I went to Diamond Muffler after two other businesses recommended them. I went for a simple exhaust piece replacement. I was quoted a fair price before the work was performed. They completed the worked in under an hour. I am very satisfied with my experience and result. I would highly recommend Diamond Muffler to others!

Still can't believe it. Work was fine, but service was just terrible. Picked up car and main display didn't work, it had worked just fine before I brought car in. Went back, Muscles behind the counter shrugged his shoulders and said to start my car again and it will come back. It didn't. Muscles told me to call Jeep, and started cursed. Not cool. They finally popped the hood, did something then all worked again. Why not just do this without all the hoops to jump through?

Chris and all of his employees are very professional and knowledgeable! My husband and I have had multiple repairs on vehicles over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else! The prices are always fair and repairs are done in a timely fashion!

8 year old Flowmaster exhaust system needed some R&R . Thy replaced some bad sections of pipe and welds and some new hangers,able to use the old mufflers. Same great sound...... even better!!! 20 mintes later he said you are ready to go ! Thank you Diamond and Max Motors preowned !

I called to get a MO inspection. They really didn't have any appointments, but offered to try to fit me in to the schedule. Arrived to a super busy shop. Waited less than an hour. I'm sure they don't make their money on inspections, but they helped me anyone. A really great group of people. Would definitely recommend.

I had a family emergency and a nail in my tire. I couldn t get in anywhere to be able to get to my family, so I was referred here by an employee at O Reilly s (who also went above and beyond), and they took care of me. I was comfortable, felt like they were being transparent, and I left in happy tears. I won t go anywhere else to get my car taken care of from now. Chris specifically was an angel.Service: Tires

My car failed a Missouri State vehicle inspection due to a hole in the exhaust pipe. The inspection stationed recommended I get it repaired at Diamond Muffler. I was able to make an appointment for the following day. The repair was completed, and my car passed the state inspection later the same day. I am very pleased with the service Diamond performed.

They lied about work that needed to be done on the car. Quoted me an outrageous amount. And when I took it to another Mechanic he said the part they said needed to be replaced wasn't even broken. Don't trust them.

Quality honest service. We ve had brakes and rotors replaced on 2 vehicles. They advised us one time on a catalytic converter issue we had on a vehicle. Their advice saved us a lot of money and helped cover a Kia warranty repair.

They repaired a broken flex pipe for my car. 16 months later, my car started being loud again. I brought it into another repair shop and they told me that whoever repaired my flex pipe last (which was Diamond Muffler) had installed a rusted flex pipe and the weld wasn't very good. It shows because their repair only lasted 16 months and now I have to shell out up to $200 to have it fixed for a second time. I don't appreciate shoddy work and using rusted parts. Diamond Muffler charged me over $300 to do their "fix". This new place is only asking $200, suggesting Diamond Muffler is overcharging.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Took my car to get it done. They said I needed new parts so I agreed and have it ready by tomorrow. Called tomorrow to see when it would be ready. They said they hadn't even started yet. They said they tried to call me but I never got any calls from them. They wanted to do more work. I said nah ill take it somewhere else. Got it inspected and they didn't need to change anything.

This is coming from a guy who works on his own vehicles because I can do better than 99% of mechanics out there. They are very good with all of my vehicles and very quick. The pricing is fair especially when you figure how quick they are at getting the job done correctly! I am very reluctant to have my fleet worked on by anyone but me, but now I will be taking my vehicles there every time unless I somehow get the time to work on my own stuff again.
