appreciated them not wasting my time. They worked with me to get my tires replaced and followed through with the service faster than what they estimated. They were crazy busy , but the guys who helped me never skipped a beat and were professional and friendly throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend this location!
